• KANBE (5/5): - 子どもと2人で滞在だったので部屋の広さはちょうどよく、比較的快適に過ごせました。 USJへ遊びに行く目的での旅行だったので、アクセスしやすく便利でした。 難波の方に出るのにも近くて良かったです。 隣の部屋との壁が薄いのか、おそらく普通のトーンでの会話でも丸聞こえでうるさく、夜子どもが寝ようとしていてもうるさくてなかなか寝付けなかったです。 また、寝具やタオル類の匂いが気になりました。ベッドフレームに足をぶつけることが多かったので、フレームが隠れるくらいの寝具を敷くか、フレームにクッションをつけるなど、もう少しカバーされていると子どもと宿泊しても安全に過ごせるなと思いました。

• Amy (6/5): Good for a USJ trip - Best part about the place is the location. It is super close to USJ - 30 min walk, about 20 if you take the train. There is a washing machine and little kitchen area with cups, plates and cutlery etc. Shower is a comfortable size with good pressure and sink area in the bathroom. Directions and check-in info were very detailed and on time, very appreciated! Would recommend this place if you are just planning to do a few days to go to USJ but might not be super comfortable for longer stays. No handtowels or kitchen towels provided which was a bit inconvenient as very few are provided for you to use in general - luckily we had our own with us. Beds sounded and felt a bit flimsy - maybe the screws need tightening. While there is a washing machine, drying clothes was quite difficult - would not recommend doing washing if only staying for 1 night as they might not dry in time for your departure. Not necessarily a negative, just to be aware of! Sound proofing for outside is good, couldn't really hear the trains but could hear the other guests in the flat next door even if they were just having a conversation. Something to be mindful of.

• MAYUMI (10/5): 安らぎを感じる宿泊所 - 家で過ごしている感じでした。清潔感と設備が整っていて、安らぎました。洗濯機にはとても助かりました。シャワールーム、冷蔵庫、湯沸器、電子レンジも毎日使い便利でした。傘もレインコートも用意されてました。 住宅地なので、周りにコンビニもなく、駅も歩って12分位かかり不便でした。三泊したので、往復歩って疲れました。ロケーションが悪かった。特にネットでは、「Gummi 駅」からと書いてあり、そんな名称のある駅があるのかと思いました。分かりづらいかった。「安治川口駅」と書いてあればいい。ネットの表示が良くない。「偶見」とも書いてあったので、中国人経営なのかと思いました。「偶見」(音読みになっている。そんな日本語ないけれど)とは、日本語に訳すと「出会う」という意味だから。路地の細かい表示も出ていると良かった。わからなかったので、近所の家のインターフォンを2軒も押して「違います」と言われて、ご近所迷惑だろうなとも思いました。駅から歩って宿舎を探すのが大変でした。

• Guilhem (7/5): - I like the proximity of Universal which i wanted. The kitchen and the wide space. Wifi worked really well. There wasn't any lights coming from the window (Gummi 101) which was different from the pictures i have seen online! I hated that and would have probably not booked it if i knew. The rooms being wide and barely connected, the hot air had really a tough time to navigate between rooms, so be prepared to be cold in winter.

• Michiko (10/5): とても良いです！ - USJから近く、部屋も落ち着つく広さでとても良かったです！洗濯機が部屋の中にあるので汗で汚れた服を洗濯できたのがとても良かったです。 駅から少し歩くので夏場は少ししんどいです。

• James (8/5): Short and comfortable stay near USJ and the rest of Osaka. - Great location for Universal Studios Japan. Once you walk the 12 minutes to the station, it’s a short ride to the entrance. It also makes for easy access to the heart of Osaka. Just enough space for two people with suitcases. It’s also very clean. The walls are very thin so you have to be extra careful not to make too much noise. Not a huge problem for us, but definitely could hear other neighbors at times.

• Fernanda (8/5): Great room for a good price! - The apartment is nice and clean, the beds are comfy and the room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located 1 station away from a very convenient station (Nishijuko) that combines with lines that connect you to many places like Osaka st. and Namba. I think that for the price the room was great! It's a 15 min walk from the nearest the station and there's nothing around the apartment. Just a 7/11 like 6 mins away, but the neighborhood it's pretty dead. Also, the walls are very thin so you can easily hear the neighbors and the train passing. Nothing too bad though.

• Karlaggo (5/5): OK, but ruined by the light so left very tired and unrested. - The room was large enough. The facilities apart from the bed was great. The trip to the nearest station was a short walk. The neighbourhood was quiet. It was easy to get the key and let ourselves in. The host was very hard to get a hold off and didn't answer questions. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone else and it is loud at all hours. The beds were like concrete. The worst thing about the whole room was the fire exit sign! it must be new as no-one has complained about it, it is so bright you can see it from space, don't expect to get any sleep in the room as it is like day light.

• Adham (8/5): Very good - location was very close to the train station so it was easy to get to our stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill during my trip so I spent my stay mostly in bed, but overall it was comfortable and affordable for 2 nights. This is not particularly a negative, but the space is significantly smaller than it looks. The pictures literally show the entire space that you would be covering. This wasn't an issue but it is something to note. Everything you would need was present and I had an overall good stay at this location.

• W (10/5): Fantastic place for travelers! Budget friendly too! - The guesthouse was perfectly suited to our needs for our trip. It was only 11-14 minutes walking distance to the subway line and 25 minutes walking from Universal Studios. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is spacious with a kitchen and small nook for a table and chairs. The bathroom was spacious as well, making it easy for 2 people to move around seamlessly. The owners were responsive to inquires and made it very easy to find and check in ourselves. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a budget or who just wants a unique and comfortable place to stay. It was explained before the reservation that it is easy to hear others who reside in the guesthouse apartments. So there were a few times we could hear the other residents in their accommodations late at night. But it wasn't that bad.

• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - S-Flat is a great plaace to stay for anyone making a visit to Osaka, ESPECIALLY if you plan on spending a lot of time at Universal Studios Japan! It's hardly a 20 minute walk from the house, so very easy to make it there early in the morning! The house itself is also lovely, has everything you'd need for most any length of stay! Self check-in was easy enough too, once we found the place :> If you don't plan on visiting USJ during your time in Osaka, it's a bit far from the center of the city, other than that it's a wonderful place to stay!
• Ben (10/5): very nice stay great service over the phone and through email perfect instruction on how to get there and get in. thank - I like that it was in a safe area where the neighbors are very kind the people that stayed before us dropped a wallet and were looking for it when we arrived but a neighbor in the area saw them and returned it to them because she recognized them from the night before. I like that the honest people there. the only thing I did not like was that I only had so little time for vacation and wish I could’ve stayed longer.

• A'inunlhusna (1/5): Regretted move after d first night - Nothing. It was far from everywhere. The room was seperated therefore if u go to the kitchen or toilet it was solid cold. I went during winter and i was freezing the whole night as d heater also was not working . Not comfortable pillow is 1 small pillow. I checkout after the first night.

• Tiffany (7/5): Good - the location of the house was good, was in a convenient spot for transport, laundromat, eatery. suburb was peaceful and clean.
• Tahlia (5/5): Passable - The property was a good location if you want to spend most of your time at universal, however keep in mind it is quite far from the main areas of Osaka, and you will have to walk at least 12 minutes to the train station. It was relatively clean, however there was some dust and hair in the bed and sink. There were many appliances and the beds were comfortable. The shower is also nice however you only have 10 minutes of hot water a day. We found on our first night that the heater function didn’t work in the air conditioner. As it was winter and it states in the booking description that there is heating we were quite disappointed. The owner did not respond until the next day, and did not have someone come look into it until the day before we left. I was quite disappointed that they did not even provide extra blankets or anything considering the apartment was freezing at night, we had to purchase extra jumpers to wear to bed. Another thing to keep in mind is that the walls are extremely thin, we could hear people walking around until 1am each night, and 2 out of 3 nights we were awoken at 6am from people stomping around above us. The trains also run until around 12:30 and start again around 6am, it echoes through the apartment, as I’m a light sleeper, I felt quite sleep deprived the entire trip.

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have heating and the location was pretty far from the station. the neighbors were loud above us and the neighbors behind us banged on the wall at us maybe bc it was late at nite and we were watching a movie
• Madeline (9/5): A great choice if you're planning a trip to USJ! - This was a great little room for me and my friend to stay in. It had everything we needed and made our 2-day USJ trip really great! It was clean and comfortable. It is a little difficult to get to - the nearest stations are about a 10 minute walk away, and don't connect to a lot of lines.
