Posizione pessima, nel quartiere più brutto e pericoloso di Barcellona. La sera sotto casa stavano persone poco raccomandabili e visibilmente ubriache. Zona assolutamente da evitare. Bisogna spostarsi solo con Uber per non correre rischi. Non ci è piaciuta la cauzione di 300€ chiesta perché non è un’auto a noleggio, ma un appartamento! È vero che ci sono stati restituiti i soldi della cauzione, ma mai capitato di dover dare cauzione per un appartamento, specialmente poi per un appartamento in un quartiere brutto,che tutti ci hanno sconsigliato non appena giunti sul posto. Letti scomodi e rumore anche di notte proveniente dalla strada.

Area felt safe and cab driver said it was safe day and night but to watch for pick pockets which seems the only downside of Barcelona! There were a lot of police around most of the time here. A lot of places to eat close by. Easy walk to city Centre. WIFI didn't seem to work on all devices and was a bit hit and miss.

Il y a des épiceries, boulangerie tout a côté. Il aussi des aires de jeux, ce qui est très pratique quand on voyage avec des plus jeunes. L appartement est un peu vétuste et les draps sont très bas de game c est le point un peu dommage. De vrais draps ça aurait été plus agréable. Une super adresse. On recommande

• Muriel (9/5): Nous rentrons de Barcelone, la tête pleine d’images magnifiques. - Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, près de tous commerces et moyens de transport. Hôte disponible et réactif lorsqu’on le sollicite. L’environnement peut être considéré comme non sécuritaire pour des personnes craintives. Transactions pas très légales sous les fenêtres mais rondes constantes de la police. Nous étions 4 femmes et nous n’avons pas été importunées même en rentrant tard le soir.

Não é perto do Metro e à noite dá um certo medo de pegar "ruas erradas". Eu e minha família tivemos o desprazer de entrar em uma rua cheia de pessoas estranhas, jogadas no chão... momento tenso.

• James (10/5): Good value and stay all round, location a bit dodgy but wouldn’t stop me staying again. - Spacious for a stay for 4 guests, balcony, washing machine, 2 bathrooms Location was a bit dodgy, ensure you are vigilant when leaving, definitely agree with the other review advising to not travel alone as a woman. There was a very high police presence however. Location itself was central with plenty going on around it so we were happy with that.

Lavatrice e lavastoviglie perfette. Semplice e sicuro il ritiro delle chiavi che avviene con un codice d'ingresso al palazzo e un seguente codice per il ritiro delle chiave presso una cassa di sicurezza all'interno. Ogni volta si utiliza il codice per il portone e la chiave per l'appartamento. Riscaldamento centralizzato ottimo. Acqua calda sempre. WiFi eccellente. Quarto piano con vista sulla stupenda Rambla del Raval . Ascensore. La nostra referente Inès. molto chiara. disponibile ed esaustiva. Quartiere tranquillo, no malfamato o con persone strane come si legge, solo multietnico. per menti aperte. Eravamo tre adulti con due bambini di 11 mesi e tre anni. non abbiamo avuto nessun problema,. ci siamo sentiti sicuri e rispettati a tutte le ore. La polizia sorveglia ovunque, Circondato da tutti i tipi di negozi, ristoranti, bar e attrazioni. Si fa la spesa sotto casa. La descrizione su Booking corrisponde esattamente. Torneremo senza dubbi. Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Niente da segnalare.

• Angela (8/5): nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo lo consiglio - la struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare tutte le principali attrazioni a barcellona, è vicina alla metro e a diversi supermercati, caffe e posti dove mangiare. è appartamento ampio, pulito e ben attrezzato (con cose per cucinare, televisore, phon, wi-fi, condizionatori e stufette), in cui si accede da soli senza bisogno di prendere le chiavi da nessuno. per ogni domanda o problema sono stati super disponibili e veloci nel rispondere. nonostante la posizione strategica il quartiere dove si trova è molto affollato, con tante persone “strane”, tuttavia la polizia passa spesso, quindi abbastanza sicuro. Inoltre noi eravamo 5 persone e dopo che due di noi hanno fatto la doccia era finita l’acqua calda quindi poi si deve aspettare.

• Ziemer (10/5): Prima Wohnung - Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten, sauberen und großzügigen Wohnung sicher und wohl gefühlt. Nach hinten hinaus mit schönem Balkon und ruhig zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer zur Straße auch schön nur etwas lauter. Liegt ja auch sehr zentral .Supermarkt und Restaurants vor der Tür. Auch die Metro war nahe. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Küchenzubehör und Haartrockner vorhanden. Fahrstuhl ging auch. Vermieter bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Barcelona ist auch eine tolle Stadt, besonders im Herbst bei Sonne! Barcelona hat schon viel Kriminalität, aber wir haben nichts Schlimmes erlebt. Mein Sohn fand seine Matratze zu weich....aber jeder schläft anders.

Thank - Excellent location, cleanliness of the property, quietness when all windows/doors were closed and the comfortable beds. A couple of tips:- There were no plugs for the wash bowls or bath. Fortunately, one of us had packed one, which was essential to use the bath. We made do with running water for the wash bowls (an unnecessary waste of hot water). Bedside lights in the bedrooms would have been useful rather than using the 2 bright ceiling lights.

Male65+ was stuck in lift malfunction in morning of departure for one and half hours before being set free. very stressful .Hence we all missed our tour and sightseeing time in Barcelona that morning.

• Dallas (6/5): Reasonable apartment furnished on the cheap side. Did not feel safe. In dangerous neighbourhood. - Easy to find and collect the keys. Used the lift for luggage. Easy you operate. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots pans and cutlery. Clean fridge, Clean apartment. Working AC unit. Clean beds. Very Noisy. Can hear other residents throughout the stay. Did not feel safe in the property. On one of the evenings we were followed up to our door by strangers lurking in the hallway. Managed to get in quickly and close the door. You could easily kick the apartment door down. Other residents were noisy well past the quiet hours on the majority of nights. The front door to the apartment did not feel secure as even though there was a large lock there were gaps around the door and you could hear everything in the hallway. If in the hallway you can hear inside the apartment. The double beds were 2 singles put next to each other. These were of different sizes and I hurt my leg 10+ times on the bed as I walked past as the large mismatched metal frame stuck out. Bare minimum furniture. Needs cushions on the sofa for comfort. needs another bedside table in the double bed room. Bathroom Décor needs updating. One of the bedroom doors had a large amount of damage that was fist sized. Bathroom locks not suitable as can easily open the locked bathroom door. Only used the accommodation to sleep and we were out the majority of the time. Taxi driver told us to be careful as if was a very dangerous location. It did not feel safe to be out later at night in the location. Needs more towels. Main front door was secure and metal. However the front door code could very easily be guessed and did not seem to be changed regularly. A more random code would be better as the code is probably how the dangerous people got inside the property. Not recommended for families due to the unsafe location. Do not go out alone in the area.

• Evelyn (6/5): Spacious flat in a slightly unpleasant neighbourhood - The property was close to gothic quarter and was quite space outs with three rooms and 5 beds, we felt quite comfortable as a group. The neighbourhood is very loud and does not feel very safe. All the basic amenities were in the flat but it felt a bit devoid of comfort/nice pictures.

The property was a bit in need of repair, like cracked tiles in the bathrooms. The rambla described online is not the main rambla seen in videos of Barcelona.

We did speak to the agents and they were very kind to reply but obviously they didn't resolve the case , just to be aware this is not a place for a family
• Mark (9/5): Great apartment. - The apartment was excellent; clean, plenty of towels and bedding, good wifi and good hot showers. The communication with the company manging the property weas excellent. The location felt a little edgy to be honest. The apartment itself was safe and secure and there were always police nearby. I did not feel threatened but there were always people hanging around outside the apartment, who clearly had addiction issues etc. It was loud in the evenings but quietened right down at night.

We did like the 2 bathrooms but definitely not worth staying here Drugs, drug dealers, brothel next door. Police making arrests while we tried to enter the apartment. Just a complete sense that you're in a bad area. Its probably the worst corner in a bad area. We would have left like many other have but if you leave early you can't leave a review on booking.com I'm actually shocked that this listing is allowed by booking. We where 3 large men a woman and little girl, we would only leave or return to the apartment in a group. Just a 5 minute walk and you're in a better area. Look up reviews off Booking.com

• Abby (7/5): Clean, spacious apartment suitable for a group - The checking in process with Regina was amazing, very accurate and informative. The apartment was very spacious for our group of 5 (plus a baby). Regina had kindly setup a travel cot beforehand, which was very much appreciated. The location was central, however there were groups of men at all hours of the day outside of the apartment and in the area. They didn't cause any disruption and this is out of the hands of the owner but I would want to make groups of girls aware as it could be intimidating but I want to reiterate that they did not engage with us, they were simply loitering around the area

The location is busy, people from foreign countries (more then Spanish) (there were some accidents with police intervention in the night), some drug dealers. In spite of that as a family with 2 small children we did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
