In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate.
Verified traveler (4/5): Poor experience - The phone number they provided was never reachable, we can't talk to them before our travel. So we can not ask for help with the check in. The room was very cold and we only got a thin bedsheet. Also there were not coffee or tea maker in the room. The staff was not very kind and helpful, some of them did not speak English well and when we asked for some help they spoke to each other in Italian and told us to google it. We had to pay for the luggage storage. Good price but poor experience for a 4 star hotel.
