There is a coffee shop on the first floor running by a very nice family, they cook so tasty waffles and they are always very friendly. In the hotel there is laundry option which is very convenient: give clothes in the evening and get them clean and dry in the morning

• Gabriela (1/5): Keine Empfehlung - Die Lage wäre sehr gut gewesen, aber auf Grund von mehreren Vorkommnissen stornierten wir das Apartement. Gleich zu Beginn, ohne die Räumlichkeit gesehen zu haben, wurde das Geld eingefordert. Wir haben ein Appartement mit zwei großen Doppelbetten gebucht. Wir stapften in den 4.Stock (da kein Lift) und stellten fest, dass wir dieses Appartement nicht gebucht hatten. Das Schlafzimmer war mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Nach längerer Diskussion wurde uns danach die angeblich richtige Wohnung zugeteilt. Dieses Mal sollten wir im zweiten Stock untergebracht sein. Der Weg führte uns gleich ins Schlafzimmer. Da stand ein Doppelbett und es lag eine große Matratze in einem Rahmen auf dem Boden. Die Liegestadt auf dem Boden, war weder sauber, noch hatte man den Eindruck, dass das Matratzenbett frisch gemacht war. Wir fanden das Verhalten der Betreiber sehr arrogant. Außerdem entsprechen die Fotos nicht dem Ist Zustand. Traurig, wenn man Touristen für blöd verkaufen will!

Receptionisterna försökte övertala oss om att avboka boendet genom Booking.com för att få ett bättre rum med ”fönster”. De hävdade att vi bokat ett rum utan fönster, vilket inte stod någonstans i bokningen. Detta verkade tvivelaktigt och suspekt… I själva rummet var det inte noga städat i boendet från föregående gäster. Hår på golvet som inte var vårt, och ett blött badrum. Både rummet och badrummet hade ingen form av ventilation. Därmed var det mögel överallt i badrummet.
• Charlène (9/5): Calme et abordable - L'hôtel est dans un endroit au calme on a bien appréciéles alentours. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et confortables. La douche est séparée des toilettes et c'est rare en Asie. Le prix est abordable et nous avons étés très bien accueillis. On nous a aussi permis de rester quelques heures de plus (moyennant 50.000dongs par heure). Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la King Room. Donc aucune lumière naturelle. Pour une nuit ce n'est pas dérangeant cependant. Il n'y a pas d'eau à volonté ou ne serait-ce que des bouteilles d'eau offertes comme dans tous les hôtels que nous avons fait jusqu'ici. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

За пару дней проложили маршруты в разных направлениях - к Музею Хошимина, Западному Озеру и Храму Литературы. Полотенца никак не удавалось высушить, но это особенности местного климата. Возможно стоит проверить кондиционер в режиме подогрева, у нас его включить не получилось.

• Miles (10/5): Perfect for a weekend in Hanoi outside the old quarter. - It's a great location by a beautiful little lake, surrounded by cafes and bia hois. The staff spoke perfect English and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I live just outside Hanoi but needed a place to stay when visiting the city for the weekend and for that, it was perfect. Very clean and great value for money. I'll definitely be using this place again the next time I visit.

When I got back late, the shutter to the entrance was down and all the lights were turned off looking as if it was fully closed for the night. Only after pondering outside for awhile, I found a small bell that you ring. Someone then opened the shutter from inside. They should either explain it at the point of check in or have the button lit up.
