• Amelie (9/5): Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ohne Probleme! - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wir durften sogar früher, noch vor der Check in Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen, was uns einiges erleichtert hat! Öffentliche Parkplätze sind auch direkt hinter dem Haus vorhanden. -

• Lebrun (10/5): Le Saint Graal de l'hôtellerie - Le Saint Graal de l hôtellerie.... L'Excellence absolue. Le gérant de l hôtel d une incroyable gentillesse et à l écoute. Un petit déjeuner Excellent et copieux , et servi à table.... Proche du centre ville de Munich par le U-bahn, et d' un calme absolu. La chambre est merveilleuse et la literie irréprochable. Une adresse retenue pour de prochains voyages à Munich. Merci au gérant de l hôtel pour son Excellent et exceptionnel accueil, sa gentillesse énorme, et pour son petit déjeuner merveilleux et copieux.... Nous reviendront prochainement, c'est promis. Grand merci.....

• Guest (9/5): Wonderful location and friendly staff - Staff (Eddie and Natasha) were super helpful and friendly. They provided good food suggestions and directions to attractions. Location is good too. Just a 30 min bus and train ride to downtown (Marienplatz). There were 3 supermarkets within 200m of the hotel and the bus stop to town is right outside the hotel. Bed is clean and comfortable. The room is rather small, there weren't sufficient space to place suitcase and other personal belongings. No electric kettle is provided, so we couldn't get any hot water. Coffee and tea in the room are chargeable. Reception is closed from 1-6pm, so please let the hotel know beforehand if you're arriving then.

• Kriti (8/5): As I said a kind lady from the staff was so nice as she made sure that we have our keys before there is no one to attend - Warm and cozy The limited time for check in but they were kind enough to let us check in past the time and a kind lady waited a bit.

The property answered that it will be no problem. However booking com charged my card for 2 rooms . On the way to Munich I called the hotel and were told we will get one room.On arrival late at night they gave us 2 rooms instead of one and the receptionist-available only on the phone- was rude and impolite and not willing to gave us 3 one room. I called booking com hotline— in vain. I would luke to have my money back.
• Cheng (1/5): Bad - -1000! I booked my room, and they confirmed. but they didn't not send me any code to pick up keys. when I arrived at the hotel, the door is locked. on one is at the reception. I called many times but no response. Another guest arrived here later then me. but he did get his key by the code. but I do not have any code, because they have not sent it to me. I open all the boxes of keys and find out nothing. the code ia too easy to guess luckily. Then I realized that I was fooled. they over sold the room! oh my god! when I found this, I complained with them, they just replied "…" how dare they be so rude? will let people know thsi on YouTube, tiktok, and many social media.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - A bit out of town but the bus stop to the nearest U-Bahn is right outside the door, in the Altstadt in 20 minutes. Exceptionally clean. Tea and coffee facilities available and also water provided. My room was at the back of the property so it was very quiet. Check in was very easy, it was a lock box and the manager picked up the phone immediately to give us the code. We didn't have breakfast as we found 18€ a bit expensive.

• Manlio (1/5): Bad - The room was booked in Booking and confirmed. At my arrival at the hotel, I was infomed that there was no room available ! I had to look for another hotel in the evening. Even worse, the room was paid ! After one month, still no re-embursement. Still waiting for Booking to reply to mails.
• Luo (8/5): Better arrive before 18:00 - Bus station just in front of the hotel and not really far from BMW museum, room and bathroom are really clean. The day I arrived is 8pm and the front desk is already close. The hotel has the note on the door is saying the front desk close at 18:00. You need to call them to ask the code for the key box which is on the right side of the building ( not next to the main door ) , I call them and the person answer the phone which not really speaking English, so I spent some time to understand what happened, and finally got the key. My suggestion to the hotel , send the code for the key box and also how to open it one day before people arrive, so people will know how to get the key because in booking.com page the latest check in time is 20:00 but in reality after 18:00 there is no one in front desk.

• Tina (10/5): Preis/Leistung stimmt hier! - Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön, das Bett hervorragend und das Frühstück war auch zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Ein sehr netter Hoteleigentümer, der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht! Wir würden es immer wieder gerne buchen.
