• Angela (9/5): Would definitely recommend to anyone! - The location was amazing! Host was responsive and super accomodating! Facilities were clean and secure. The shower was ridiculous. No door. Very modern and nice, but not at all practical. There was also no lip on the floor so water just flows out of the shower. Also, the only towel holder was IN the shower, which makes no sense. The twin bed was uncomfortable but the king bed was great. The pillows were only memory foam and very thin.

Apartment spacious, clean, and well appointed. Nice to have washer and dryer. Alessandro was very welcoming and personable. Would highly recommend! The only thing that would’ve made it perfect would be if it had an elevator!
• Stanley (10/5): What’s there not to like! - These were modern and spacious accommodation, kept sparkling clean and well supplied and with daily room cleaning, one minute walk from the Duomo and very quiet. The room temperature may be controlled individually by new aircon units in the room (we were there in winter and needed heat). Outside the room is a living room with a kitchenette. A washing machine is available in the general area. For the history buff, Mozart lived in the building. If all that isn’t enough, Alessandro is not less than a perfect host - enthusiastic, out to be helpful and passionate about Italy (ask him). He was, for us, immediately a trusted friend in an unfamiliar city. Honestly, nothing!

• Ronald (10/5): Cute, boutique B&B that has EVERYTHING! We will be back! - Alessandro and his staff were the best! Attended to all our needs and quick with the room cleaning. Alessandro's cute boutique hotel had everything...a mini kitchen with glasses, utensils , etc that THEY would clean; a washer and dryer for travellers like us who needed to do laundry; excellent location..steps from the Duomo and other attractions, train station, restaurants, and wine windows. This is our place to stay when in Florence! We will tell our friends to stay here! Grazie mille, Alessandro! Hard to find anything, but I would say the place Alessandro hired to provide breakfast fell a little short. Next time, we will not book the breakfast and get a great capuccino and croissant at a cool cafe...or just use the mini kitchen!
• Daniele (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo, la posizione e la qualità prezzo del posto valgono tutto il soggiorno per questa splendida città. - Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione centralissima ottima per un giro a Firenze e l’accoglienza dell’host molto aperto ad accettare ogni richiesta da noi fatta. La pulizia era davvero ottima, ma si può sempre migliorare. Comunque consigliatissimo!

Presumo che il bar dove viene servita la colazione abbia una collaborazione con l’hotel: ci hanno consegnato dei voucher per fare colazione in un bar convenzionato. Tuttavia, nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 25 minuti per un semplice panino. Inoltre, il personale del bar ha mostrato un atteggiamento arrogante, rendendo l’esperienza complessiva molto negativa.

The Internet was down on the first night, but I was assured this was a once in a blue moon experience. I was able to use the router in the communal areas.

Centrally located. Couldn't have been any better. The room was spacious with two kind beds. There was access to laundry facilities. The staff was super friendly. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and they were great! Can't say enough about this place. It is not a hotel, so you are on your own once you get the keys, but that is fine! They made it very easy and responsive to texts and messages. Hard to come up with an answer here. The only comment is that it adervtises a B & B, which means Bed and Breakfast. While we had access to a kitchen and coffee there was no breakfast. However, the choices right outside were so numerous that I wouldn't have wanted to eat in the B & B anyway! So not a porblem.

• Rhonda (10/5): Wonderful and safe place to stay for a family of four. We’ll be back! - Amazing location, less than a block from the Duomo. Super clean and comfortable with minimalist white walls, natural colored hardwood floors and decor. Nice bed linens. Wonderful historic building. Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Liked being able to wash clothes too. Need a couple hooks in the bathroom or on back of the door for towels. No place to hang towels.

There is no access to the gate. Flight got delayed. We showed up past check in time. They should have a lock box, or a place where to access the key when these situation occurs.
