• Nicholas (9/5): One of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had - The house was in a quiet and attractive area with an excellent Despar supermarket about ten minutes walk away and close to a vaporetto stop. Our hosts at Al Mascaron Ridente were exceedingly helpful. The kitchen could perhaps have had one or two more utensils (a milk saucepan and a colander) but we were perfectly able to work with what was there.

• Naomi (10/5): - Brilliant base for exploring. The apartment slept 3 of us all in separate rooms which was amazing .... It was perfect for us We visited in winter and the provided bedding wasn't really warm enough although the heating system was excellent.
• Aneta (9/5): Było ok. - Duże dwupoziomowe mieszkanie. Wyposażenie wystarczające na kilkudniowy pobyt. Wygodne zameldowanie w pobliskim hotelu. Wymeldowanie również wygodne, co było dla nas ważne bo mieliśmy samolot o 6 rano i musieliśmy wyjść w nocy. Po prostu klucze zostawiliśmy na stole i zatrzasnęliśmy drzwi. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna. Do głównych atrakcji około 20 min spacerkiem. W grudniu było trochę chłodno w mieszkaniu oraz nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience z kanalizacji.

• Geraldine (8/5): Nice base for exploring Venice - The staff at the hotel speak good English and they are very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation met our needs. The bedrooms and the bathroom are modern and clean. The double bedroom has air con and the twin has a fan. The apartment is located in a quiet street but still close to many restaurants and within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and the train station. Also very close to the waterbus stop for Murano. The kitchen is dated and the air con very noisy downstairs. The smell of sewage in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable sofa in the seating area. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, would be nice to have one in the bedroom.
• Kızılkaya (9/5): - Tesis çok temiz ve konforluydu. Sakin bir sokaktaydı ama şehir merkezine yakındı. Havlu ve çarşaflar tertemizdi. Çok rahat ettik . Çalışanlar nazikti. Bize gezilecek yerleri, nerde ne yenir vb bilgileri verdiler. Bir nevi bize rehberlik ettiler. Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Tek sorun klimaydı Alt kattaki klima çalışıyordu fakat aşırı ses yapıyordu. Seste uyumak mümkün değildi. Üst kattaki klimayı ise ne yaptıysak çalıştıramadık. Çalıştıktan iki dakika sonra kendiliğinden kapanıyordu . Bir vantilatör vardı onla idare ettik ama Venedik gibi sıcak bir şehirde gerçekten bu büyük bir eksik. Umarım en kısa sürede bu eksiği de tamamlarlar.

• Robert (7/5): Good - Location was good, on the istoric island. The host was very kind and helped us with all the information needed. The apartment wasn't very clean, my bedsheet was stained. The shower was old and the water didn't kept the chosen temperature, you had to adjust it several times during a bath, which was annoying.
