• Anouk (8/5): Onvergetelijk mooie plek middenin de drukke stad - De locatie is fantastisch, echt een heel centrale plek midden in de stad. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad en het plein. Veel lawaai van verkeer en de terassen. De straatmuzikanten en dansoptredens gaan de hele dag door. De verouderde inrichting voldoet, maar zou een update moeten krijgen.

Poți lua pulsul vieții cotidiene chiar de la geamul apartamentului. Ai ocazia de a locui în clădirea în care s-a născut Picasso. Activitatea stradala se diminuează mult după.miezul nopții și reîncepe pe la 7 cu spălarea pieței cu mașinării zgomotoase.

• lorraine (10/5): - Location perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Kick plate in kitchen was loose and remote for TV needs replaced. However minor details as had a fabulous holiday. Would go back.
• Mrs Elisabeth (10/5): Great break, lovely apartment, wish we had stayed longer. - Perfect location, very clean and well equipped. Very noisy outside at night, not the property’s fault but the idiot shouting all night long in the square.

• Vuokko Kristina Takala-Schreib (8/5): - Hyvällä paikalla, helppo liikkua joka paikkaan. Taksit ja bussit lähellä ja asunnon lähelle pääsee taksilla. Asunnossa on hyvä lämmitys. Alhaalla olevissa ravintoloissa melu kuuluu asuntoon joten korvatulpat yöksi kannattaa varata. Jostain syystä asunnossa oli jotain, joka aiheutti minulle allergisen nuhan.
• Vuokko Kristina Takala-Schreib (7/5): - Hyvä sijainti keskeisellä paikalla vanhassa kaupunginosassa. Aukiolla tapahtuy aina jotakin. Huoneistoon tuli tupakansavua muista asunnoista ja minulle tuli rankat allergiset reaktiot. Omistaja yritti kuitenkin parantaa tilannetta hyvin.
• Susan (9/5): Definitely worth revisiting in the future - The location is great. A wonderful view. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped. Ideal for a longer stay. The living room/ kitchen was spacious. The bars and restaurants are literally outside the front door of the building but the flat is so high up they don’t disturb you. The lift was very welcome!! Not much. The bedroom was a little cramped as was the shower.
• Maartje (7/5): - De locatie is super met een leuk plein met horeca. Alles is op loopafstand. Het inchecken is niet ideaal. Je krijgt een whatsapp bericht met een link om te betalen wat voelt alsof het nep is. De check in zou professioneler kunnen.

I think the fact that you would have to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom would impact greatly on privacy to be honest .

Only short distance from quite a few tourist attractions. Could be slightly noisy at times but you got a decent sleep. Check-in could be quicker.

• Ramzi (9/5): Good. - Location is perfect. Wifi is great. Owner very kind 1. Airport pickup was included. He never showed up. he texted me on whatsapp and apologized, and that he would drive me back to the airport when my vacation would be over. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Really unprofessional and 0 service.. 2. Elevator wasnt working properly there. Mostly I should go up to the floor where were living and then call the elevator up with my wife and kid in it. 3. Shower sheet should definitley be changed! It looks dirty and nasty. 4. Kitchen plinth was thick and fell on our feet couple of times. It hurts! so be careful..

• Claire (8/5): Great views of Cathedral - Location was fantastic , safe secure apartment on the fourth floor looking out onto plaza with the best views of cathedral at night, clean apartment and easy quick clear communication on how to access the property. Restaurant Noise from alley (below bedroom window ) well into the early hours was the only down side to the apartment ( one good tip pack a pair of earplugs also not a complaint just a suggestion maybe some new pillows with pillow protectors. One of the kitchen bar stools need checking (little rickety and unsteady) all minor issues..lovely apartment with great views of cathedral & plaza merced. None of said issues was overly concerning, had a nice stay.
• Catherine (10/5): Great apartment in magnificent location - Best view in Malaga.stayed in this apartment several times.They had even fixed the couple of little repairs we suggested.And best of all we had asked if we could have another set of keys ,apparently other guests had lost them in the past ,and even though they said they were difficult to copy they had done it for us . • Elena (8/5): Spectacular view and unbeatable location, but apartment needs an update - Superb location, great view from the living room out to the square. Easy walk to everywhere. Full kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and stovetop. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs an update, there was a bad smell from the plumbing and the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water off the floor. Had to mop down the floor after every shower. We saw many cockroaches, both in the kitchen and living areas.
• Bozica (6/5): Great location, but... - The location was very good. Main sightseeing attractions are in a walking distance. The main problems were cockroaches in the dishwasher and ants in the kitchen. Although one separate room was advertised, in the fact there wasn't a full high wall between the living room and the bedroom. The barchairs were in a very bad condition.
• Elaine (9/5): Relaxing, so convenient it was easy to pick up the Malaga vibe and enjoy the key attractions - Breakfast not provided. Location excellent - near to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, museums and buses - and the theatre Property has all the appliances you need Reliable wi-fi and lift to 4th floor Quiet despite bustle of people below in cafes/restaurants. The view over the city fantastic. Some things placed on high shelves in kitchen were impossible to reach. A couple of the bar stools were unsteady and need replacing. Some instructions about use of oven and hob would be useful.

It has the best view in Malaga .it is in the old centre which we love .it is always immaculately clean and has all we need I do feel there are a couple of little maintenance jobs that have been needing attention for a while eg the heavy kick plate in the kitchen falls down almost every day. The bedroom door architrave is coming apart.we will stay here again nevertheless.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! Clean, quite and the location was the best. You can reach the Old Town in few minutes, because you are in the centre, but far enough from the too noisy area. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. We will absolutely stay here if we come back, hopefully soon...:)
• Maarten_1 (10/5): Awesome location. - Amazing location. Surprisingly quiet even with the festivities in August. Admittedly I always use earplugs because I'm a terrible sleeper. It helps a lot that it's the topmost appartment. Ceiling is very high. Two airco's - one in the living and one in the bedroom, that both work well. Kitchen with a stove for two pots, and a good and clean refrigerator. What I missed was a desk or regular table to work at, but there is a bar-type table which is fine for eating, using your laptop or writing a card. The french balconies and the views, to the Alcazar on the left (it's a corner appartment), Cathedral in the middle, and the mountains in the distance on the right is was just awesome. Great for 2 persons, and also acceptable with 3, if you're living on the same schedule, or easy going. It's close to everything, terrific location in the center and an excellent supermarket in an alley at the right of the square, when exiting the building. The building is very well maintained and even has an elevator! Nothing really.
• Olga (5/5): Needs to be renovated - Its a good central location with everything available through a short walk. lovely views! The apartment had everything we needed. There are a few things we didn’t like though. The bathroom needs to get sorted - the shower area is shocking, there is a rotten panel above it and it was dripping all the time we were there. The shower itself is half dead, the metal tubing is broken exposing the plastic tube. It was very hard to keep the actual shower head in the bracket as it kept falling down. The curtain is pointless, the floor was flooded after every wash. Plus the lighting isn’t very strong as the shower cubicle is in the corner and it’s very dark there. All the furniture is quite old. Some of the bar chairs aren’t safe to sit on as they wobble quite a bit. I wouldn’t also recommend this apartment for anything longer than a night or two. Yes it’s obvious that it will be noisy due to the location but it’s extremely noisy. You have a string of restaurants on the ground floor plus all the drunken screams at 2 am and once the sun is up the parrots in the trees of the square in front are extremely loud too. So if you are a light sleeper you won’t have any rest. As a stop over for a night or 2 in town it’s good but not for any lengthy periods of time in my opinion.
