• Radina (10/5): - The property is very clean, the rooms are beautiful furnished, beds are very comfortable and there is everything necessary for your stay. Also i am really very satisfied with the host! They were so responsive and made our stay very peaceful and friendly. All the staff is great. Our apartment was really huge and comfortable. There was a compliments as coffee, tea, sweets, water, just one more time thank you! We will come back again for sure!

The apartment was very nice, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location – close to the metro, shops, and many restaurants. A big plus is the lovely café in the same building, serving delicious savory croissants and excellent coffee. Apartment guests also receive a discount at the café, which was a very nice touch. Perfect place for both short and longer stays in Istanbul. I have no negative reviews

This property is run down and in need of a major refit. Doors were broken. Toilet seat was very loose. Free WiFi ran at 6 bpspm. rooms were cramped. Cooking facilities were minimal. The advertised garden did not exist. Lots of marble cracked. It tried to be a mini palace but failed miserably. No reception. No daily room servicing.

• monica (5/5): - The hotel is somewhat conveniently located and staff are very friendly and helpful The apartment we stayed in is definitely dated with a few major issues. There’s no access to the heating controls, you have to message the staff. AC did not work, and plug sockets were falling out the walls. The toilet was all very difficult to use located in a tiny walled corner you could barely open legs to use. However, the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves need a lot of work as most things seem to be falling apart.

When I refused because it was not the area I booked, I was told that the original hotel was closed, yet it is still available for booking on Booking.com. My request for a refund was refused. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.

• Soheil (1/5): Ich gehe nie wieder dort. - Nur das Reinigungsteam und die Umgebung. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 16 Personen und haben dieses Apartmenthotel im Voraus für unsere gesamte Gruppe gebucht. Leider entsprachen die Fotos und Beschreibungen auf der Website in keiner Weise der Realität. Anstatt großer Zwei-Zimmer-Einheiten wurden uns zwei kleine Studio-Apartments gegeben, die lediglich durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden waren. Der Hotelmanager stellte uns erst nach einem Tag eine etwas größere Einheit in der 6. Etage zur Verfügung, wofür uns zusätzlich 350 Euro berechnet wurden – trotz zahlreicher weiterer Mängel. Zu den wichtigsten Problemen zählen: • sehr kleine und schlecht beleuchtete Zimmer • nicht funktionierende Dunstabzugshauben • unvollständige Küchenausstattung • mangelhafte Schalldämmung • stark vereiste Gefrierschränke • kleine Badezimmer • beschädigte Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände (u. a. in Einheit 602) Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt äußerst unzufrieden. Die Zusatzgebühr von 350 Euro für ein größeres Zimmer war völlig unangemessen, und wir werden dieses Apartmenthotel nicht erneut buchen.

Наличие кухонной посуды и стиральной машины, холодильник с хорошей морозильной камерой, утюг и гладильная доска. Даже кофеварку нашла. Есть открытый большой балкон. Он размером с комнату некоторых отелей. Насладиться в полной мере не успела - начался ливень. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Расстроило что сломан душ, постоянно отключался и недостаточно напора воды. Смеситель в раковине очень расшатан, но пользоваться можно.

Als je aankomt in het hotel dan blijken bepaalde kamers plots niet meer beschikbaar. Meerdere mensen hebben hiervoor gewaarschuwd! En toch blij en zij kamers kunnen bieden op booking.com - Ze deden erg moeilijk over restitutie van het geld gezien de kamers die we hadden geboekt niet beschikbaar waren bij aankomst

We would choose this place again and again, and we already recommend it to everyone we know. It truly made our trip to Istanbul special. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the café’s food and drinks were memorable. My whole family loved it. Our suite had a great kitchen, and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and great restaurants within walking distance. There is a delicious restaurant in the hotel. حدث انقطاع للماء وعندما تحدثنا مع الفندق اخبرنا بانه انقطاع على كامل المنطقه من البلدية ولكن تم حل الموضوع بسرعه There was a water outage and when we spoke to the hotel, they told us that there was a water outage in the entire area from the municipality, but the issue was resolved quickly.

Recommend to take Uber or street taxi to Bebek (almost the same price, but still first check it) ) No slopes, no steps to reach the hotel. Enter the hotel through the cafe - a breakfast/brunch area. My thanks to the helful and friendly lady working in the kitchen/bar. .All in all, the staff are welcoming and friendly, including the cleaning ladies. Each call was taken, expect quick resolving if there is any issue or request, just dial zero from your room. Complaints: Hotel Rating: The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the quality of the rooms and facilities is far below that standard. Based on my experience, the hotel should be rated at most 2 stars. I trust Booking.com to accurately evaluate hotels, and I am disappointed by the misleading information in this case. Room Quality: The room was much smaller than advertised. It was listed as 34 square meters, but in reality, it was closer to 20 square meters. The photos used to advertise the rooms were taken with wide-angle lenses, which made the rooms appear larger than they actually were. Baby Crib: I requested a baby crib through Booking.com at the time of booking, as well as the day before and on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, no crib was provided during my stay. I can provide copies of all email correspondence if necessary. Bathroom and Toilet: The condition of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. This was a major part of my dissatisfaction with the hotel. Quality of staff: The hotel has stated that I did not check in, despite the fact that I did. They claim I never arrived, which is untrue. This false statement has prevented me from submitting a review and requesting a refund. I checked in as scheduled, but after experiencing significant issues with the hotel's quality, I decided to check out early.

• Ksenia (1/5): A terrible place - Nothing What they do is totally outrageous and a big scam. When I arrived, without any warning, I was given a key to a super-tiny and really stinky apartment - instead of my executive suite 85 sq m big and looking luxurious. I claimed that and was given another key, but the room happened to be exactly the same - around 30 sq m, badly made and badly equipped, just had no smell))) They forced me to stay there for the night, saying that my reserved apartment was occupied by somebody else, Sick and unwilling to leave. And refused to call the police to solve this problem. Yet, nobody warned me about this problem during the day, though I was in touch with the hotel for 10 hrs prior to arrival. So, I had to stay in that terrible place for the night, it was extremely noisy, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work properly - had no remote control, so, it was permanently cold((( A disaster for anybody, but especially for me - a pregnant woman, in istanbul for treatment! So, the next morning I was downstairs with my luggage at 8 am saying I am looking for a different place, but I want the full refund and going to file a complaint and write the most negative review. And not going to pay for the night in that terrible room - that this should be the least way to apologize to me for that situation. And what they did is process of the refund through a no-show without penalties, which meant that I could not write a review😄😄😄Add they forced me to pay €50 for 1 night in the room I would never ever have booked deliberately. Aldo to mention here, I had to ask my husband, travelling in a different part of the world and really busy, to make another reservation for me urgently, as I didn’t have enough money on my card for another reservation(( otherwise I would have had to sleep in the street on on one of their terrible rooms, pregnant) of course, not a writing review was totally unacceptable for me - people should know, what they are like, so, I filed a complaint to Booking.

It had a small kitchen, which made it easy to cook my own meals, a spacious bathroom, and a cozy bed. Everything was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect – close to public transport and grocery stores.

When asked to show they have refused and took us to a tatty place where there is no AC in the 2nd room and the guy dared to say that it’s not hot in 37degree! If you dont want to have a terrible holiday keep it away from this place & the guy at the property!

Power sockets didn’t work and several lights were not working overall the space was very dark. There was nothing at the property. There was no spa or leisure facilities. However for a cheap short stay it was value for money.

The bathroom had mold growing on the caulking and the shower pipe was leaking from not being sealed properly. We arrived and the sofa bed pictured was not there, instead it was a 2-seater leather couch that was not prepared for our stay. When we pulled it out, the mattress was stained with food crumbs all over it, and the springs were broken or bent; so the mattress was sloping in - very uncomfortable.
