- Juan (4/5): No hay nadie en la app ni el anfitrion que te ayud - El unico problema que tuve fue cuando llegué a la ubicación tarde 3 horas para poder entrar a donde estaba la llave y el problema es que ya era de noche y el anfitrion me contesto casi a las 3 horas la cama estaba rota y no avia papel sanotario y en la app no hay un lugar donde te asesoren en este tipo de problemas
- Patrick (2/5): - Never managed to get the key to get into our appartement, host wasnt helpful, ad said elevator was an amenities and there was no elevator. Host is now refusing to refund even though we couldnt get in and had to travel to a new location after two hours of wasted time. I highly recommend looking somewhere else to book.
