Era un primer piso con ventana a la calle, los ruidos de la calle se escuchaban mucho (la ventana estaba averiada y no se podia cerrar del todo), habiendo un bar justo debajo con bullicio de personas hasta altas horas de la noche.

• kana (8/5): 安心して帰れるローマの家 - 立地、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、インテリア、オーナーのMargaさんのサポートがすばらしかったです！なるべく安く、でもきれいで口コミが良いホテルがいい、ということで選びましたが大正解でした。 シャワーもお湯がふんだんに出ますし、毎日タオルを交換して部屋をきれいに清掃してくれる。スリッパとお水のサービスがあったのも驚きました！ただ、アメニティはシャンプー＆ボディソープ一体型なので、持参したほうがいいです。 騒音に関するコメントがあり、音に敏感なので中庭に面した奥の部屋をリクエストしましたが、まったく気にならなかったです。 WhatsAppでチェックイン方法の連絡やサポートをしてくれるので、日本で事前にアプリをダウンロードしていってください。 ヴァチカンまで徒歩5分です。遅くまで人が多いので女性一人歩きも平気でした。朝一番の空いてる時間にサン・ピエトロ大聖堂に行けるのもとてもよかった！ 周辺は緑が多くおしゃれな街並みで歩いてるだけで気分がいいです。美味しいレストランもたくさんありました！徒歩数分にスーパーもあり。 シャワーの水はけが悪い

Kühlschrank ☺️👍 Etwas lärmig in den Zimmern welche zur Strasse gerichtet sind. Fand ich aber nicht weiter schlimm.. wenn man im Urlaub ist und nur zum Schlafen herkommt. Es ist eine Großstadt... Sensible Menschen wählen besser eine weniger zentrale Lage.

• Klaudia (10/5): Amazing!! - We rented 4 rooms and had a wonderful stay! All the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The location is absolutely perfect – 100/100, everything is close by and easy to access. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful, she explained everything clearly and made us feel at home right away. The coffee available at the hotel was also delicious – such a nice touch! We would also highly recommend the airport transfer offered by the hotel – very convenient and well organized. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

• Radomska (10/5): - Podróżowałam z rodziną: 5 dorosłych 2 dzieci (5-8 marca 2026). Byliśmy zakwaterowani w dwóch apartamentach. Wiedziałam, że to miejsce z określonym wystrojem, klimatem. Zanim zarezerwowałam pobyt obejrzałam dostępne w internecie zdjęcia, opinie i wiedziałam gdzie jadę. Liczyłam się z hałasem dobiegającym zza okna bo na dole są bary, restauracje i panuje ruch jak to w mieście. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje ciszy to może poprosić o pokój od dziedzińca i tak były ulokowane nasze dzieci. W moim pokoju wystarczyło zamknąć okno i okiennice a hałas nie był już uciążliwy. Widok z okna na Watykan i dobra lokalizacja rekompensowały to z pewnością. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, oferujący w naszym przypadku swoją dostępność o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Można liczyć na ich organizację transferu z lotniska i na lotnisko, udzielają pomocnych wskazówek co do organizacji pobytu, zwiedzania, poruszania się po mieście. W apartamencie czysto, sprzątane jest codziennie, chyba, że ktoś sobie tego nie życzy. W lodówce czekała na nas woda, w każdym pokoju czajnik, kubeczki jednorazowe, herbaty a w holu ekspres do kawy, kawa, kubeczki.W łazience jednorazowe klapki, kosmetyki. Śmiało polecam to miejsce. Marga i Alda dziękuję za wszystko. Jeśli będę wracać to z pewnością do Was🙂 Nie mam tu nic do napisania
• Valentina (10/5): Vista cupola - Sono stata parecchie volte a Roma e questa è la zona che reputo migliore per alloggiare. Struttura situata a due passi dal vaticano, da una delle camere si poteva vedere la Cupola. Host super gentile, ci ha accolto alle ore 22 per mostrarci le stanze e darci le chiavi. Struttura pulita e accogliente, con tutti i servizi necessari, metro e bus a due passi. Unica pecca una delle stanze sta proprio sopra un pub in cui c'era chiasso fino a tarda notte, uno dei contro di stare in una zona centrale. Vaschetta del wc leggermente rumorosa nel momento in cui si ricarica

Perfekte Dusche, alles sehr schön verkleidet, reichlich Handtücher etc. - alles auf 4-Sterne-Niveau! Auch sehr tierfreundlich (reiste mit Hund). Alles war perfekt!

Las habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias y cómodas, Cuando se llenaba el tanque del baño se hacía un ruido alto. Pero eso fue una cosa menor que no afectó que disfrutamos de nuestra estadía!

• Antonio (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, posizione eccezionale e disponibilità dell’host, solo un piccolo disagio... - La posizione eccellente. A due passi da Vaticano e vicino alla metro Ottaviano. La stanza vista cupolone (anche se c'è un albero giusto giusto a coprirlo). La finestra si affaccia sulla piazza. Nonostante il rumore esterno, la finestra è perfettamente insonorizzata. Il bagno presenta un intera parete in vetro comunicante con la zona letto. Sicuramente d'effetto, ma poco pratica per l'utilizzo delle luci nel wc mentre gli altri dormono. Nel Bagno non è presente il bidet che per noi italiani sarebbe preferibile. Purtroppo il venerdì sera nel ristorante Morrison's al piano sotto hanno fatto molta confusione con una festa privata non autorizzata con musica altissima. Il pavimento vibrava e si sentivano le urla e i canti delle persone. Verso le 2:00 di notte non essendoci ancora calma ho messaggiato l'host che giustamente ha visto i miei sms la mattina dopo. Quindi mi sono trovato costretto a chiamare la polizia e solo alle 2:28 gli schiamazzi sono finiti. Il sabato notte invece tutto è andato bene grazie anche alla premura dell'Host.

• Alton & Carol (10/5): Casa di Stefano are simple yet comfortable accommodations managed by competent and kind staff. - This is not a 5* hotel but a rooming house in an old but well maintained apartment building in Rome. Near the Vatican (as near goes in Rome), about a block from the Ottaviano Metro, and two blocks from a taxi stand (although, of course, you could call a taxi/uber to your front door), around the corner from all the medium priced bars, restaurants and passeggiatashopping you could want. At first I was not impressed but after being there 5 minutes 😜, I realized the charm of the place, appreciated the accommodations and the genuine kindness of the owner and staff.i would stay here again if I could get a room with a window that opens to the courtyard, as it is quieter AND you can hang the day’s clothes in the window to freshen up. We chose to stay near the Vatican, however, staying in that area is kind of far from all the other sites. Since we had our 13 year-old granddaughter with us, we mostly TAXI to everything at night, or far things during the day to get started. Pretty much all the taxi rides were about €18-€25.
• Andrzej001 (9/5): Apartament w super lokalizacji dla odwiedzających Watykan - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Możliwość Check-in nawet w późnych godzinach po 23.30, bo personel zostawia klucz do samodzielnego odbioru. Widok z apartamentu z widokiem na Bazylikę bardzo dobry i bardzo blisko do Bazyliki św. Piotra oraz Muzeum Watykańskiego. Niestety ponieważ okna apartamentu wychodzą na ulicę (z super widokiem) to jednak jest ruchliwa ulica i są knajpki po spodem co powoduje znaczący hałas w apartamencie pomimo, że okna są już nowoczesne. Takie coś za coś, jest widok, ale też jest trochę głośno. W innych apartamentach od tego wynajmującego pewnie jest spokojniej.

• Randall (10/5): Wonderful location and would stay there again! - Everything was fantastic! We had bottled water every day in the mini fridge and it was so close to the Metro. Lots of restaurants and Gelato near by. Good location to the top attractions in Rome as you have easy access to the Metro. There is a major street and restaurant right below the windows. Can get noisy but if you close the windows and turn on the AC it will drown out the noise.

Esmeralda is the truly star of the crown, always attentive, kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. The place is safe, comfortable ,clean and perfectly located right across the Vatican, close to everything and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. I will definitely return to Rome , and without a doubt , stay here again

• Juan (10/5): Alojamiento 10/10 - La estancia ha sido muy agradable, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación es perfecta teniendo en frente la Basílica de San Pedro y a una calle el metro de Ottaviano por lo que aparte de moverte por la zona Vaticano puedes ir muy fácilmente al "otro lado del río" (Piazza Navona, Coliseo, etc.). Adicionalmente para ir al Trastevere (zona sur) también es bastante sencillo ya que puedes coger un bus a dos calles del alojamiento. Todo perfecto, repetiremos.

• Federica (8/5): Un bel soggiorno - La posizione, la pulizia e l'accoglienza di Alda(super),la disponibilità ad accogliere le nostre richieste con velocità! Un unica pecca!la puzza dagli scarichi!(probabilmente da quello della doccia!)

• Elena (10/5): - Appartamento arredato con cura, molto spazioso, pulito e in una bella palazzina praticamente dietro ai musei vaticani. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato un sacco di utili informazioni sia per il parcheggio, che per i ristoranti nei paraggi, sia per i mezzi pubblici. Basilica di San Pietro raggiungibile a piedi in meno di dieci minuti. Noi abbiamo raggiunto anche piazza del popolo, piazza di Spagna...a piedi in una ventina di minuti ci si arriva, la passeggiata è piacevole. Ma comunque c'è la metro difronte allo stabile. Caffè e qualche bottiglietta di acqua offerta dalla struttura. Tutto perfetto. Nulla

• Lémus (4/5): Servicio de transporte quedó mal - La ubicación Pedimos servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y no llegaron a la hora acordada. Nos tocó buscar por nuestra cuenta y no nos respondían llamadas ni mensajes para saber qué había pasado
• Marika (9/5): - Atrašanās vieta. Duša bija plaša ērta. Tīrs, jauks dzīvoklītis. Mazliet pašaurs uz 4 cilvēkiem. Skats uz iekšpagalmu, zem logiem bija 1.stāva kafejnīcu kondicionieri un nevarēja turēt vaļā logu, jo nāca iekšā virtuves smakas.

• DENIS (7/5): - I liked the location of the apartment – it’s right next to the Vatican. Check-in was possible at any time. The staff were very responsive; they answered quickly and helped with everything I asked. The mattresses were quite comfortable, as were the pillows. The room had air conditioning and was very clean. It was equipped with all necessary for 4 people. The parking is possible in nearby garage for 35 euro per day (until 11 am), then 5 euro per hour, which is a quite costly, but seems reasonable due to location. The window of the room faces the courtyard, but starting from 7 a.m., facade renovation work was taking place (it was noisy, and the window does not insulate sound well). From 8 a.m., someone in the building was doing interior renovations (drilling and hammering sounds). Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but it did affect the comfort of our stay and sleep quality. The Wi-Fi coverage was poor — the 5GHz network only worked near the door or in the hallway, and the 2.4GHz network didn’t work at all.
