• Jessica (8/5): - This was a great space for my family, but the lack of air conditioning in the main living area was challenging in 90+ degree weather.

• Allyson (6/5): - The kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking and eating. There was no coffee provided to get us started and no dish towels.
• Daniela (2/5): - Our check-in was at 11am, and when we arrived, the apartment was dirty, however, they allowed us to leave our bags and assured us it would be ready by 2pm. When we returned at 6:30pm, the place was in the exact same condition: no sheets on the beds, cigarette butts on the tables, no towels, no toilet paper, everything dirty. When we contacted them, they came to clean but took an hour, meanwhile, we were had to wait on the stairs. On top of that, they had a terrible attitude toward us. Even after they “cleaned,” the kitchen and utensils were still dirty, and the sheets were not properly cleaned. The dishwasher was also clogged and they never fixed it for us. They said they will refund one night, but after that, they completely stopped replying and gave no updates. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. This was unacceptable.
• Luciana (6/5): Apartamento amplo e bem localizado, mal conservado - Prédio bastante velho, apartamento mal conservado. O quarto era úmido, com cheiro de mofo. O banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto, apesar de estar limpo. Tinta descascada pela umidade. A cozinha tinha poucas louças e talhares, tudo bem usado. Os chuveiros aqueciam bem e tinham boa pressão de água, mas molhavam o banheiro. É um lugar bastante amplo e muito bem localizado. Cama do quarto muito boa, sofá da sala um pouco desconfortável. Boas roupas de cama e boa limpeza.
• Michael (10/5): - The property was close to the main attractions. It was a very spacious apartment. The single bed was a bit small and the cushions came apart. It was somewhat noisy in the evening. Overall very nice.
• Latasha (8/5): - Great place..its loud outside because of busuness outside and construction in area. Overall still great and would book again. Very spacious apartment and god location to walk to sites.
• Abraham (10/5): - The unit is located at the heart of the old city with a walking distance to all main attractions, a car park is just a half street away and itll cost 30 euro for 24 h.
• Geneva (2/5): Stay away if you want peace and sheets. - Location decent The bathroom smells like sewage and you can’t shut the door into the main bedroom. The people who run this place were not nice and wouldn’t bring us sheets for the second bed even though the place advertises two beds. They did come pick up the used sheets from the apartment next-door, so I know they could’ve brought us sheets. They said we should have to pay extra for the second set of sheets. So I asked again twice. But they still didn’t bring any. Their advertisement only mentions you have to pay extra for a crib. So my friend had to sleep on a dirty mattress on a warped pull out couch, and use a towel for covers. The air conditioner does not work. The place is loud. The decor is pitiful. They do not have any coffee or tea in the kitchen. They sent new check-in instructions right before we arrived, thank goodness my phone works with cellular in Italy. These are of those types of owners that you just don’t want to be in the mix of your holiday! Just hateful. Of course we have let booking.com know.
