• Wiltshire (10/5): Perfect location, charming spacious property. - Large spacious property, central location. Furniture is dated but charming. I would stay here again definitely. Excellent correspondence from staff. All was great.

• Ramon Gozalbo (9/5): - El apartamento esta a 15 minutos de la plaza San Marcos en una zona con todos los servicios y locales de ocio. Es súper amplio y lo mejor son sus tres baños. La atención de Elisa, nuestro enlace con el apartamento, fue perfecta. Gracias por permitirnos dejar las maletas en el edificio fuera del horario, tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Algunos colchones son incómodos.

• Rebekah (9/5): Very comfortable with lots of space - Very helpful communication, we needed batteries for the TV remotes and they were delivered very quickly. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and modern and with a family of 6 the space and and 3 bathrooms was such a help. Great location handy for everything. It’s dated but is quirky and very comfortable, good heating and hot showers and bath. Number of adapters provided which was very helpful. Outside space great and I’m sure lovely in the summer. TV was a challenge to get working in the end we used one of our own charging cables to get the white box in the back of the TV to work as seemed to be only way as tried charging it initially which didn’t work.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Tolle Lage - Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral: 10 Minuten nach San Marco, Rialto oder Fondanenta Nove und war für unsere Gruppe (5 Personen) absolut ideal (3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder). Apartment ist mit Schlüsselcode zu öffnen, damit konnte jeder von unserer Gruppe unabhängig von den anderen die Wohnung wieder betreten.
• JAVIER (5/5): - Ubicación Falta de toallas y de artículos de limpieza para 4 dias que fuimos no es correcto dejar solo 2 toallas y nada para poder secar el suelo

• Michael (7/5): Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på alt og gode restauranter. Rengøringen kunne være bedre og ligeledes de to enkeltmandssenge. - Fantastisk beliggenhed. Rummene er store, og der er et badeværelse pr. soveværelse, dvs. 3 i alt samt vaskemaskine. Sengen i det største rum var fremragende, men de to enkeltmandssenge, var decideret ringe. Rengøringen kunne være bedre og en del af tingene i køkkenet var decideret beskidte. De to enkeltmandssenge var virkelig ringe og vores ene søn på 15 år fik stort set ikke sovet pga. den dårlige komfort.

• Josh (8/5): Very good - Private and quiet. Great location and good sized bedrooms with having 3 bathrooms was great. Steps with luggage isn’t great but knew that going in. Living space is a little weird and could use updating. One bedroom had the loudest bed we’ve ever experienced, can’t move at all without squeaking.

The appartement has plenty of space, a fantastic terrace where we had our breakfast every morning, and a true Venetian spirit. The location is perfect in a quiet area at walking distance of busy areas. I recommand the bakery located 50 meters from the appt. My best place in Venezia for à long time!

• Helen (8/5): A good choice for a group with easy access to Venice attractions. - It was spacious and had a nice balcony. The six of us had ample privacy when needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We also had opportunity to enjoy the dining room. The property manager must attend to a leak from the ceiling in the main hall bathroom. There were also mosquitoes in the back bedroom.

Unfortunately there was an issue with a part on the water heating appliance. We had no hot water. It was reported. The property manager made every effort to correct the problem. We appreciated the effort.

• Leyla (8/5): Very good - Location is amazing for this flat and the terrace is a bonus obviously. We also made use of the common room/dining room quite often and the kitchen was very well equipped with several coffee makers to serve all 6 of us! I think the only complaint was that one of the three showers was not working as well as the other two, so the management can check on that, but truly, I cannot think of anything else.

• Kim (9/5): Fab for groups. - The appartment was self check in which was great. We managed to use heating etc without further instructions. The appartment us very roomy and worked very well for our group of 5 women. The balcony and 3 bathrooms was a bonus. All beds and pillows very comfortable. The one bathroom was so smelly. We completely understand the problems of sewerage and drains in Venice, but a box of washing powder to sprinkle over the shower outlet would have made the whole experience better.

• Jon (9/5): Beautiful apartment offering sanctuary from the Venice crowds. - Just wanted to say, once we arrived at this apartment, we enjoyed every minute at this location. High ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, definitely made you feel special. And having your own private terrace offered a little bit of sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Venice. I was amazed how quite it was what with Santa Maria Square about 50 steps away. Truely loved this place. There is a disconnect between Booking.com and Team Venezia. Received emails from Booking.com, each time with a different name of who to contact for support. Never received check-in instructions. Tried contacting Team Venezia, but they never returned my texts. Had to shift through old emails and contact each name provided. Finally, one of the contacts, Cristiana, was able to help. She told me to contact yet another person (Elisa) who would help me out. Just odd that Elisa's contact info was never 'officially' provided. By the way, once I got hold of Elisa, she did a phenomenal job helping us out while in Venice!

• Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - Christina made everything so easy for u she dropped a pin on WhatsApp so we could easily find the property she advised us where to get off the water bus. When we arrived at apartment Christina was there to meet us. She walked us through the apartment gave us the keys and access code. She then forwarded lots of links for things to do in Venice and advised on great places to eat. Overall apartments is in a great location and with the help of the host Christina you couldn't ask for anything more
