- Adelai (8/5): Love Istanbul - and loved our room. - Beautiful room Top floor and there is a lift! I loved the detail paintwork in the room - great interior design choices. Also we had a great night sleep -good bed and linen and also quiet at night! The breakfast wasn’t great (not a lot of choices and varieties) and I would definitely open up the roof terrace for guests to enjoy with some loungers and furniture.

It was a good location, 10 minutes to the tram. Hotel staff being present for 24 hours a day was very helpful for our late arrival and early return to the airport. Would have liked a few more places to store clothing - shelves?

We arrived well before check in and without our luggage, which got to us a few days later ( but that’s another story), and they went out of their way to prepare our room not long after. The area is fantastic with great bars and cafes. There’s also a nice hamman across the road which is worth a visit.

Our room (superior double) had a massive, very comfortable bed. The ameneties and cleanliness were superb. The triple glazed windows ensured no noise disturbance at all. The breakfast meze was amazing with a huge choice of excellently prepared fresh food. The breakfast service by Alvin was fantastic, as was his Turkish coffee! All the staff we met at the Soul Hotel were so brilliant, helpful, friendly and professional...our particular thanks to Nergiz and Nihat for making our stay so memorable (and for the suprise Birthday cake!). We highly recommend this excellent hotel for a short break in Istanbul.

Ho soggiornato in una camera standard al 4° piano un poco piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort. Ottimo il transfer da/per aeroporto (sia come servizio che come costo). Colazione ottima anche se dal costo un pò elevato (20€ contro i 15€ dichiarati su Booking), peccato che la sala sia un pò piccola e non sia molto comodo muoversi. L'hotel è situato in una via laterale a volte un pò rumorosa (traffico e persone) ma non ci sono locali notturni così vicini da rendere il sonno difficile. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Letto un pò troppo morbido per i miei gusti.

The location is really convenient - there are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, plus supermarkets and Carrefour. The handsome staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean. Номер стильный, в хорошем состоянии, если смотреть и не трогать) Из душа вода текла еле еле, просто по три капли, кран на раковине не закреплен, шатается при малейшем прикосновение, тоже самое со смесителем в душе, у ершика ручка просто отвалилась, я положила рядом, когда вернулась вечером ручку просто аккуратно поставили сверху)) выключатель верхнего света в ванной не могла очень долго найти, расположен в неожиданном месте, за шторой у окна

The hotel is just as beautiful as it looked in the photos when we booked, and the daily room cleaning was absolutely impeccable. The staff are attentive, thoughtful, and always available, they were incredibly helpful in giving us advice on how to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious and varied, served on a lovely covered terrace. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the neighborhood is vibrant and full of life. Our room was beautiful, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Although the hotel is close to bars you don't hear any noise at night. The room although beautiful was lacking storage for clothes. There were some hangers in a nook and nothing else. It would also be great if there was a chair or a stool for seating.

Было очень приятно, придя вечером в номер получить комплимент от отеля на семейное торжество В ночь с субботы на воскресенье на улице до 3 часов было очень-очень шумно, наглухо закрытые окна и беруши не помогли, при бронировании номера на выходные стоит это учитывать
- Jelena (9/5): - Прекрасное место расположение в самом центре, но на тихой улочке. Отель маленький и очень комфортный. Персонал любезный, старается выполнить все просьбы клиента. Вначале было размещение на втором этаже, попросила поменять номер- предоставили сразу же другой комфортный номер. Оставались на 4 ночи- остались очень довольны, вернёмся еще раз.
- AnastasiaFirsova (10/5): Good stuff, clean rooms - Gentle and very helpfull stuff, the room was small but you have everything you need. The cleaning was also exellent. Location is fine, but if you are comming by foot be ready to climb a bit to reach the hotel. Nothing to say.
- Diliara (9/5): Красиво, чисто - 1. Дружелюбный русскоязычный персонал, оказывают во всем содействие. 2. Стильные красивые номера. 3. Чисто. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего. Может нам просто неудачно приготовили омлет, завтракали один день, был зажарен, зелени и овощей почти не было.
- Relax558336 (10/5): Great location, clean and quiet, super helpful staff - Great place to stay! Location is central, on a quiet street. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, the reception staff recommended a wonderful local kebab restaurant which was 1st class. Overall, The Soul Istanbul Hotel is excellent value for money and highly recommended!

- Jenifer (10/5): Perfect verblijf in het Soul hotel in Istanbul! - Het Soul hotel was perfect en zelfs nog boven verwachting goed! Het is sfeervol, charmant en zeer schoon. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzame mensen die hier werken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. De wijk is centraal, hip en gezellig met veel winkeltjes, cafés en restaurants. N.v.t.

Удобное расположение относительно всех основных достопримечательностей, рядом огромное множество кофеен и ресторанов на любой вкус. Удобный не слишком резкий подъем как от улицы Истикляль, так и от Галата порта. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Хороший завтрак, включая горячее по меню. Обязательно вернемся и всем рекомендуем.

- William (10/5): One of my favorite small hotels anywhere in the world. - The Soul is all about three things: location, the rooms, the staff. All three are the best they can be. This is an ideal boutique hotel, with elements of luxury that rival five star places. Nothing. Well, there are small small maintenance issues (the parquet), but nothing worth complaining about.

- Kalyvopoulos (9/5): - Ένα πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο ξενοδοχείο σε στρατηγική θέση για να εξερευνήσεις την Κωνσταντινούπολη. Σε όμορφη γειτονιά με ωραία μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και φιλικό. Πάντα εκεί για να καλύψει οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη. Το δωμάτιο αν και μικρό σχετικά είναι πολύ άνετο και βολικό. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να χαρακτηριστεί πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα πάλι σε μελλοντική επίσκεψη. Ένα ίσως αρνητικό ( όχι όμως κάτι ιδιαίτερο) ήταν η αρκετή ζέστη που είχε το δωμάτιο εξαιτίας της θέρμανσης.

The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the decoration is beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel feels cozy and calm, perfect to rest after long days exploring the city. I also want to highlight the staff: everyone was extremely kind, helpful and attentive at all times, making me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Особенно порадовало внимание персонала: все вопросы решались моментально, а сотрудники всегда были приветливы и готовы помочь. Вода пополнялась каждый день. Улочка довольно тихая, ночью спать ничего не мешало. Вокруг много антикварных магазинов. Однозначно вернёмся снова!

- Zoe (10/5): Highly recommend! - Amazing hotel! Great value for money. They also gave us early check in which makes a world of difference when your travelling and only staying in Istanbul overnight. Staff were also very helpful and lovely. Provided welcome drinks and assistance with our luggage on arrival.

- Lisa (7/5): - Für den Preis war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war leider straßenseitig ausgerichtet - in der Nacht wird es an der Straße so extrem laut, dass selbst Ohropax nicht wirklich helfen. Mit einem hofseitig ausgerichtetem Zimmer bestimmt viel besser :-)

- Elias (7/5): - Very centrally located boutique Hotel with nice designer rooms, good breakfast and clean rooms. Very friendly and attentive staff. The sound isolation of the room is not the best and you hear all traffic and noises from the street. Room was comfortable but tiny, little space to move or keep larger luggage.

- Benjamin (10/5): Bijna helemaal perfect. - Gezellige en propere kamer, ideale locatie Het water van de douche had soms weinig debiet. En het warme water werd soms ineens koud. Maar dat bleef niet heel lang duren, soms gewoon wat vervelend.

Однообразные, если останавливаться надолго, конечно надоест. Для четырех дней норм. В принципе голодные не были. Комната конечно маленькая, чисто переночевать.
