• Sergio (5/5): No internet wifi, poor maintenance and cleaning. Zero Customer Service and communication to solve the problems - Apartamento Dub 1. Door lock has a problem: it is hard to open, to close and to lock. 2. ⁠if you count with internet wifi, just forget about it. After a brief 30 min working, it stopped to work for the rest of my 48 Hour stay. No matter the messages I sent and calls I tried ( using my eSIM data plan) to get help from the property owner. All ignored and /or unanswered. 3. ⁠Shower fixture in weird position with water jet direções against a wall at the shower. Very difficult to bathe. Moreover, bathroom floor gets inundated and there is no handy mop to dry it. 4. ⁠No black-out curtain to cover the window at the bedroom. You just get used to wake up with the Positives: 1. Good and easy to use induction stove at the kitchen 2. ⁠shower water is hot and with good flow volume and pressure 3. ⁠thick and clean bath towels 4. ⁠good location: 30 min walk from the bus station, 40 min walk to the Old Town 5. Quite neighborhood Negatives: 1. Door lock has a problem: it is hard to open, to close and to lock. 2. ⁠if you count with internet wifi, just forget about it. I was not given instructions on check in . Had to ask and took a while to get an answer. No directions on check out Esther. I just let the entrance door open with the key inside 7. ⁠No signage at the start of the stairs pass way that leads to the apartment. Pontos negativos: Fechadura com problema: difícil de abrir, fechar e trancar. Internet wifi funcionou por 30 min. Depois disso: nada. Apesar de reiteradas mensagens e ligações minhas por WhatsApp e pelo Booking - usando o meu plano de dados 5G - não tive resposta do proprietário até o final da hospedagem de 48 horas. Chuveiro de duchinha sem ajuste para posição fixa, causando dificuldades para enxaguar na hora do banho. Banheiro inunda o piso ao usar o chuveiro. Não havia um simples rodo e pano de chão para secar. Quarto sem black-outs. Persiana atual não escurece o quarto, te obrigando a acordar com o sol.

• Athithan (10/5): - Lovely apartment situated between the lapad area and old town. I loved the hot tub but was also told it takes 4 to 8 hours to heat up. Decorations of the place is lovely. Loved woodwork and resin table. View is amazing Hot tub took a while to heat up.
• Yvonne (8/5): - The location was good. You have to climb a number of steps up a hill to get to the accommodation, but this was a good workout. The bus to the old town stops on the main road at the bottom of the hill and left. This cones regularly and is only a 15-minute journey. There is a great supermarket close by, too. The apartment was comfortable and air conditioned and it was great to have the little kitchen. The hob in the little kitchen did not work properly and there was no kettle, so we had to wait a very long time to have our coffee. The apartment has a lot of potential but in many places, there is decor work unfinished. This did not affect our comfort but just strange to see.

Escadas sem fim para subir com as malas, impossível conseguir estacionar o carro, banho gelado porque o aquecedor não comporta dois chuveiros ligados, a terceira cama sustentada por uma panela e para piorar um gato que entrava pelo apartamento soltando pelo. Horrível.
• Suzane (10/5): Perfeita Estadia! - A acomodação é maravilhosa, chuveiro maravilhoso, limpa, lugar silencioso! Pequena cozinha com todos os utensílios para preparar refeições! Em uma ótima localização que fica entre as melhores Praias de Dubrovink! Além disso Ivana nos recebe muito bem, responde prontamente, enviou seu filho pra me ajudar até o flat que também é muito educado e adorável!
• Magnus (8/5): booking verspricht mehr als das Appartement bietet. - Bett bequem Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfreich und erreichbar Bei Booking sieht es aus als bekäme man einen Whirlpool, dies ist allerdings nicht der Fall bei allen Zimmern, bei unserem zb nicht. Auch keinen Grill und keine Waschmaschine, dafür war der Preis dann doch etwas hoch. Das Appartement war außerdem schwierig zu finden. Die Gastgeberin hat auf unsere Anfrage zum Pool vorab nicht reagiert, da diese nicht auf Englisch gewesen sei.

• Ana Giulia (7/5): - Close to the bus stop which took us to old town - less than 10 min away by bus. The picture is misleading, the pool was empty so we couldn’t use it, and this was one of the reasons i reserved this place. Also the view is from only one of the rooms, all the others including mine did not have this view. I told the owner in advance that I’d arrive at 2pm and when I arrived they still took half an hour to let us in because the room wasn’t ready yet. There are a looot of stairs to arrive there so be prepared to walk. Kitchen utilities were quite minimal and the only table to eat was veery small so not ideal if you plan to cook meals there. The wardrobe, kitchen sink and toilet bowl were all kind of broken and just ‘hanging in there’.

• Oleksandr Plakhotnyi (1/5): Мрачная пещера - Отдых испорчен. И вот почему: - несоответствие картинок на Booking и реального объекта. Это не апартаменты, а маленькая, мрачная пещерка с одним окном. - обещанный вид не соответствует заявленному. Большую часть вида занимает дерево 🌲 в соседском дворе. - мебель в ужасном состоянии. - кровать так ужасно скрипит, что если перевернуться во сне, то сразу просыпаешься от скрипа. - опасная розетка в ванной. - электричество в ужасном состоянии. Вечером несколько раз отключалось электричество, но самое страшное было ночью. Ведь когда отключается электричество, то загорается аварийная лампа над дверью и слепящим светом бьёт в глаза. Сразу проснулся я. - в ванной грибок на плитке и разводы потолке. - дверь в ванную плохо открывается, так как она разбухла от влаги - плита плохо работает -в холодильнике не работает морозильная камера. Там дверь сломана и не закрывается. - площадь очень маленькая и только одно окно. - к пляжу идти очень далеко. Гугл показывает неправильно. На самом деле там проход закрыт и надо обходить через отель Rixos. Плюс ко всему апартаменты на верху и к морю тысяча ступенек...
• Aarne (6/5): Location was great but the apartment not the greatest. - Location was excellent General areas were dirty. The room itself wasn’t bad except some thing were broken. Staff wasn’t easily accessible but in the end were helpful and friendly.

• Marthe (10/5): Lovely place with a lovely land lady :) - The land lady was super nice! She helped us book trips, answered all our questions about beaches and buses and everything, provided us with everything we needed (toilet paper, new towels, even beach towels). And it was very nice talking to her in general, about everything and nothing. She was very easy to talk to and very friendly. Such a lovely lady :) This place gives you the best of both worlds: you get all the comforts of being on holiday as a tourist, but you also get to experience the authenticity of Dubrovnic by living in the midst of the locals. Loved it! Such a lovely place close to everything: the beaches, the bus, the supermarket, the locals, even old town. If it weren’t so hot, we would’ve walked down to old town (15 min). We didn’t dislike anything, except we were a bit surprised by all the stairs (87 in total - yes we counted ;) ). The land lady’s son was very kind to offer us some help with our luggage even though he had plenty of other things to do. Looking back, it was nice walking those stairs after a long and lazy day at the beach.

• Francisco (9/5): A fantastic and fun time in Dubrovnik. - The view, the host (super nice!! and helpful), the apartment (super spacious, comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxed stay), the jacuzzi!!, the AC... And if you're travelling during the winter, take advantage of the fireplace. Plus, Ivana (the host) gave superb recommendations that we followed and were on point! It's not that I didn't like it. It's just my personal opinion. I'm used to blinds and there were only curtains. Sun rises around 5:30 AM which can be a bit disturbing. Plus, it's 85 steps to get to the apartment.
• Beata (10/5): Super appartment and helpful host (!), beautiful view, nice location - The appartment was very spacious, clean and had beautiful view. The Host - Ivana - was very helpful and friendly. The location is good, not so far from the old town (25 min by walk) and - what is important - not so do overcrowded like in the city center. There are few beaches close and the restaurant 2 min walk. There was no problem. Only it should be the described how to enter the appt (from the J.Jelacica street, by stairs - but it was not so tiring).
• Keith (4/5): Not happy at all especially as it was the dearest apartment we stayed in Croatia horrible spolit my stay in Dubrovni - Nothing I’m 71 had to climb 70+ steps to get to the apartment it smelt very damp made me reach we stayed out all day and only went back to sleep the bed was very uncomfortable needs to replace the mattresses and beds I slept on the couch under the air con so not to get the full extent of the damp smell she had about 4 plugged in air fresheners but you could still smell it especially in the bathroom a lot of repairs needed in the flat eg cupboard doors and it was dusty wouldn’t stay there even for free not recommended sorry Ivana but you have to sort it
• Thalman (6/5): Thing to notice, which was not transparent is you need to climb 80 steps to reach the apartment.!! - There are 80 steps you need to climb to reach the apartment. This is not mentioned anywhere. It would be good if this is mentioned. There was also no one to help me with the lugguage. With a broken back, I had to carry my 25kg lugguage all by myself. There was no hot water for a day, I was not informed about the problem until I called the landlord. Same with wifi. The wifi was broken and not told until I asked for it. If you need the wifi, you need to call the landlord. Its not given explicitly. Its a small apartment, not as big as shown on the pictures. The jaccuzzi shown on the pciture is also not for everyone. It is only specific to one apartment. Apart from that, the landlord was friendly. She answered my calls everytime. She tried to help me with my questions promptly. It is close to the city center.

• Mohomed (10/5): Cosy apartment in a great location near the old town and bus station - The apartment was cosy and conveniently located close to the old town and the bus station, which made getting around very easy. The stay was comfortable overall. The only things I missed were a clothes rack and a hair dryer , adding those would make the experience even better.
