• Nattaya (6/5): Need to renovate the bathroom in pipe and wall. - It is quite safe to leave valuable things without missing. There are 2 bottles of water for free per day. However, you need to inform the staff to fill in the water day by day and clean the room via Lines or Telephone. Quite old room and smoking smelling. The floor is not cleaning with dust and hair on the floor. The wall is thin and hear some noises from outside and beside rooms. No staff in reception at night. No any guide for how to keep keycard if you come very late night. The staff stand by until 2 am. No facilities in the room such as toothpaste, toothbrush, body lotion. It is quite far from BTS about 850 meters. Need to hire public bike for 15 baht.

Room was basic but clean enough, had a little balcony as well, even though the AC wasn’t working super well (but we didn’t bother asking to fix it as we were staying only one night). It still cooled our room off though. We didn’t see any staff except for the girl who gave us the keys for check in. It doesn’t feel “hospitable”, it’s a basic hotel where you’d just sleep, shower, and then spend time outside

• Karen (2/5): Moldy, Overpriced, Neglected -1⭐️ hotel - Staff are friendly. Speak little English, but you can get by with Google translate. Room is a good size. Location is fine. 15 min walk to BTS, 25 min walk to Supermarkets(Lotus & Big C). Close-by is convenience stores and 24hr/7eleven, plus good street food vendors, laundromat, nail spa, massage, Thai boxing, and many restaurants & cafés. The place is old, dirty, and not well maintained. Towels were old and frayed. I would use these towels, Let alone offer them to guests in a home or hotel.One bed sheet had a hole in it. Health Warning - The bathroom in the first room I was given had mold growing everywhere, along sink, floor, shower, tiles, etc. Anyone with mold allergies should not book here. No kettle or hairdryer in room as was advertised, and no one to ask or help you when you arrive after 5pm about mold, hairdryer, kettle, etc. (staff have gone home for the night. You are on your own). No night guard either. I had to stay in a mouldy room until the staff arrived following morning, where ( luckily) they did move me to another room available. The swimming pool is unuseable. It is full of detritus and algae (not been cleaned in a long time)... Front desk claim issue has been reported to management, but nothing was done to clean it in the 7-days I was there. So, pool is not open to the public, as advertised. Guests should not be charged for use of this amenity that is an absolute health hazard along with mold in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate you, but that is hard for them to do when the current owner/ management fail to upkeep the establishment. Guests are charged exorbitant, prices for (what is now sadly, due to neglect ) a 1-star hotel.

• Yasunobu (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel to others. - It was not far from BTS Thonglor station. There were no hygienically unclean areas. The bed is squeaky. There is no hot water in the shower. Even when you request repairs, the response is slow. I can't select a TV program. The hair dryer only has a heater and the fan doesn't work. Very dangerous. There was no water heater. It's called self-check-in, but it's very inconvenient for someone like me who is not used to it.

• Aleksandra (1/5): Wasn’t able to accommodate me, not informed until my arrival - I don’t have I chance to stay in that hotel, as when I come to check in in the evening I was told they can not provide a room for me. It was a work trip, me and my colleague booked 2 rooms separately of each other in advance. We got confirmation from Booking. When we arrived we was told they have only 1 room. My colleague checked in. I was offered to find another place. They didn’t inform me, they didn’t call, didn’t cancel the booking. Just told me they don’t have a room when I arrived. It was around 18:00, I was tired and not ready to argue. I have to find another option and get out of this place. Not recommended.
• Seth (1/5): Even if you have a reservation, that doesn’t mean you’ll get a room. - Do NOT book here because you might get burned. I booked here and then when I showed up, they said they didn’t have a room for me. The staff told me that a pipe burst in the morning and the room was unavailable. However, it was 2:30pm when I arrived, so they had plenty of time to cancel or message me, which they did not. I looked on Google reviews and a similar thing happened there to someone else. They wasted my time and money. It cost me to take a car to another hotel and because I had to rebook day of, it cost me 700 baht more for a new room somewhere else. They also refused to cancel the reservation because I hadn’t paid yet but that enabled me to post this review. Lastly, I messaged Booking.com about this and their customer service hasn’t gotten back to me and it’s almost been 72 hours. They say they’ll get back to you in 24 hours. This is all very disappointing as I live on the road and use Booking.com frequently. I expect a better level of service.

• England (7/5): Clean, fresh and quiet little hotel in the centre of Bangkok - A nice clean and modern hotel down a quiet and peaceful street in Bangkok. There was always a member of staff available at the desk. The cleaning staff were there daily and were very friendly and good at their work. I had a very comfortable bed and nice view from my little balcony of the evening sun. I like the location as it is easy to walk to main transport links and the street the hotel is on is quiet, which in Bangkok is a win! I would have liked to have a water re-fill station at the reception because I got though so many small plastic bottles of water which the hotel provides. This is kind but, feel like a waste of plastic.

We cannot stay so leave and asking for refund money.
• Nick (3/5): Poor service, maintenance, will not return to RoomQuest chain ever. - A big, clean, room, comfortable if stiff bed. Initial appraisal was 100% BUT....its not. I'm not going to return to a hotel chain with service and maintenance levels so low. I suggest you don't either. There was no water the first night in the whole hotel. The electronic lock on the main door of our "superior King" room was broken (it was also in the room opposite). The toilet seat had come apart from the ceramic bowl. All this reception was informed of on our first night. Only the water was sorted out! They want to fine you B2000 for smoking on your balcony. They don't provide tea or coffee. The safe in the room doesn't seem to work. You have to ask for new water and for a room clean or a towel change by going down to reception. The Aircon is complex to use. The bed creaks like mad. Mai dii jing jing!
• Adam (8/5): Very good - I was staying in the superior room for 4 nights. The room is equipped with a 55 inch smart tv. Room is generally quiet. Water pressure is good. You can get cheap and good food nearby next to the 7 eleven. The bts is in walking distance. Staff was really friendly and they all did speak English. Air conditioning is facing the bed. Bathroom could use a shelf next to the sink.

All pipes were clogged, showerhead was leaking. And it wasn't properly cleaned. WiFi was below average. I left with a feeling that I overpaid for this room.
