Y la amabilidad de los host es para resaltar, la mejor que tuvimos en nuestro eurotrip sin dudarlo: desde el primer contacto con ellos se nota que se preocupan por el huésped. They were very helpful in everything, we were able to check in earlier than the reservation would have allowed and we were able to leave our luggage after check-out. We received many good recommendations from them for trips, attractions and restaurants. They were one of the nicest owners I have dealt with in years. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

• Rares (10/5): Amazing staff and location - The hosts were amazing. Very patience and attentive to our needs. The location was very close to 2 metro station which helps a lot if you want to quickly get to the main tourist attractions. No need to mention the cleanliness and daily cleaning staff that changes every thing you need. Nothing to mention here.

There is a TV that is very good and also good and stable internet. Any recommendations? The only minor remark is that in the kitchen which is shared There is no microwave or any kind of stove to make food if you don't want to eat in some restaurant.

• Lukas (7/5): Overall, I appreciate the cleanliness and the helpful attitude of the hosts, but there are a few aspects that could be i - The hosts were very kind and genuinely tried to help with everything, which I really appreciated. The place was also very clean, and their willingness to assist stood out. That said, I personally feel that the 9.3 rating is a bit overrated. The mattress was very soft and quite worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. On the first night, there was only cold water due to a boiler issue. While these things can happen and the hosts did apologize, it was disappointing after a long journey when I was really looking forward to a hot shower. Also, I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for peace and quiet. It is essentially an apartment divided into five rooms, with almost no sound insulation. The doors are basic, and you can hear everything between the rooms.

Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur U Bahn sind alle Ziele in Rom schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus und hat ein gemütliches, einladenes Ambiente. Zu dem Wohlfühlfeeling haben auch insbesondere die freundlichen Mitarbeiter Corinne, Enrique und Gianni beigetragen, die für alle Fragen jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps geben konnten. Pokój schludny Pokój przy głośniejszej ulicy, w cieplejsze miesiące jeśli chce się otworzyć okno to może być głośno, ale w pokoju jest oczywiście klimatyzacja, więc nie powinno to być konieczne.

L’hébergement était magnifique sur tous les niveaux : propreté irréprochable, décoration élégante, confort optimal et emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Tout était pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi, avec une touche de charme italien en plus. L’accueil et la communication ont été excellents du début à la fin. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons à 100 % et que nous referons sans hésiter !

The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very quiet — a perfect place to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The hosts were exceptional: very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with great recommendations. We felt truly welcomed from the very first moment. We sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rome. Il nostro soggiorno in questi appartamenti a Roma è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. L’appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, accogliente e molto silenzioso — il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo lunghe giornate alla scoperta della città. La posizione è eccellente, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, i ristoranti e i mezzi pubblici. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali: gentili, premurosi e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Consigliamo sinceramente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole a Roma. .

They organized the transfer from and to the airport. It was punctual, polite! The accommodation was clean, well equipped, comfortable. We will go back again! -

• Lena Elin (9/5): - We had a great time in this B&B, especially because of the hosts who gave us great recommendations for the city and who were very welcoming! We didn't book the breakfast but still got offered a free coffee every morning which was delicious. The room and bathroom were clean, airconditioned and cozy. Everything was perfect :)
• Jarema (10/5): - Bardzo miła obsługa! Pokoje czyste, dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, niedaleko jest metro, trochę dalej są przystanki autobusowe. W pokoju jest dobrze działającą klimatyzacja, lodówka i czajnik. Nasz pokój miał balkon z bardzo ładnym widokiem na ulicę.

• Lucija (10/5): Sve je bilo super. - Lokacija je odlicna, blizu metroa s kojim smo isli posjetit glavne atrakcije Rima. Sobe su udobne, lijepe i ciste, te komunikacija sa domacinima odlicna. Desila nam se jedna nezgoda tijekom rezervacije i domacini su nam izasli u susret sto je za svaku pohvalu. Ako ikad budemo opet u Rimu vracamo se u Romantic dreams house 😊

Staff gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Camera ben riscaldata e doccia ampia e comoda Nessun problema a parte Netflix che non ti faceva accedere nella smart TV ma non è di certo rilevante.

• Tamara (10/5): Perfecte locatie om Rome te verkennen. - Geweldige locatie op 2 minuten wandelen van de metro. Zalige bedden. Ondanks dat je de gastvrouw niet ziet, is alles perfect georganiseerd.

We arrived a good time before our check-in period. though the room wasn't ready we didn't have to wait for too long, Gentleman taking care of our room prepared it rapidly, we got enough time to get a coffee and breakfast before coming back to the clean and good smelling room. 100m from the metro, really handy to get around with. Really happy with our stay. Giovanni & Corrine, thank you Very Much :) Not much to be upset about, great value for the money. If I'm to be a Karen, I can only say that the entrance of the building isn't like your typical hotel entrance so can throw you off when looking for it.

A 4 minutes à pied d'une station de métro sur la ligne principale ce qui a permis un accès facile aux différents lieux de visite. Le personnel est adorable et la gérante parle le français Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en attendant le départ pour l'aéroport. Nous avons tout aimé.

• StevenHarrison (10/5): Best Place in Rome - This small, lovely B&B has so much going for it. I can't even begin to think of a better place to stay in Rome. The location, near San Giovanni, steps from the Subway/Metropolitana in a real Roman neighborhood can not be beat. You've got everything at your fingertips. Trattorias, Supermarkets, Cafes, Gelato, Transportation, Historic Sites - I chose this B&B for the location and I scored a homerun but found that it also has so much more. Beds are extremely comfortable. Continental breakfsast served and coffee and other amenities are available throughout the day. The room we stayed in was pin-drop quiet, had a balcony and was extremely comfortable with a wonderful en suite shower and bathroom. The best part of our stay here; the highlight for me, were the friendly and incredibe hosts. After I booked I was treated so well by Corinne who really made every effort to make our stay a memorable, enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Nothing was too much to arrange. We arrived early and our room was ready. Dinner reservations and suggestions for other evenings were made. Questions were responded to with immediacy on WhatsApp. I felt her warmth and kindness through our messages and it continued throughout our stay. Thank you Corinne and Gianni for being spectacular hosts. We really felt at home and to tell you the truth, it was the best accommodation of our stay in Italy. The reason was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the innkeepers and the housekeeping, as well. When we return to Rome we won't hesitate to look elsewhere. I highly recommend RomAntic Dreams Guest House for all of the above reasons. It was a real special treat and a great find.
