Coming in and out is easy, and location is the best you can get. The windows are not isolating well and the street can be heard quite well from inside. The views are good if you enjoy the view of the old neighbour in all his glory, and a brick wall. Else, better having the curtains cover the windows

• Agneska3 (8/5): Très bonne adresse - L'emplacement très pratique car proche du métro Syntagma et du centre (Acropole, musées...). L'appartement était au 5e étage accessible par ascenseur. Très propre, très bien équipé, la literie très confortable. Le restaurant au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble propose une cuisine grecque absolument succulente, leur pain est fait maison. Le bruit du trafic constant malgré les fenêtres fermées. Mais je le savais donc j'ai dormi avec les bouchons.

• Gina (9/5): - The location and the size of the apartment were excellent. We had a few issues with the elevator not responding. It would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom area. Sitting on the bed gets uncomfortable after a few days. Kitchen was well stocked. The road noise. Woke me up every morning. Maybe heavier blinds would help but that was really the only negative.

• Aylin (10/5): - The location was excellent — very central and within walking distance to almost everywhere. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the host was always reachable. They also kindly helped us arrange luggage storage, which was very convenient for us since our flight times did not match the check-in and check-out hours. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

• Tatyana (9/5): Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a great location. - The place was super clean, stylish, and really comfy. Everything worked perfectly. Loved having the Nespresso machine and pods, and there was even a little bottle of water in the fridge. The location was great too, right near downtown. I absolutely loved it! Check-in was a bit tricky. The key’s in a lock box among a bunch of other lock boxes, so it can be confusing to figure out which one is yours. If you’re not familiar with the system, or don’t have internet or the instructions in time, you could end up stuck outside with your suitcases waiting for help—not the best start!

Helpful staff! - The apartment was lovely and clean and had a comfortable bed, a small, clean kitchen, large screen TV and a couch, and a nice bathroom. Everything one could need for a place to sleep and refresh. The location is excellent: close to Syntagma, restaurants, bakeries, shops, attractions, and in the midst of the great Athenian vibe. The managers were communicative and helpful. Also, in the apartment, there’s an instruction sheet—read carefully! I missed one early bullet point which apparently would have told me to turn on the hot water boiler. I had no hot water, but that was my fault, as it turned out. If you choose to stay here, make sure to pay attention to the written details. They’re all there! The street and entryway are dark and feel a bit sketchy, especially if one arrives when the restaurant at the entry is closed. I found it uncomfortable (not the area, but the entrance itself). I would not recommend it for a single female traveler like myself who might want to come and go at night. BUT, had I been with others, I would have been fine, even if it looks a bit run down on the outside. The apartment itself was bright and lovely. But you wouldn’t guess that from the entrance itself. I had to walk by it a few times before I convinced myself to go in.

The apartment is in a fantastic location - only a few minutes walk from the Metro and countless restaurants of all budgets and a short walk to the Botanic gardens and the busy Plaka area. Everything was great.

All this extremely centrally located within a 5-10 minute walk to several key locations. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. The hostess communicated well and was able to provide transfers and I connected me with a terrific driver named Nick who drove me to all my destinations (airport, cruise ship terminal and additional stays). Highly recommend.

The building and the street might be misleading: the area is actually very quiet (even according to locals), and the apartment itself is well-maintained. Clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Highly recommended!

• Febryanti (8/5): Easy and practical for short stay - Location is very central near the food areas and main attractions. Check in is self serviced, possible to store luggage. Early check in and late check out not possible and no guarantee. Because of the central location, it could be loud with the neighbors or from the streets.

We only spent 15 hours in Athens, and we arrived after everything was closed but that didn't stop us from walking to a nice restaurant and having a great view. We were able to walk to a lot of the touristy things and watched the changing of the guards which was just a block away. No View.
