• Tarek (4/5): The value paid is not fulfilled - Well located Air conditioning is very noisy and inefficient. Toilet seat leaks and sewage smell is all over the toilet. The bed duvet is not hygiene. The windows are not compact to block the street noise

• Γιάννης (7/5): - The location was amazing and very central. Easy to access and quiet. Host was very friendly and gave many suggestions and recommendations on where to eat. The space did not resemble the pictures at all as it was a lot smaller and less taken care of than what it looked like.

Falta de mantenimiento, se tapaba el desagüe de la cocina, no salía agua caliente de la cocina. El termotanque es chico, si se bañaba una persona, la siguiente no tenia agua caliente. La entrada al edificio no la limpian, estaba llena de tierra. Una pena porque la ubicación es excelente.

• Rinaldo (7/5): It was OK for one person. - Location was good. The apartment had an elevator. It was clean. He allowed me to extend the check out time on my last day. The bed room was quite small so there was no practical way to open and access my luggage. There were complications with respect to the arrival time yet the keys were accessible via a lock box. Don't understand why there had to be the complication with the arrival time and the associated penalty charges if I did not arrive within certain time constraints. This was unnecessary and created a negative start to the stay. There were works going on in another appartment that were quite loud during the stay. These works went on for hours and on almost every day during the stay.

• Emanuele (1/5): Etablissement dans un état de dégradation, pas soigné, sale avec un accueil inexistant. - Le seul point positif de cet établissement est l'emplacement au centre de Rome. L’appartement se présente dans un état de délabrement évident : tout est vieux et abîmé. Les photos sur le site laissent imaginer un logement en excellent état, probablement grâce à un service photo bien travaillé ou à un usage excessif de Photoshop. La propreté est inexistante : le réfrigérateur est sale et collant, avec même des cheveux à l’intérieur ; il en va de même pour le micro-ondes. Quant à la salle de bain, elle semble sortie d’un film post-apocalyptique. Dans la cuisine, il manque même un simple torchon. Les murs présentent des traces d’enduit laissées visibles, probablement pour le passage de câbles électriques, jamais recouvertes de peinture : un détail qui témoigne d’un manque flagrant de soin et d’entretien. Il est clair que les propriétaires cherchent à gagner de l’argent en dépensant le minimum indispensable. La personne avec qui j’ai été en contact pour le check-in et le check-out n’a pas été du tout accueillante : son seul intérêt semblait être d’encaisser la caution de 150 euros (clairement excessive pour un appartement dans un tel état : qu’est-ce qui pourrait bien être cassé, puisque tout est déjà délabré ?) ainsi que la taxe de séjour. De plus, elle m’a même menacé de ne pas me rendre la caution si je laissais de la vaisselle sale dans l’évier. Pour le check-out, j’ai été obligé de réaliser une vidéo et des photos comme preuve, un système imposé qui montre une absence totale d’accueil et aucune volonté de fournir un minimum de service : au contraire, ce sont les clients qui doivent faire le travail à leur place. Si vous souhaitez vivre une expérience semblable à celle d’un squat, dans un environnement négligé et sale, sans aucune hospitalité, alors cet endroit est fait pour vous.

The bed was clean and comfortable The bathroom was very small - and I found the shower to be too narrow and the floor a bit slippery . The soundproofing to the street was not very good - as the Air Conditioning exhaust was not sealed properly

Isolamento dai rumori della strada pari a zero. Asciugamani sporchi e con capelli delle donne delle pulizie (si presume) Climatizzatore acceso per scaldare l’appartamento, dopo 10 minuti ha iniziato a perdere acqua sul pavimento.

• Laura (8/5): - L'appartement est pratique, petit mais à tous ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est idéal, quartier vivant avec des restaurants à proximité, possibilité d'explorer le quartier et le reste de Rome à pied. L'ascenseur est un plus même s'i y a peu d'étages à grimper. Le service et le personnel sont très attentionnés, pleins de bons conseils. L'isolation aux niveaux des fenêtres pourrait être à revoir pour la nuisance sonore. C'est un quartier bruyant, mais c'est le jeu si on veut du calme il faut éviter le Trastevere.

• James (6/5): Typical B&B Experience - Deeply nestled in the sleepy cobbled streets of Trastavere, the apartment is right by the bank of the Tiber, with an abundance of restaurants just outside. It’s insulated and high enough to block out all noise, and just a 15-minute bike or car trip from Termini station if you’re keen on a day trip. The owner was thorough with communications and made sure to check in to see how we were going. Unfortunately, it is the quintessential B&B. You’re sent a list of rules and how to maintain the property, and then you walk in to find the usual suspects. Most of the powerpoints don't work. Despite a warning that hot water would only last two or three showers, there actually wasn't any at all. The air conditioner started leaking after forty minutes, so we had to put a cup under it, as it’s safest to assume any water damage would be taken out of our deposit. My ideal holiday accommodation feels like I’m at home away from home. This felt more like a hostile hostel.
• MARIA CECILIA (1/5): NO ALQUILARÍA ESTE LUGAR! - Solo la ubicación. Desde el comienzo fue una situación difícil. El ingreso no estuvo bien explicado y estuve una hora tratando de ingresar; hasta me lastimé una mano en los intentos. Además, el termotanque nunca funcionó bien y me tuve que bañar con agua fría. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. El aire acondicionado tiraba agua para adentro de la habitación y mojo la cama y mi equipaje. Tb el grifo de la cocina estaba flojo. Advertí dicha situación y enviaron a una persona para reparlo. Me enviaron un mensaje en un idioma que no sé. Menuda sorpresa me lleve al ingresar al apartamento y ver que alguien había estado allí sin mi consentimiento. Es decir, que Además de ser un precio muy caro por lo que es, es inseguro. Además, te cobran una seña de 150 euros la cual tuve que reclamar el varias oportunidades para que sea reembolsada. Posteriormente fui a un apartamento cerca del coliseo y mi experiencia fue totalmente diferente. Por eso, considero que este lugar podría ser mucho mejor si la atención al cliente fuera valorada.

• Litosh (7/5): Great place for just one traveller - Location was fabulous. The space and the amount of hot water available at a time would be ideal for one traveller. For a couple, neither seemed adequate.

They let me check in early too which I appreciated. A bit old and the electric kettle did not work and I asked the staff to change who ignored my messages. The keys to the apartment was very hard to remove. Bathroom needed repair

Would highly recommend It is quite noisy at night with lots of cars/ beeping so not ideal for light sleeps. We had a noise machine with our toddler so it didn’t bother us too much. There are some areas of the apartment that needed a little dust but overall great place to stay.
• Scarlet (9/5): Amazing would definitely stay again - The place was lovely, really felt homely and the location was right in the heart of trastevere meaning we could walk too and from all major attractions in Rome, the place had a proper Roman feel and the bed was extremely comfortable, all the facilities were everything we needed including a full kitchen

• Kyle (5/5): Not the most pleasant stay in the beautiful magical city of Rome. - The accommodation is located in a prime location with many restaurants, bars and sites to see close by. This is easily accessible especially for walking in any direction to the main attractions. There is an elevator which we appreciated for moving your luggage. We did experience a few issues when we arrived. The apartment was cold and heating system not working, therefore did not have hot water to refresh after arriving in the evening. When we tried to report this upon arrival, there was no response. We attempted multiple times and decided to go to bed. The following morning we contacted someone else and they attempted to assist us. Eventually our contact person got back in contact with us to fix to the issue. Although this issue was eventually fixed by us, we had to monitor the water display to fix the issue every morning. The hot water is also not sufficient for 3 people as it would get cold if you showered right after each other. Added to this there was a leak under the basin in the bathroom. A bucket was placed in the cupboard and we had to dry the floor daily from the leak. There were also a few things lacking in terms of basics that you usually have an in apartment- a wine/bottle opener and a working lighter for the gas stove.
• Rute (7/5): While the apartment has great potential thanks to its location and cozy atmosphere, the issues mentioned significantly i - The apartment is in an excellent location, making it easy to access all the main points of interest in the city. During our stay, several issues arose that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience: The psychedelic light at the entrance was not replaced before or after our arrival. The nights were particularly challenging due to poor sound insulation, which greatly affected our ability to rest. Only one and a half rolls of toilet paper were provided for four days for four people. The toilet flush was very difficult to operate, requiring multiple attempts to work properly. The bathroom faucet valve kept closing by itself, and the water pressure was too low, making usage inconvenient.

• Dimitrios (7/5): It was a good apartment for 4 people ! - The location of the apartment was great!!! Trastevere is an amazing place to stay if you plan to visit Rome! If you want a look at the real Rome, i recommend you to visit Trastevereand tevere apartments! Located southeast of Vatican City, this neighborhood has numerous restaurants and neighborhood shops. Although a little farther from the city center, Trastevere is a hit with visitors who appreciated the distance, noting that after so many days weaving through crowds and getting stuck in tourist traps, it's nice to explore a quieter neighborhood (with cheaper, more authentic food). The bathroom !
• Robert (7/5): We had a great time, and over time grew more comfortable with the apartment's slightly strange ways. - The apartment is VERY small, and the building is rather run-down. the actual apartment is clean, pleasant, and adequate. It is nothing like the photo, which must be from another place. Little things - nothing to indicate which apartment - they really need to be numbered. No storage - we had to to work out of our suitcases and had to leave them under the bed. No plug in the kitchen sink, the towels are thin and need replacing, the bathroom sink is crazy slow to empty. The lift is a museum piece. the locks in the building are all require a bit of time and information to negotiate none of them are anything close to standard! Very high ceilings, the one in the bedroom showing staining from water damage.

• Karina (5/5): Not worth the price - Location was great, right in the middle of Trastevere. Easy check in as well. The smell and sight of mold was so evident and concerning in the bedroom. It smelled very strong and did not make us comfortable as this can be a health concern. The room was extremely small, not well represented on photos.

The staff was really nice and caring The place was really small and DID NOT HAVE A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER which is a mandatory if you traveling to rome, next time I would consider having a decent location but a great apartment.
• Vianello (4/5): Below expectations - Llocation was great There are 2 flats. From the advertsement is not crystal clear what a customer is booking. The secnd flat pics are withing 45 other pics of the better one. When i got in i couldnt recognize the flst , then i realized the "trick" . The small one had humidity stains on the ceiling , bathroom needed to be refurbished , and more important the hot water boiler was poorely .connected to the electrical system just over the shower (very dangerous and unsafe)

• Kornelija (5/5): A hole of an apartment in a perfect location. - The location is perfect. The old school elevator to get to the apartment is a fun detail. Smooth late night check in (for an additional fee). The place needs maintenance (bathroom door handle fell off a lot, the shower is broken and gets flooded, water temp. changes too quickly and you can get scolded). The floor wasn't too clean upon arrival, the duvet wasn't put in covers, the pillows are super uncomfortable. If you move in bed even just a little, the whole mattress moves and squeaks with you. The wardrobe above the headborad was full of some kind of random things and trash. It's a very small apartment and if you had to spend more time there you'd find yourself super uncomfortable and feel ripped off. For a 5 night stay we didn't get extra towels or even a roll of toilet paper. Too expensive even for such a good location. 40 euro fee for cleaning was included in the price and then you get a message during the stay to not leave too many pots and things unwashed or else you'll have to pay extra for the cleaning which was audacious. The pictures on booking (even the one i added here) look deceivingly good, irl it's a super cramped space with a lot of things to be fixed.

Come on guys for such money you could buy a soap….it is not funny, this business is not only about money, people should like your place which you rent them, you have things to improve👋 Ciao

Message requesting copy of passports and payment of tax only sent day of arrival and would have been good to sort before travel. Luckily no roaming charge and sorted out easily via WhatsApp

• Katerina (1/5): Unbelievable Nightmare Stay - Location I must say, my recent stay at this accommodation was a memorable experience, albeit not in the way one would typically hope for. In all my years of travel, I've never encountered such a unique blend of disappointment and amusement. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by an apartment that appeared to be in a state of elegant disarray, as if it had been curated to challenge conventional notions of cleanliness. Dust and dirt adorned every surface, and the furniture gave off an avant-garde "street-find" vibe. The internet, or what was purported to be the internet, was a study in invisibility, making it a true adventure for those hoping to work remotely. The towels were not just modest in quality but also exhibited an extraordinary level of creative staining – a touch of irony that we hadn't anticipated. In an act of unparalleled generosity, the host graced us with two rolls of 1-ply toilet paper for our extended five-night stay, which felt like an avant-garde statement on minimalism. Now, for the grand performance, our nightly bathroom escapades featured uninvited guests with a penchant for surprise appearances – the charming cockroaches. For authenticity's sake, attached are the portraits of our unexpected companions. All in all, if you're in the mood for a stay that redefines your travel expectations, this is the place to be. It's a masterpiece in the art of surprise, where you might even contemplate that the street outside would offer more comfort.
• Alyssa (10/5): I hope to return to this property! - Excellent location along the edge of Trastevere but not in a noisy street. Close to plenty of food and bars plus a botanical garden. Also, the apartment was well-decorated without kitschy pictures of the coliseum, but rather, art that I’d actually want in my own home. The kitchen was equipped well enough for some simple meal prep at home and I was glad to have a coffee maker there. Also, the AC was so appreciated! The wifi was a little choppy and since I had to take a few work calls there, that made things challenging.

I had to take cold shower in the first night. Something that no one told us. It was a frustration every evening, all having to wait for water to heat up to go shower.
