Amazing! - The hotel is new, clean, well located (especially from the airport), in a quiet area, low traffic around it, and quite close to the city center. Yes, we paid only around 30 THB with Grab from the city center. The best thing about Maitria? The staffs! They are just so lovely and kind! Check in was fast and easy, and of course, always with smile. We had delicious breakfast and Bam accompanied us in the best way she can! She's so friendly, professional, and helpful. Note that the hotel location is quite far from the main city area and you will often run into lots of traffic. Overall the staff was incredibly nice and very accommodating. The location around the hotel did not have much food option. I was disappointed in Expedia’s recommendation as this is my main choice when booking travel items. Nevertheless, thank you Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok for a great stay!

- 812yamint (8/5): Overall Experience - We booked 3 rooms for this trip as it was a very special moment for our family — a reunion after a year and also a celebration for my mom’s birthday. Unfortunately, even though I requested a birthday decoration when making the booking, we did not receive any. Overall, the service was good. Our 3 rooms were assigned next to each other, which was very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the variety could be improved. The front desk staff should be more proactive and offer warmer smiles — something that makes a big difference when interacting with guests. We initially booked for 3 nights, then traveled to Chiang Mai. After returning, we booked another night because we genuinely liked the hotel and the room. A special shout-out to Mr. Kom, who helped us with our luggage every time. His big smile and excellent service made us feel very welcome and truly cared for. He was also the only one who remembered that we were returning guests, which meant a lot to us. Thank you also to the front desk staff for offering a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. We will definitely come back to stay with your hotel again.

The staff was very polite and cute and it was easy to communicate on English. Furthermore I booked the wrong room with 2 beds and I got free upgrade with a king size bed. Everything in the room is clean and new. The pool was good for me as well.

The staff is friendly, but the breakfast options are limited and not very impressive. Additionally, there were some minor issues during the check-in. A customer was yelling and disruptive at the front desk about parking, and another customer tried to cut my line, but the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about the guests standing in line. It took them a while to notice the problem. Overall, the property is great, but the limited breakfast options and the occasional rude guests made it a 3.5-star experience instead of a 4-star one.

- Jacqueline (10/5): - I spent 2 months in Bangkok, and came back to this hotel 3 times. Rooms are fantastic, huge, well stocked and decorated. City view is amazing. Housekeeping does a great job, and showed up promptly when I indicated I wanted my room made up. Bed linens were pristine. Towels slightly less so, but clean and changed daily. Front desk staff were polite and helpful -- as was everyone I interacted with every time. Breakfast buffet was generous and changes daily. Gym was large, clean, and had all the equipment I wanted. Pool is awkwardly located right next to the windows of restaurant area (don't swim during breakfast hours if you are self-conscious!), but is good sized and clean. The only real negative about this hotel is that it's not really close to anything, including transit. They are happy to call a cab when needed, though, and there are convenience stores, a cafe, and a laundromat within walking distance -- and it is convenient if you are being treated at one of the nearby hospitals. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Bangkok!

The space was clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made it easy to relax. The room was quiet, allowing for uninterrupted rest, and the blackout curtains helped block out early morning light. The amenities were a great touch—there was a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a smart TV with streaming options. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important as I needed to do some work during my stay. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my preference.

Designed in a fresh look with very friendly staff, it’s a great choice if you want to stay further towards the airport but not actually under the flight path! Breakfast was good and the pool was lovely.

Its 20 mins to Nana area and Bumrungrad hospital. The hotel is quiet, clean and tidy. Good value of money. Reception and supporting staff are very educated, helpful and friendly. - SaiedJ (6/5): Very nice hotel but lack of management. - Staff to name the few Ploy, Mookmik, Suitar and Gab were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. This hotel needs a bunch bug zapper because mosquitoes were out of control. Spending a couple of hundred dollars would make it much more pleasant to sit in the lobby or having something to eat in the Restuarant.

- Fredrik (10/5): Trevligt hotel med bra service på lugn plats - Ett revligt hotel som ingår i Chatriumgruppen vilket betyder hög standard och mycket bra service. Vi bokade ett stort familjerum med två sovrum, kök och stort vardagsrum. Rummet var rent och i fint skick med bra sängar och daglig städning. Frukosten var bra med ett OK urval. Poolen på framsidan av hotellet var OK men inte uppvärmd och hade inte så mycket plats, men det var heller inte så många som utnyttjade den så vi hade den för oss själva. Solen kommer fram på eftermiddagen. Hotellet ligger på en lugn platrs och det är ca 1,2 km till närmaste tunnelbana att gå. Det finns en Seven11 utanför och några restauranger på en sidogata och inget speciellt att göra i närområdet.

She was very kind and smart. There was one girl named Por (not sure how it spells). We checked in around 4am and all she did was to frown and roll her eyes as she said we cant check in yet. It was written in expedia that we can check in anytime and we even called a month before our stay to confirm that. We’re glad Gina was there to help us. My sister has a disability and it’s so hard to travel.
