The staff was informative and responsive. We had no issues at all. It was a studio flat so a bit small for four people. But it was manageable. There was a lovely coffee machine but I wish there were long life milk with it.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and the bed was especially comfortable after long days out exploring. The location was perfect, very central and easy to get around, which made our trip so much smoother. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, which we really appreciated. The apartment was moderately clean, but a slightly higher standard of cleaning would make the experience even better.

Gazda extrem de amabila, receptiva la orice doleanta. O locatie excelenta pentru un sejur reusit. Recomand! Nimic de reprosat!

Необходимость иметь хорошее интернет соединение ( не всегда возможно при перемещениях) для связи с хостом и оплаты городского налога. А в общем, без личного контакта все прошло вполне хорошо.

- Наталия Сочилова (9/5): Nice apartment walking distance from Duomo - Very nice, clean, renovated apartment next to the Cadorna train station which is a walking distance away from Duomo . The communications with the host were quick and simple, checking in and out was smooth and easy. There is everything you need in the apartment including sufficient supply of tea and coffee (we only missed salt and oil but the Carrefour Express was just a few steps away) WiFi signal was very weak, especially after 11pm which was disappointing. There was a choice of pillows but it was hard to find a comfortable combination but that is quite individual thing I believe.

The location is amazing, just 1 min from metro and Cadorna train station. It was safe, a little of cafes and grocery 3 min walking distance. The castle is 5 min. Our family truly enjoyed the stay. Also host made cleaning every couple days. Nothing special, just didn’t know where are the trash bins in the house, but host always helped with it too)

Kan gehorig zijn, ligt ook aan de buren. En ons appartement lag helaas vlak naast een enorm afzuigsysteem. Kregen wel gratis oordopjes! 😉😂

Стаята гледаше към покрив с някакви гарови съоръжения, предполагам че от килия в затвор е по- приветлив изгледа. Вечер има бездомни, които нощуват в района. Разтегателният диван предоставен като допълнително легло е за смяна.

Hneď pri stanici vlaku, ktorým sme sa dostali z letiska a zároveň doslova krok od stanice metra, ktorým sa dalo dostať všade. Neuveriteľne všímavý ubytovateľ, ktorému na hosťoch záleží. Prekvapil nás naozaj dokonalým pohodlím. Všetko, čo sme potrebovali, bolo k dispozícii. Aj tie najmenšie problémy riešil na počkanie. Som presvedčená, že nemožné by vybavil najneskôr do troch dní... Nič. Všetko bolo najlepšie ako mohlo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there; our coordinator, Daniele, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, and it was a pleasanrt surprise that the cleaning staff visited every other two days to provide fresh towels. 😁🥰 We will definitely use Milan Retreats for our next trip to Milan.

Es cómodo para 4 personas y se descansa bien ya que no dá a la calle. El ascensor no es muy grande pero cumple su función. Tener en cuenta que el pago del impuesto se hace solo con tarjeta antes de llegar ya que no hay alguien que lo reciba. El sofa del comedor no es tan cómodo para los adultos.

- Martínez (8/5): Perfecta ubicación y limpieza - El apartamento está fenomenal ubicado, a 1 minuto del metro y del tren para poder desplazarte. El sofá cama es mejorable si vas a estar varios días y los niños ya son mayores quizás no es muy cómodo pero la cama del dormitorio principal es una maravilla. El baño muy bien y a los 2 días pasaron a cambiar toallas y recoger basura. Muy recomendable, volveríamos seguro. Lo que menos me gustó es que el apartamento tiene todas sus ventanas a un patio interior, era una primera planta y las vistas no eran una maravilla pero ahí tienen ciertas máquinas del edificio que hacen ruido tipo el ruido de los aparatos externos de aire acondicionado. He de decir que el sonido era soportable porque además después del cansancio de todo el día, dormíamos sin problemas.

A localização é absolutamente perfeita, perto da estação de metrô e de trem e a poucos km dos principais pontos turísticos e o apartamento muito bem organizado, limpo e bem equipado. Não temos nada a comentar, foi tudo do nosso agrado e do que foi prometido no anúncio, nenhum ponto para reclamar inclusive voltaríamos anos hospedar com certeza.

- June (9/5): - La ubicación genial, a un paso del metro y cerca del centro incluso andando. Las camas eran cómodas y muchas almohadas. Tiene horno, lavavajillas… cocina equipada aunque no mucha vajilla Las puertas de la ducha bastante peligrosas, si no tienes cuidado se desencajaban… algunos muebles algo antiguos (la mesa de la cocina, el escritorio).
