Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid per night. The wrap was clearly microwaved, chewy, and very poor quality. For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast experience fell well below expectations.

Ueno is an easily accessible area to most train lines! - After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous about the check-in process being virtual but found it to be relatively seamless and quick (< 5 minutes). Not to mention, every time I passed by the reception desk, there was an individual available to help. We booked this as a family group of 6, and also was pleasantly surprised by the room size and found it to be more spacious than other Japan stays. My primary negative comment was regarding the bathroom availability - for a room accommodating 6, a single bathroom was a bit difficult to manage but not impossible.

- Uyen (9/5): great place to experience - the kids love the bunk bed, room has enough space to move around. located on the other size of Ameyoko market so 5-7 mins walk and need to cross to the otherside.

- Cheng-Wei (9/5): 多人東京住宿、功能齊全的好選擇 - check in check out全自動，一樓大廳有完整的休息區、寄行李區、 三間廁所是很棒的緩衝空間。房間我們是睡四張上下舖單人床、一張雙人床跟一張沙發床的房型，房間很開闊不會擁擠、行李箱全部可以攤平，每個人的床位都有自己的插座跟睡燈。枕頭棉被是好睡的。飯店地點離阿美橫町很近，最近的站是御徒町不是上野站，要留意一下。 全部線上化（包含預約行李寄放）對蠻多人可能有操作門檻，廚房跟浴室設施相較之下比較一般，房間重點比較是睡覺跟客廳區。一起入住的家人有說房間有一種霉味，開冷氣後有好一些。
- Nikki (9/5): Great location. Clean apartment which worked well for a family of 4. - Great location in Ueno. Room was clean & worked well for our family of 4. Each bed had a power point and USB. Laundry facilities on ground floor were good too. Shower had amazing pressure. While the check-in and out process was easy with instructions provided, it would have been better if it was staffed. I often had a quick question and I had to use the online chat. I tried to use the cloud service to ask what to do with my rubbish & it was difficult to get an answer.
- Annabel (8/5): Comfortable stay for families in a great location. - Great location. Room was large enough to accommodate our family of five. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Breakfast was disappointing - cheese bread, soup and filter coffee. My family didn't eat it. It would be nice to have someone on the desk for check and questions in instead of brief video call. Luggage storage is limited.
- Matthew (10/5): The best place our family could have stayed for a first time trip to Tokyo - Great sized room for our family which was pretty much 4 adults. The locality is amazing with great foods and everything you may need a very short walk away. The rooms were so clean and property well maintained. The coin laundry was a bonus. Absolutely nothing. Highest recommendation for families who want to be in a comfortable room that’s not in a massive high rise. Close to transport and attractions.

Self check in can be a little tedious as you had to complete a pre-check in via a link, and still had to utilise the iPad at reception to get your room number. Will be difficult for someone who isn’t as tech savvy

- Andrea (9/5): Clean and reasonably priced - Great location as it was a 10 minute walk to Asakusa station. Room was clean and a good size for the 4 of haz It’s an apartment with no one at reception. I prefer someone there personally. I wouldn’t stay here if I was a solo traveller as I would feel a bit isolated. Wouldn’t like walking back here at night by myself.

- Joseph (10/5): Spacious fun room in a great location. - The family room was fantastic. Spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. The location was fantastic. So close to the trains. Highly recommend. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. Food was terrible and not worth it.

- David (5/5): - Spacious for rooms in Tokyo Breakfast was awful - a wrap and a cup of soup. Better off getting something from 7/11 or Lawsons. No staff to check in rather than they have a remote operated through an iPad to tell you no. Room was extremely hot on the higher bunk beds and extremely cold on the lower beds.

- Cher Ming (9/5): Pleasant stay and it feels like home. - It is fuss free with the check in process. The staff are helpful and friendly.
- Priscilla (8/5): - Location was convenient and great. The room was spacious for Tokyo standards and we enjoyed having our entire family together. We stayed for 5 nights and with 4 adults and a kid, I wish there were services to get our room cleaned at least once. That said, staff responded to emails quickly to request additional towels and toilet paper, so it was fine.
