• Roberto (10/5): Perfecto!! - Cercano a todas los monumentos turísticos. A 2 minutos andando de la Plaza Navona y a 5 del Pantheon. Limpio y con todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado, cafetera, tostadora, kettle, vitro, microondas... Amerigo ha sido super amable, atento y muy cercano, recomendando también sitios locales y ayudando con lo necesario. El edificio es seguro y tiene ascensor, y al salir tiene 5 escaleras para bajar y acceder al apartamento. La zona es muy segura. Calidad-precio top. El sofá cama un pelín duro. Las cama y el sofá cama no están separados por pared, nosotros éramos familia y nos daba igual, pero por si van parejas que lo sepan.

La limpieza, orden y mantenimiento general del apartamento (Ej. el baño no tenía ventilación natural y el extractor no funcionaba). Y el faltante de algunas cuestiones que podrían ser básicas (trapitos para limpiar la cocina, servilletas/rollo tissue, un solo enchufe en la cocina para 3 electrodomésticos).

• Eva (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de Piazza Navona y del Panteon. El personal muy amable, nos dio muchas recomendaciones gastronómicas. La cama de matrimonio es cómoda 🥰 El sofá cama no es cómodo. El colchón y las almohadas son muy finas y blandas, y está volcado hacia un lado.

• María (5/5): Lo único bueno la ubicación - La ubicación. Todo está cerca. La cama era cómoda. Amerigo contestaba rápido las dudas. Nos dejó cápsulas de café y sobres de gel de baño. La limpieza. Estaba todo muy muy sucio. Había cosas dañadas y que daban mal aspecto, como las paredes, alguna mancha negra junto al aire acondicionado, cables sueltos. La cocina sucia, vieja y poco utilizable. No podíamos ni asomarnos a la ventana porque estaba todo muy sucio. La cisterna del baño está en el techo, cuesta llegar y, además, es incómodo. El baño se atascaba con facilidad.

• Alexander (8/5): Prima appartement in het centrum van Rome. - Ligging in het centrum van Rome. Muren moeten opnieuw geverfd worden, dat geeft het appartement een frisser uitstraling. Studio met uitzicht op binnenplaats kan gehorig zijn met name in voorjaar/zomer als de ramen open staan.

Hay ascensor Sofa cama incómodo y ruidoso. Falta de mantenimiento en general. Tapa del retrete roto, losetas del suelo también rotas y las paredes y puerta muy manchadas.

• sabrina (7/5): Agréable séjour ! - Appartement très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. Petite cuisine équipée avec quelques dosettes cafés, thé et sucre . Belle salle de bain avec petit gel douche , savon , papier wc . Le canapé qui a fait malheureusement son temps . Pas confortable . Il faudrait une deuxième serviettes à vaisselle car une pour 4 jours c était juste . Mettre aussi à disposition un produit nettoyant ça serait un plus . À part ça propriétaire très gentil et très réactif !

El anfitrión Americo , genial !!!! todo fue fantástico , la llegada , los comentarios sobre las pizzerías , restaurantes ....etc. Nos ayudó en todo . • MARC (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente cerca de piazza navona, a 8min del pantheon, a 15min de fontana trevi, ..., zona tranquila y con restaurantes cerca. El edificio es antiguo pero con ascensor, nos sentimos cómodos en el apartamento. El anfitrión Amerigo es esplendido, atento des de días antes de la llegada, dando su teléfono, enviando información por whatsapp de recomendaciones de restaurantes, sitios y hasta una ruta para visitar Roma. Un encanto y sabe Español. El sofá-cama no era muy cómodo y al final nuestra hija durmió con nosotros en la cama de matrimonio (es grande) y los 3 descansamos sin problema. El baño le falta una reformilla pero el propietario ya nos informó que este año la va ha realizar.

• Luisa (10/5): Genial!! - Amerigo es un encanto! nos facilitó muchísima información útil y nos recibió genial. Además nos permitió hacer el check out más tarde para no tener que pasar tanto tiempo con las maletas dando vueltas antes de irnos al aeropuerto. El apartamento esté super bien situado en un edificio antiguo en una calle tranquila y cuenta con ascensor!! El baño es así lo más antiguo junto con la cocina, pero nada que reste lo suficiente!! Todo genial!

Amerigo je odličan domaćin, dao nam je savjete za dobre restorane i slasticarnice, turisticku rutu za obilazak znamenitosti u blizini. Apartman opremljen svim potrebnim uredajima i terasom. Preporučamo. Boravili smo s djecom, prepustili im bracni krevet (koji je bio odlican), pomocni u dnevnoj sobi ipak malo neudoban za odrasle.

Die Wohnung war im Stil der 70er-Jahre eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns mit den alten Möbeln nicht wohl bzw. nicht richtig sauber. Außerdem informierte uns der Gastgeber, dass das Kochfeld defekt war.

• Gerry (9/5): Wonderful place from which to explore Rome - The host was very helpful and communicative. Our arrival was delayed but there was plenty of communication to ensure we were met at the apartment. The apartment was small as there were 4 of us, but still very comfortable and welcoming. Also very clean. As a base for exploring Rome, this apartment is perfect. The location is walking distance to sights like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the many beautiful areas around the Tiber. A little longer of a walk to the Colosseum (30 mins). There are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Also a great shopping ares if that's your thing. We will definitely be returning, as there is so much to see in Rome and we only had 3 days. We would stay here again without doubt (of we can get a reservation).

• celine (10/5): Super séjour à Rome - L’appartement est très très bien placé, lumineux et fonctionnel. La Clim est très appréciable et la cour est très jolie et agréable ! Les produits de base (savon, détergents, cuisine) sont mis à disposition ce qui est très appréciable!! La communication avec le propriétaire était super fluide, avec conseils et aide si besoin et l’accueil très professionnel. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !! Les plaques de cuisson sont un peu lentes mais nous avons essentiellement mangé dehors !
• Erica (7/5): Great value and excellent location - Spacious comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Everything is walkable from here. The apartment has everything you need and with a beautiful terrace outside for a nice extra. There is great WiFi and apartment feels safe and secure. The host is very lovely and will answer all of your questions before and during your stay. He helped us with an early and easy check in. Unfortunately the apartment didn’t feel super clean. I did alert the host who was very apologetic and wanted to fix the issue but we were only there for two days and just wanted to rest after a busy holiday. Just a little more attention to detail on cleaning floors and walls etc. Otherwise we were super happy.

• FMED (10/5): Excelente ubicación y cómodo. - Un apartamento súper bien ubicado; cerca de restaurantes y bares y a unos minutos de Piazza Navona y accesos a buses y taxis. Cómodo, y con buen aire acondicionado, fundamental para agosto. Un plus es que tiene máquina lavadora de ropa. También un punto a favor es que tiene ascensor. El baño un poco a trasmano, algunos detalles en los muebles de cocina que no cerraban bien. Nos faltaban vasos pero Amerigo se encargó de todo muy cordialmente y solucionó todos los problemas.
• STEFAN (10/5): Super Lage - Sehr zentral gelegen, man kann fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Ruhige und sichere Wohngegend. Kleine Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Aufzug vorhanden. Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Hat gute Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Gepäckaufbewahrung in der nächsten Seitenstraße falls man nach dem Auschecken noch Sightseeing machen möchte. Alles ok.

• Klára (8/5): Great location, not as great appartment - The appartment is in a great location - you can walk everywhere & see the main sights within a short distance walk (the closest Pantheon and Piazza Navona is 5-7 minutes, it is also very close to Vatican, Castel Sant´Angelo, Spanish Steps etc...). The host contacted us in advance, which was nice and provided us helpful information. The appartment itself was dossapointing for the price. The layout is nice, but the furnishings feel cheap and rental-grade. It lacks heart and care (dirty walls, a worn-out sofa, uncomfortable bed and pilllows, a flimsy kitchen or a moldy plastic shower curtain). The terrace could be beautiful&relaxing place, but it is not - because of an unmaintained furniture and dried-out plants.
• Pham (10/5): Exceptional - We didn't have breakfast there. The location was excellent, we didn't use any transport except for the airport. We got to the apartment earlier than we planned but Amerigo makes sure someone there to let us in early so we can explore the city and that's a bonus. No shampoo or conditioner but pharmacy is everywhere so we just got some. No big deal.

The host was very kind and always willing to help. The apartment was spacious, ideal for a family with two children, and very clean. I would definitely recommend it!

• Georgiana (10/5): Great location, good studio and helpful host :) - The location is perfect, right in the center, near all sightseeing's. The studio was super clean, warm and cozy. There is a coffee capsules machine and AC. Amerigo is a great host very helpful with everything and he suggested us some local (non touristic) restaurants and close hidden sights around the area. Supermarket very close to location. Would definitely book again, for our next trip to Rome!

Coffee and tea, shower gel and soaps were supplied, as well as an abundance of local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, etc. We, a family of four with 2 kids (4 and 6), were very happy about our stay. No complaints at all.

Amerigo is a great host very helpful and everything he suggested us concerning restaurants and close hidden sights around the area were perfect and especially the restaurants not touristic. The apartment had everything. Wifi was excellent Maybe bathroom needs a refresh but for those who want only an accommodation for exploring Rome this apartment is the best choice

• James (6/5): Good location but apartment not as nice as the pictures suggest - The location was very good. It was close to a lot of main attractions within Rome but also pretty convenient to take buses. It was not near the underground metro though so we used taxi to and from the train station with our luggage. There was a taxi stand very close and that was very convenient. The pictures look way better than the actual thing. The kitchen looked old and dirty so we didn't use it. The main bed was all right but the sofa bed was thin and saggy. And the weird room divider took up so much space and the shelves were unusable with the plastic plants. I had to consolidate the plants to one corner so at least we had some storage space. Also, the greeter: he spoke Italian and Spanish, but no English. I spoke no Italian and a little Spanish so that's we communicated. The host had great English on Whatsapp so I suppose I could have turned to him for help if necessary.
