• Jeeho (10/5): - The host(s) were very friendly, very easy to communicate and very understandable. I would recommend to a friend if they visit Florence. I loved the location as it was not the most busiest part of Florence, but just enough to seek variaty of restaurants very closeby. I knew before there were no elevators, but it was quite a journey to carry two half size carriers up to the 2nd floor. Also there were missing bathroom key which we couldn't lock from the inside.

É tudo isso bem no centro histórico. Simplesmente perfeito. Só faltou um varal de chão para quem precisa lavar roupa, já que o apartamento tem máquina de lavar.

• Gilberto (10/5): Un excelente lugar que te pondrá en el centro de Florencia para disfrutar de esta bella ciudad - Lugar amplio, muy cómodo y central, cerca de todo caminando. Muchos opciones donde ir a comer. Las fotos quedan cortas de lo amplio y bello que es. Antonella súper atenta siempre y Mauricio….nos recibió en el apartamento y nos mostró las instalaciones y nos dio una muy buena explicación de todo en general y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Que solo tiene un baño. Éramos 4 adultos y tuvimos que planear con anticipación quien primero, quien después etc. Para no perder tiempo, pero nos pudimos acomodar sin problema. Esto no quitó que disfrutáramos de las instalaciones y la ciudad.

O apartamento era bem grande e muuuito bom, que superou as nossas expectativas, a região é bem central e conseguíamos fazer tudo a pé. Além de ser perto da estação de trem.

• Claudia (10/5): Gorgeous apartment to enjoy all that Florence has to offer. - Absolutely beautiful apartment and staff! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us early and were very responsive in communications. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities. The location was phenomenal, in the heart of Florence and yet it was quiet in the apartment. Just be aware that there are several flights of stairs to reach the front door. This is not a deterrent for us and I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat but this is something to be aware of if you have large suitcases, small children, strollers, difficulty with mobility, or simply don’t like stairs.

Magda, la anfitriona nos recibió muy calurosamente y nos dió un panorama general de cómo recorrer Florencia en detalle. Location was perfect and we would highly recommend this place to everyone! Nothing about the property, but we would recommend that they reconsider the parking place they partner with. Their staff was extremely disrespectful and we had an absolutely awful experience - worst in the entire trip.

The location was also very convenient to the city centre and restaurants, etc The hosts (Antonella and Heidy) were fantastic and helpful. This was a great apartment fir a family of 5. No lift so we had to carry our bags up to the 2nd floor.

• Frank (9/5): 99% Perfect! - A fabulous property, located right in the middle of the old centre, only 5-15 minutes walk away from most of the sightseeing attractions. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you need to feel comfortable and above all it's very quiet, no outside noise from the street! Mosquito nets on all the windows. You can trust the photos online. The host(s) are very welcoming and responsive, giving you lots of tips. And should you come by car, there's a garage just 50 meters away from the apartment. We'll be back for sure to Five Senses in San Lorenzo quarter. Nothing

• Alberta (1/5): After leaving this apartment for two days and making sure everything was perfect and in order I received a message from - The space was big but the beds were uncomfortable especially mine which was a sofa bed in the kitchen. Too many flights of steps to climb in an old building with luggage so if you even have a carry on it was quite a hike. I’d select an apartment with an elevator and will moving forward.

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and one bath Although the host, Antonella is very good about giving valuable information about Florence, we were given firm instruction about the usage of the property including strict departure time of 10 am without an opportunity to keep luggage even for 45 min. Our train was 2 hour after our departure time, so it was a bit challenging for us. In all our prior travels we were offered either a later check out and/or an opportunity to store our luggage at the place.

Host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment faces an interior courtyard, thus there is not a huge amount of light. Apartment has thoughtful design and color choices but lacks charm and originality.

• Amanda (10/5): Excellent apartment in central Florence - This is an excellent apartment option in Florence. It's right in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. The owner met us when we arrived to hand over the keys, give us an apartment tour, and offer from tips on Florence. The apartment itself is lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you could need for a stay. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, which is nice when traveling with family. The owner was available via WhatApp for any questions during our stay, and was always quick to respond. It's not that I disliked it, but it's worth noting that this is more like an Airbnb stay than a hotel stay. You need to meet someone in person to get the keys, which could be tricky if you're planning to arrive very early or very late.

It is close to the train station but also close to the sights of Florence. It’s located close to a busy piazza but the apartment is quiet and serene. I will definitely be booking this place again in future.

Only one point: No elevator We were 4 adults with an underage child. We had many big and small luggages and lots of stuff for child, not easy to carry all our belongings to 2nd floor without elevator.

Antonella also organised a taxi for us for our departure which was greatly appreciated.

Novella train station and 5 mins walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Beds are comfortable with clean washed bedsheets. Apartment is cozy and spacious for our family of four. The host, Antonella, greeted us with warm hospitality. She briefed us on the property and gave us some suggestions for good food and gelatos. She even prepared a manual with clear instructions on the rule and regulations of the apartment as well as suggested itinerary for exploring Florence. She places potpourri around the apartment and in drawers which makes the house smells great, truly live up to its name. Very nice gesture from Antonella to provide complimentary chocolates and Ginseng shower gel and shampoo. She saw that we have a pair of boy and girl and took the trouble to transform the sofa bed so that the kids can each have their own Queen size bed. Antonella is very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. We had a great stay and restful sleep at her lovely apartment. We highly recommend this great apartment and will share with our family and friends. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit! Thanks Antonella for making our stay at Florence a memorable one ❤

• Tay (9/5): Spacious apartment in great location - Excellent location, walkable to all major sites. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds, including the sofa bed in the living room, were very comfortable. Kitchen was well.equipped and also had olive oil, condiments, coffee powder, etc. There is no dryer, but there's a washing machine. Clothes took a while to dry in winter but still manageable. Most rental apartments in Italy do not provide toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Bring your own, including laundry capsules.

Her charming place is beautifully appointed, luxuriously spacious and more than comfortable. Heartwarming to see her personal touches everywhere. Love the full range of amenities and kitchen appliances provided. Location is centrally perfect to a lot of amenities, no worries about street noises as the apartment is deeper in the well-kept apartment complex. One of my best stays and highly recommended. Wifi is a little bit patchy in the first room due to the spacious layout. It got my kids to join us in the dining area which is good thing actually.

I do not like it when properties insist you to take out the trash. Cleaners are coming anyway, they should do it. You're charging hotel prices, provide some level of service. And when they say checkout is at 10am, they mean it. I returned at 9:55 from taking out the trash and 3 cleaners had entered the apartment while my wife was finishing up packing and getting ready. One was even using the bathroom! Unacceptable.

Imagine turning a corner or two to be faced with the Duomo!!! Amazing. The train station was only a few minutes away, so it was easy to get into Florence and also for day trips. Antonella the host was fantastic! Her guide book that she sent ahead of time was great, as were her recommendations. Always willing to answer questions and she even booked a transfer for us. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed ... we are so grateful to have met you and stayed at your beautiful home. She met us at check in and even helped us with suitcases up the stairs. Loved our stay! Hope to be back again :-) Only that we didn't book to stay longer

We will be back! - This beautiful apartment is right in the city centre with easy access to all the sights and 5 min walk from the station. The deco is so tasteful, the shower amazing. It is so spacious and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Antonella agreed to meet us for an early check in and gave us lots of ideas of places of interest and where to find great food! There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Vikas (1/5): Beware of them if you go with kids, they can charge you penalty later on the name of extra cleaning - Location is good but bathroom was very small and extremely difficult to climb 2 very high floors. Lot of noise from other apartments and was very disturbing in night. Host representative Antonella was very rude and they charged 100 Euro once I returned back for extra cleaning. Do they expect us to properly clean their apartment as we got? We paid good amount for cleaning. As a tourist when we returned to home country America, we have no ways to challenge them and get this money returned. This is misuse for providing credit card. I have stayed through booking.com to 3 other apartments in Italy during this Visit and everyone else was amazing host and it was extraordinary experience with other places.

• Lion (10/5): Great apartment in the city center with great and professional host. - The apartment is great, spacious, two big bedrooms, very spacious, good equipped kitchen with additional bed, big table and TV. The bathroom is very good as well. The apartment is situated on the second (Italian) floor, it’s actually the third floor from the ground, without elevator. It’s a lot of steps to reach the apartment.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable and roomy stay! - What a great location this apartment is in! You step right out the building and restaurants are all around as well as a cosmetic store and dollar store across the street. Minimum walking distance to pretty much everything you’d want to see and train station even closer, about 7-8 minutes, and that’s with toting kids around. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs so prepare for a daily workout. Also, no microwave, but otherwise very tidy, clean and comfortable place to stay with a great host to greet you and answer any questions!
