Staff were excellent and available 24 hours a day, although we didn't need them. Ideal location in the middle of the old town. Tea and coffee making facilities in our very clean stylish room. On arrival we were met by a charming young man (forgotten his name) who told us the best places to visit, eat etc. No breakfast available as the hotel does not have a kitchen but there are plenty of places locally to get breakfast. Travel as light as possible as lots of steps leading to hotel, but worth it as the location is perfect.

- 876suzya (10/5): Everything you need in Old Town Dubrovnik - This small hotel will care for you as family. The owner is available 24/7 and responded to my call quickly. Romano met us at the bottom of the stairs and carried our luggage to the room. He walked us through all we needed to know to have a successful visit and when we left, he took us and our luggage all the way out Pile Gate to wait for our taxi. Housekeeping was so kind and kept the room clean. We were in the top room, many stairs up, but so worth it! We had a full living room besides a bedroom with a king bed. Comfy pillows, attention to details throughout. Easy access to Pile Gate and a great restaurant at the bottom of the stairs (Soul Kitchen). We would definitely stay here again.

- michaeldV6167VU (10/5): Best Little Hotel in Dubrovnik - We recently stayed in the executive suite at Dominus Little Palace. The executive suite is the top floor of the hotel with a sitting room, big bedroom and en suite bath. (Lots of steps, but if you're in Dubrovnik you should expect to climb stairs :) The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to everything in Dubrovnik, but the customer service is absolutely first class. Due to an early arrival in Dubrovnik we arranged with Mirela in advance to drop off our luggage early in the morning. After climbing the steps we found the door locked, but after a quick call to Mirela, someone came to take our luggage inside. Romano called us once our room was ready (our luggage was already moved in) and he went over everything from things to do, places to eat (he recommended Proto Restaurant which has delicious seafood), etc in Dubrovnik. Finally, this dumb American had trouble working the air conditioner remote, but Mirela graciously suggested a video call to set things right... even though it was late in the evening. Five stars isn't enough for the level of service we received. Thanks to Mirela, Romano and the rest of the staff at Dominus Little Palace for making our short stay so pleasant.
- Tawfik (8/5): A beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic service and an unbeatable location in Dubrovnik's old town - Our stay at Dominus Little Palace in Dubrovnik was overall a wonderful experience. The biggest advantage is definitely the location; right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and character, creating a very charming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was very clean, the AC and WiFi worked perfectly, and the room amenities were thoughtful and of good quality. One of the highlights was the amazing view overlooking the city walls and the Old Town. A few things to keep in mind: the room was on the smaller side (bathroom was ok). Also, reaching the hotel involves a nice walk into the old town with quite a few stairs; first to get up to the hotel itself, and then another two flights of stairs to reach the room. Because of this, I would strongly recommend avoiding large or heavy luggage if possible. That said, the staff were incredibly helpful with the luggage situation. They assisted us both upon arrival from outside the Old Town and again when we departed, which we greatly appreciated.

- Teet (10/5): Being right in the middle of the bustling life of Dubrovnik's Old Town. - Small hotel (only five rooms) right in the heart of Dubrovnik. In an old building but very well maintained. We had a spacious executive suite on the top floor of the building with a view of the old town. The hotel does not have a 24/7 reception, but the helpful staff was already waiting for our arrival. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a wide selection of breakfast places in the surrounding area. It should be noted that there are 35 stairs from the street to the hotel and another 50 inside the hotel. Definitely recommend. Nothing to say.

- 848juliew (10/5): Boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town - This is a lovely hotel with just 5 rooms. All well decorated, comfortable and with ensuites. The hotel is kept very clean. The hotel can arrange airport transfers, which was very convenient, and help was provided with bringing our cases from Pile Gate. Romano, the manager, was so helpful with providing information on sightseeing and restaurants, some of which we tried. We had a very enjoyable stay and thoroughly recommend this hotel for a visit to the beautiful Dubrovnik.

- katrinacE9242KK (10/5): Be part of the Old Town in your hotel choice - What a wonderful hotel. Right in the City walls, not too far from one of the main gates. Yes, you do have to walk a few 100m to get to hotel, and then there were a few flights of stairs to get up to the entrance, and then to your room, but so worth it! But be mindful of steps if staying anywhere within the city gates. Others had a lot more to navigate than us. The room was beautiful! And the communication with Mirela prior to arrival and her help at check-in (including insisting she help with bags) as well as suggestions for restaurants, Dubrovnik Pass and help finding laundromat was wonderful. We saw Romano the last two days on duty, and he also insisted on helping us with our bags on departure as well. They really couldn't have done more. We had unusually cold weather the few days we were in Dubrovnik so being able to come back and forth as required was a huge bonus which is a consideration for staying in the Old town. Staying somewhere like Dominus Little Palace is as much a part of your visit as any of the attractions. It truly was a beautiful stay and made our time in Dubrovnik even more special.

As soon as I booked I realised I wouldn’t be around till late evening so sent a message to Mirela who replied almost instantly , at check in I was greeted by a gentlemen who took so much time to ask what I was looking to do in Dubrovnik and my type of food and explained to me so many things about Dubrovnik and even saved me money by explaining about the day pass for attractions 😊 Mirela is also awesome !! - Kimberly (10/5): - Beautiful room located in the heart of the walled old city in Dubrovnik, near shops and restaurants, our favorite was Soul Kitchen. Wine garden next door was also excellent. Hosts were a wealth of information on things to see and do. Room was right along a set of stairs that is frequented by tour groups and random tourists walking, had to keep the blinds closed so they couldn't see in and some of them were loud enough to be clearly heard in the room.

We experienced gracious hospitality and beautiful, impeccably clean, and well appointed accommodations at Dominus Little Palace. Convenient, central location in Old Town. Very responsive staff provided recommendations. Also arranged a car service to pick us up at airport, and then met us at Pile Gate to help us with luggage. Perfect after long flights. A consideration to be aware of, there are flights of stairs and no lift due to historic building.

They even helped us with our luggage to and from the gates. My daughter's luggage was delayed and they took over and made sure it was delivered and in our room while we enjoying this beautiful city. The front staff, Romano was amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable. Mirela gave us her number so that we could be in touch with her at anytime to ask questions or make requests. We connected with Marilla in advance, and she told us to give her a call when we had walked from the Ploce gate to Soul kitchen, and we were met by Romano who carried our bags up the stairs to the hotel and then up the stairs in the hotel to our beautiful suite on the top floor. We were so pleasantly surprised by the large living room area, the mini fridge, and the windows with beautiful views of the rooftops and city. Great, central location and always friendly service. We would absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Lots of steps as in all of the old town. Suitcases were carried in and placed in our room for us. The location is perfect for exploring the old town & areas all around. Very luxurious, super comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. We loved having Netflix available on the tv, air con and fridge in our room so during the hotter part of the day would relax in our room. Enjoyed early morning walk to swimming spots around the old town and then returning to hotel for showers before exploring all around Old Town.

Guests should be aware that the Old Town is pedestrian only so people with mobility issues might find navigating their luggage through busy street a challenge.

- Kasi (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Old-Town! - There's honestly not much I can say bad about our stay! We stayed in the very top room - I highly recommend booking it if you stay there. It's worth the extra cost. Very spacious, especially for European rooms. Staff is amazing! Romano, at the front desk, and Mariela, the owner, went above and beyond. Location is top notch. The view is breathtaking, Location is perfect. Very easy to find and smack dab in the center of old town! Yes, as others have said, there are a lot of steps but the staff helped us get our luggage up. True, I wouldn't recommend it for someone with any mobility issues. But otherwise, it shouldn't be an issue. (Our room was also at the top of another 3 flights. You just get your steps in! :)) Two things but they didn't bother me enough to not give it a 10! First, and this isn't the hotel's fault, is that it's a little noisy at night. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs in the alley till really late. It didn't bother me...I sleep heavy. But just something to note. If you're looking for something super quiet it might not be the best location for you. Second, the only negative is that there's no restaurant so no breakfast is included. Their is a restaurant at the bottom of the stairs that gives 10% off though and we had a very good breakfast there. Again, not a deal breaker or even enough of a big deal to take down my rating. Plus, in that area, most of the hotels I looked at also didn't include breakfast so I don't think it's common in old town.
- Paul (8/5): All silver lining and no cloud. - Location is key for us and Domina Little Palace certainly ticks that box. Also super friendly staff (Romano met us at the taxi outside the city wall and carried both our heavy cases up many of the Old City’s alleyway stairs, as well as up to our room). The room was very comfortable, quiet and had a good bathroom. Anyone preferring as few stairs as possible and a generously sized room, may wish to reconsider staying within the Old City walls. The fact that DLP doesn’t offer breakfast had a plus side: we got to enjoy the Old Town each morning, before the crowds rolled in.

- Patricia (10/5): If you are looking for a place to stay, book Dominus ! Mirella, Romano and all the staff will make you feel comfortable - A perfect location within the old city walls! The staff was very attentive to our needs. They were there to help with whatever we needed. Everything was great! I’m sure some people will say that the 25+ stairs are a concern but even though we are older and slower, we managed.
- Harry (7/5): Great location for a stay in Dubrovnik - The location was perfect! The information given upon check-in so valuable and complete, nice bathroom. The bed was terrible, it is a bit noisy as people are walking right next to the window but it does quiet down after 11pm

- Richard (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Great location. Just off the main business areas to be quiet all night and into the morning. Of course, some steps to climb to reach the locality, but nothing compared with many others in Dubrovnik. Warmly received by Mirela, felt welcomed and she provided some helpful insight to assure our time in Dubrovnik would be well spent. The rooms, and for that matter the entire home, is beautifully finished, decorated, and spotless.

The staff Romano and proprietor Mirela were extremely helpful with recommendations as well as with organising transportation. It made our stay totally hassle-free! Nothing.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Bathroom smell - Hotel is located within the old city allowing for easy access to all the sites. You cannot drive into the city and will need to bring your bags up some stairs. Unfortunately, our room had an unforgiving smell. Management was responsive but could not fix the problem.

- Bennett (8/5): Nice place in the Old Town - This hotel is conveniently located in the old city, within the walls and all the major attractions are only minutes away. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and the cleaner is very efficient with her coming to clean the room early every day, so I had a fresh room when I returned to rest in the afternoon. The staff member who checked me in (Romano) is friendly and helpful and provided me with maps and advice on restaurants to eat in. Check in was also very efficient, with Romano waiting for me when I arrived.

- Jane (10/5): Fantastic - The very warm welcome and service and also the central location. The street was very quiet despite being near to the centre of town. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very helpful with advice about things to do and places to eat. It was also good to be able to leave our bags for the last day after checkout as we had a late flight. Fantastic stay in a great hotel in a beautiful city.
