• Ursula (9/5): - Facilities were very good. Everything very clean and spacious. Wonderful view! Easy check-in. Host very helpful with arranging transport to and from the apartment. Some pillows weren't very comfortable. But everything else was perfect and in good condition!

• Aleksandra (10/5): Rewelacyjny pobyt!!! - Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Niesamowity widok z balkonu. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna, wiedziała, że mamy późno lot powrotny i sama wyszła z inicjatywą przedłużenia doby bez dodatkowych opłat. Mieszkanie czyste i blisko historycznego centrum. Bardzo polecamy!!!
• miracle (9/5): - Location is perfect 👌 downstairs is victorija station that you could reach to lapad with connecting bus with less than 10 minutes walk is the station that you could go cavtat and airport and downstairs from.that is the old town 😀 we have everything that you needed the most during your stay and most of all I love the views from the terrace and from the windows at the dining table 😀 😊
• Kathrin (9/5): - Schöne grosse Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, über Kaffeemaschine mit Filterpapier,Fön,Hygieneartikel,Handtücher, Spülmittel... Wir hatten sogar Glück und durften schon früher in die Wohnung. Sehr schöner Ausblick zur Insel rüber. Die nächste Badebucht ist ca.in 10min zu Fuss zu erreichen Die Treppen sind halt da, aber gut zu bewältigen. Es hat alles super geklappt und vielen Dank.

There are a few steps to get in, but once inside, everything is spot on. The view from the balcony is really nice — perfect for relaxing with a coffee or in the morning . I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Really nice Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, cozy place!!!

There were no options to watch movies on the tv. No netflix. We weren't able to cast to the tv either.
• Ana (8/5): Nice apartment but be mindful of the 108 steps to get to it! - It was refurbished and furniture was pretty new. The extractor of the bathroom did not work properly and caused electrical blackouts two times. Also, there were ants in the kitchen, that must be remediated.

• Boco (8/5): Good Stay - Location is near the bus stop. 3-4 minutes to the old town by bus or 18 minutes walk. Walking distance to St. Jacob beach. Banje beach can be reach by bus or walking. Nice sea view with the view of Lukrom Island and Old town. The summer festival fireworks is visible from the property. The property is inside the restricted zone of the old town, hence not possible to drive to the property when you rent a car.

We loved the view of Lokrum island from the windows. You could also see old town from the apartment. It was in a more quiet area. Loved everything but the stairs to the apartment is intense , a good workout!
• Eloina (10/5): Wonderful apartment with stunning view - The view was stunning, the apartment was well equipped with thoughtful touches (shower gel/shampoo/dishwasher tablets/bottles of water amongst others) , the bed was really comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Communication with the host via whatsapp was easy. The 108 steps up to the apartment were hard work but we soon got used to them and definitely worth it for the view.
• Valarie (9/5): My solo traveler experience - The location creates beautiful views and I found the apartment to be very clean and tidy. The weather was a bit warm for October which was a nice surprise. The air-con worked perfectly when needed. The windows are located directly in the sun's path (which helps dry clothes quickly) and was able to enjoy the sunrise. I was able to open the windows and door and enjoy some of the fresh air. There is a very small market (open until 21:00) located on the street which was quite helpful to pick up a couple of items when arriving later. I was a solo visitor and found the bed I used to be pretty comfortable. Most of the photos were representative of what you can experience (not LR). Washer included detergent, kitchen provided most of any cooking or baking needs. The Old Town location is a downhill 15 minute walk past a couple of small but useful markets. The return uphill walk does take a little more time (for rest) but is a far more direct route than taking the bus. Using the bus is extremely easy and clean. There are stairs located one level down from the apartment which made it quick and easy to get in and out to the bus stop or walking path to Old Town. The apartment is very comfortable and I spent one entire day not leaving the apartment and just relaxed. The fact that there are many steps shouldn't be a deterrent as that is just pretty much the case of every place you're looking at in Dubrovnik. This side of town is way more laid back and quiet and you won't find bars and restaurants. The other side of Old Town definitely had a lot more bars and restaurants but I also found that it wasn't as quiet and laid-back as this side. I plan to return to the area and will definitely return and recommend anyone looking for an apartment to this unit. The taxi service - the apartment taxi offered DID NOT drive you to the unit. Drops you at the bottom of the street and you must take your own luggage up a steep hill for a 10-15 minute walk. I saw taxis going up and down the road during my stay - so a tight street is not an excuse. If you're not going to deliver me to the address should not have been charged the full taxi price! They were also not at the airport to meet me and I had to wait around for about 15-20 minutes. Because it's a service offered through the apartment I'm laying the blame there. Didn't create a promising start or a great first impression of the apartment experience. The location of the apartment is about six flights down (stairs only) and in the dark. Being there for the first time I couldn't find a light. So I was carrying my suitcases in the dark stairs down the stairs to locate the apartment 6 flights down. An indoor drying rack would have been very helpful so I wouldn't have to come up with creative ways to dry my clothes indoors. The outdoor rack was helpful for a couple of items. Some of the photos need to be updated as the couch did not represent what was actually there. English instructions would have been helpful for the stove and washer - I struggled a lot with both. Pretty much everywhere I've been there has been some type of 'pod' coffee option and that was not an option here. Now that I've made so many espressos with the machine, I can become a barista. The lack of paper towels in the kitchen was a little frustrating as the espresso machine usage was not a clean experience and buying them from the small market was at an outrageous price in order to keep the apartment clean. With all this being said I would still return now that I fully understand the limitations (which are manageable) and expectations.

Beautiful views from the apartment and very friendly, helpful owner. I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town, but be warned that there are a lot of steep steps in this area if you are traveling by foot or bus.
• Janice (8/5): Loved the location, not so much the stairs - The lock box would not open. On contacting the owner which luckily, I had their phone number they were not happy and insisted that I was not putting the code in properly. After much discussion the owner sent her husband over with a spare set of keys. the lock box was jammed as 2 sets of keys were placed in the box instead of only one. It was very frustrating as it was 9.30pm and dark. STAIRS, it would have been nice to have been warned about the stairs to get to the apartment especially for older people who are travelling with large suitcases
• Nowakowska (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony. I do not recommend it for families with children. A lot of stairs, taxi drivers do not want to go up, they always charged 5 euros extra.

The location is peaceful and away from the tourist crowds. The walk up the stairs to get “home” was ok for us, but if you’re not in shape for one reason or another, it is hefty work especially when it’s hot.

Everything worked and very well maintained. And what a view! And do not be afraid of the stairs, it is not a challenge for healthy people. Just 10 mins walk to the old city and a bit more time back to the flat because of the elevation increase. None.
• Amermandy (6/5): Overall a decent stay. - The host was approachable, the room was clean but not exceptionally clean. The view was v v nice from the apartment. Overall a decent experience. The day I took a shower in the morning and my wife wanted to take shower after 1 hour there was no hot water which was very uncomfortable. I kept pinging the host and she gave me basic instructions to follow rather than coming over to help. We had to boil hot water on the stove and find a bucket where we mixed water and took a shower. Please keep this in mind next time. Another important thing that I noticed was a really small scorpion was found in the bathroom which I took a picture as well and pinged to the host on Whatsapp and no reply from her. What can I say now.

Place needs a little tender loving care; washing machine leaked, no soap for shower, one window shade hard to lower. Uber driver would not drive up the street to drop us at location. Apartment is at very top of street. Street very narrow and cars on both sides. Be ready to climb ALOT of stairs to reach apartment. My family is in good shape, but stairs were exhausting.

• Marco (7/5): Location in a beautiful neighborhood - The location of the apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and modern. Extra towels are available (even for the beach). We worked there so the two desks are very helpful and the wifi is excellent. Entering the apartment was problematic since the previous tenants did not put the key into the check-in locker but into the mailbox. There was no backup plan, so Ana had to drive to the apartment (90min waiting time). Luckily, we were able to get the key out of the mailbox with a branch before she had arrived. On arrival, we expected an apology for the inconvenience but never got one. It is not our problem that previous tenants do not stick to the agreement. I think this process can be improved (e.g. the cleaning staff could check if the key is where it should be). Also, the kitchen needs some maintenance (loose handles) and has small ants on the counter.

• Adam (10/5): Perfect place to stay during your visit to Dubrovnik! - - great location - 15 min walk to the old city of Dubrovnik - apartment fully equipped, including oven, microwave, espresso machine (2 types!), washing machine - instant communication with host via WhatsApp - availability to park for free on the street (it is super narrow, but there were always some free spots) - shop with local products 2 min walk from the apartment - perfect for preparing breakfast - THE VIEW!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. There were a large number of steps leading up to the apartment. This isn't likely to be an issue for anyone with a regular amount of fitness, but if you have any injuries/limited mobility then it may be an issue.
