• Frank (1/5): I want a refiund!!! - What a horror! Marco messed up the original booking links then he sent us the wrong gate code so I had to ask another person what their gate code was after sitting at the gate getting beeped at by 4 cars and when we went to the door, the digital key didn't work. After 6 or y tries, I called and MARCO insisted that it was checked and worked but the battery was dead on the door lock and he sent a maintenance guy an hour after we were traumatized. MARCO insisted and was condescending insisting that it worked like a Doctor is too stupid to enter a 4 digit code and I told him twice that I had a 6YO that was sitting in a car for 3 hours and had to pee, but MARCO put me on hold and insisted that I send him a video of me trying to use lock. I noticed that there was a lock box and asked for a code so my 6YO little girl could go to the bathroom and MARCO put me on hold stating , "it was only for emergencies". WHAT??? So my 6YO peed in her pants, thanks to MARCO who provided me with the WRONG LOCK BOX CODE! Then, after 10 minutes on hold, he gave me the correct code. The ice maker didn't work, the cushions were moldy, there was a HUGE PEE STAIN ON THE BED! The Harry Potter room closet doors were broken and there were stains on the carpet and the cushions outside were full of mold. Then they sent a creepy guy taking pictures of the outside door that said he "was confused". Really?This is the second sub-standard booking from BOOKING.Com. I. The last time, I contacted them, I got no service. I have videos but Booking.com only accepts JPEG.. What a rip off! I want my money back!

• Raquel (8/5): The perfect place to stay, that's close and far enough away for vacationers. - The property was nice, spacious and clean. The area was quiet and safe. I didn't like that we couldn't get any channels on the TV after the second day for some reason. I didn't like that the sheets on the bedroom downstairs looked too be worn and needed replacing, nor did the sheets fit properly on the bed.
