- 3児2猫のパパ (9/5): - 旅行で主にUSJへ行くために宿泊させていただきましたが、まず立地ロケーションが抜群に良く便利でした。駅周辺に飲食店も多く不便することはありませんでした。 駐車場がないので近隣のコインパーキングを利用することになりますが、48時間以上停める場合は事前に予約連絡を入れないと不正駐車になってしまうので注意が必要です。

- Brodie (9/5): Excellent location for USJ - Excellent location less than 5 min walk to the train station, close to restaurants, 7/11, family mart, quiet area, felt very safe walking around at night. Comfy, clean and ample sized rooms. Particularly good if going to USJ, only 2 stops away. Would definitely recommend and go back there again We didn’t have any problems, but some ppl might have trouble with getting their luggage upstairs Buy a Japan power point, for charging phones etc, usb points aren’t in the room

There is also a luggage storage room which was a great bonus as it meant we got to enjoy our last day without lugging bags around with us. We were on the top floor and it was a struggle getting the suitcases up there!

- とっと (10/5): 清潔で快適！！ - 清潔感があって備品が揃っており、まるで家にいるような感覚で過ごせました。 初日は、観光からの宿泊でクタクタでしたが、 部屋に入った瞬間、エアコンの涼しさに感動しました！お気遣い、有り難かったです。 不明な点はスタッフの方とメールでスムーズに解決しました。 西九条駅徒歩圏内で、駅前にコンビニがあるのでご飯には困らず、大阪市内観光、万博、USJどれもアクセス良く行きやすかったです。 テレビは地デジは見られませんでしたが、TVerで少し前のニュース番組を見られるので不便に感じませんでした。 バスタブはなくシャワー室でしたが、程よい座り心地の椅子があったので、シャワーでも快適でした。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、駅から徒歩で宿に向かう途中に銭湯があり、23時までやっているようなので、そこを利用するのも良いかもしれません。 宿から見えるところにコインパーキングがあり、 駐車最大料金が安いので、お得に停められました。 宿のコスパ良く、立地最高でオススメです！！ 特にありません。

Good selection of local eateries. Considerate hosts who provide detailed instructions on everything, thought of everything that a visitor would need for their stay. Having a washing machine and supplying detergent was useful. I particularly liked the strict request to be quiet after 9pm and the shoes off policy that matches what I have at home. Nothing negative to comment.

- Debbie (10/5): Great location with spacious space and friendly staff, - If you are visiting USJ, this is a great location to stay. Only two train stations away from USJ, can get there under 15 mins. Friendly staff, and prompt reply for all of my questions. The place is spacious enough for three people, and has space for three big luggage and carry-ons. It has a washing machine on the balcony (behind the beds) which is great. We requested a cloth drying rack as there’s no dryer machine there. It has a Nespresso machine as well with four pots to start with. Small kitchen area with one electronic stove, only one pot and some plates. No utensils provided. There’s no dish drying rack, so after washing we had to dry them by hands.
- Ellessy (8/5): Great location, excellent and clean. - The location was super convenient! Walkable to many restaurants and convenience stores and a 5 min walk to the nearest train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Smart TV can be connected to streaming platforms which was nice. Shower and toilet were separate but were spotless and toiletries and towels were provided. It has a small kitchen with cutlery and plates and pans for cooking. We had a pleasant stay! They require an extra step in checking in via Skype which was a bit of a hassle and confusing. You have to fill out a paper form and then take a picture using the tablet they have on their wall and use that to send it to their Skype account. For people with heavy luggage, take the lower floors because this building doesn't have elevators. Thankfully my family and I were booked on the first floor and we had heavy luggage so that wasn't really an issue. But I feel bad for the guests who have big heavy luggage they have to carry on the upper floors.

- Ms.feelgood76 (9/5): Gem of a place - Such a gem of a place!! Great location, so quiet, neat&tidy, everything what we needed and more, great customer service, washing machine was bonus. If you go to Universal Studios book this!! Also on Osaka loopline so easy access to most sights and places to visit!! Easy access from airport too! Minor things but hand towel in kitchen and both bathrooms would have been great.

- Jovelyn (8/5): We loved our stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and had heating, which was perfect for our needs. - The apartment is just steps from the station, making it easy to commute into town. Plus, there's a convenient laundry shop and several bars right around the corner. Packing light might be helpful as there's no elevator, and we need to carry our substantial luggage to the 3rd floor.

- Ching,yao (8/5): We stay here for 4 nights, for overall, this is a good accommodation! - -Friendly staff (although there is no any staff in hotel, but they replied messages fast -Great location (the direct station to USJ by 2 stops) -Lots of amenities in room, such as kettle, cutlery and pots which will be convenient for cooking -Sound insulation is not good, you can hear the children is running on upstair. -Pay online in advance by external website
- Shankar (10/5): Perfect location for a visit to Universal Japan and Osaka in General. A clean, well-appointed set of flats - worst case - Fantastic location - not just to visit Universal Studios - but for a visit to Osaka in General. Clean and in excellent condition with almost everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Only thing missing was a light in the balcony for doing laundry after sunset and maybe the provision of some cooking oil, a toaster. Also more than one iron and ironing board to be shared amongst the 6 flats there.

- Mary (6/5): Pleasant - I like the owner who was friendly and helpful. He offered to drop us at the shop and show around while the cleaner was clean the room. Because when I arrived the room was not ready and not clean. The toilet smelled like people wee even the cleaner was done. I have to tolerate my 8 nights stay. Even though the room was about 6 minutes from the station, it was a little bit quiet if you walked late at night. Overall, the place is not that bad close to everything groceries, 7/11, and easy access to all train stations.
- Anne (9/5): Koti Sopo was "our home away from home" and would recommend it to family and friends. - We like that the property is near the JR Nishikuju station and is also near Universal Studios Japan (1 train ride-Universal City Line). The property is also near a 7/11 (4 min walk) and Life Mart Grocery (5 min walk). Our room at Koti Soto was clean and very comfortable for a family of five. The host prepared a list of restaurants near the apartment and directions on how to go to main tourist spots, including emergency numbers for medical, fire and police assistance.
