• Eleonora (7/5): Good and spacious apartment, but a bit cold. - Easy to access apartment, very spacious and comfortable. If you stay during October, keep in mind that the heating system in Italy doesn't work until November and due to the large size of the apartment it gets very cold. We were quite cold inside but we managed to keep warm with blankets and more clothes on us. It's not neccessary the host's fault, but I would suggest adding some portable heaters in the rooms for more comfort. Everything else was good, we had plenty of hot water for 6 people.
• Mario (10/5): Amplio departamento con buena ubicación - Departamento grande y comodo. Buena ubicación. Buenas instalaciones. La terraza, ideal para un cierre del día. La cocina muy cómoda. A tres cuadras se encuentra un supermercado muy completo, donde se obtiene de todo lo necesario. La escala es pesada de subir para personas de mas edad y con poca costubre de subir escalas. Falta cortina de baño en uno de los baños, lo que limita a usar un baño para las duchas.

• Solomiya (7/5): Загалом - гарні враження - Величезна, простора квартира. Дуже зручні ліжка, є кухня, пральна машинка. Недалеко від центру- 25-30 хв. пішки. Єдиний мінус- дуже високо потрібно було нести валізу, яка була важкою. І в ванній кімнаті де ванна- немає шторки. Ну і диван в гостьовій кімнаті - брудний.
• Terri (8/5): Host was great! - Large with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, decent location It was about 1.3 miles from the center of Florence. You can walk or take bus. Older style place, could use some updating.
• Alejandro (5/5): Necesita varios arreglos - Las toallas y las camas. El piso es grande. No tiene aire acondicionado en pleno agosto, sucio, poca luz porque hay bombillas que no funcionan, cosas rotas, ducha, mosquitos, peor que las fotos que muestran. La bañera no tiene cortina y la ducha atascadísima. Necesita varios arreglos.
• Catalina (10/5): Absolut minunat! - Un apartament mare, spațios, cu toate utilitățile necesare. Nu atât de aproape de centrul orașului dar merită plimbarea făcută de la apartament până la punctele turistice.

• Márcia (4/5): O apartamento deixa muito a desejar - Só a localização O endereço bem complicado para encontrar. O apartamento estava com poucas lâmpadas a maioria queimadas, as descargas dos banheiros com problemas, sem ar condicionado e os ventiladores com problemas também. A sorte é que não estava fazendo muito calor mesmo sendo no verão. Não indico

• Iakovos (5/5): Not what expected - Convenient and big appartment Clean bathroom except the shower which was blocked not dirty. Both bathtubs were blocked before us Dirty appartment. Walls and floor dirty. Especially the laundry room. No elevator for 2nd floor
• Gemma (8/5): Very good - Large open comfortable space for family. Close to transport. Person who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms - lack of screen on showers meant water went everywhere. Showers didn't drain very well so needed to stop shower after a 2-3mins and wait to drain making it very difficult to wash hair.
• Rob (8/5): Large convenient and well fitted apartment close to Florence - This is a large apartment and well fitted. Fans in all rooms, comfortable beds, a large dining room / lounge and good kitchen with seating too. The two bathrooms mean there is plenty of space and you aren’t queueing. WiFi is good and the TVs (2 of them) include digital/online apps. Generally, there is a lot of space including a balcony and a store room with useful items in it. We were met and shown around and provided it’s all information we needed on arrival. For what you get in terms of space, this was a very good value place to stay at the edge of Florence. It’s just a 15/20 minute walk to the local station or 35 minutes into Florence. There are also local busses but we didn’t use these. Unfortunately the showers booth had issues. The first bathroom included a shower over the bath which worked well, but had no shower curtain or screen making it impossible to shower keeping the water in the bath and the floor dry. The second one bathroom had a shower cubicle, but one door was missing and the tray did not drain properly. Again this meant it was impossible to keep the water of the floor when showering. Other than this, there was nothing that we didn’t like about the apartment.
• Cordeiro (7/5): Fair - Large rooms and ability to house six adults. The poor instructions on how to find and locate the accommodations.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very clean and spacious. Washing machine, fans in every room and WiFi. 30 Mins walk to the town centre. Esselunga supermarket with lovely focaccia for a picnic only 1 Min drive away .Brilliant!

• Maia (8/5): Very good - so, place location was good for me, because I chose not near city center. staff was good. The apartment is quite big, bigger than it appears in the photos not very bad but , would like to be more clean. The blankets didn't look clean, it would be nice to use a blanket on top. The water in the bathroom did not flow well.
• Junko (9/5): overall lovely apartment with a good space for a family/group - was in a nice neighbourhood that was fairly close to everything. Nice spacious and clean. we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, good quality stove and oven. no dish soap to wash dishes, dish sponge was very old, we had to clean the kettle before making any tea or coffee because it was dirty inside and made the water murky and one of the showers didn’t drain properly

• Avish (8/5): Very good - The location was great in the centre of Florence. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Suitable for group of people. Have nice restaurants around and very safe area. Host should be punctual and take more time to welcome clients. But overall it was a good experience.
