• Chiara (7/5): Nel complesso buona posizione, abbastanza pulito se non per le formiche. - La posizione ottima, i letti comodi, pianterreno, bagni puliti, divano ampio e tv e aria condizionata in entrambe le camere. Bel divano e abbastanza pulito. Il giardino era molto sporco e buttavano acqua dal terrazzo di sopra. Formiche in cuina dal forno, anche se la casa non era così sporca forse hanno un problema da risolvere. Tapparella in cucina rotta non entrava luce. Una luce in camera era rotta. Non c era una pentola per cuocere la pasta e le altre due padelle molto usurate.

De bedden lagen niet comfortabel vooral die van de woonkamer. extreme rugpijn. minimale keukengerei was er niet(scherpe mes om uien te snijden) zout en peper. koffiefilters. Er waren ook minimale stopcontacten. erg vervelend. Je kon niet 2 apparaten in de keuken tegelijk gebruiken. De vaat was niet geleegd van de vorige huurder.

• Diar Hameed Ali (8/5): An amazing experience I will repeat it in the future. the staff was very helpful. - It was very tidy and the location was great, it was close to the centre of Athens. The place was large enough for a family and the place was very comfortable. The kitchen window was broken.
• Libby (9/5): - The apartment is located about 2km from all the main squares and historical places, we had a car so can't say how it is with public transportation. No parking but we always found in the small streets around. There's a great restaurant across and the neighborhood is cool. Good hot showers. House was clean and had all we need. The extra double bed in the leaving room wasn't comfortable.

• Trivinia (7/5): Large space, not great location - Spaciousness, host communication (once you reached them), laundry on site. WiFi was terrible(they were having trouble), instructions said no toilet paper or toiletries would be provided so we went and bought things only for there to actually be toilet paper and shampoo in the apartment. Frustrating as a traveler to be given incorrect information again. It was far from sites and taxis are outrageously expensive. The restaurant across the street is fantastic- definitely try it!
• Varun (7/5): Review on Poseidon Residence - Theseus - The location of the residence was in close proximity to the majority of attractions in Athens for e.g.Temple of Zeus, Acropolis, Panathenaic Stadium, etc. This made sightseeing easy as everything was within walking range. There was also an outdoor area - like a back garden - in my residence (Theseus). This gave additional space in case anyone wanted to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The AC's in each room proved to be convenient, as it cooled us off after spending a significant amount of time out in the sun. Ants found their way into the residence from time to time - usually in the morning. One or two cockroaches were also found in the bathroom.

Good bedding, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, the host is attentive; the key was easy to get. There was a glitch in the internet; the location is far from the center and involves a climb. Thanks to the host for such a welcoming environment.

All windows have blinds which provide coziness and sound insulation. the apartment has an isolated inner courtyard with orange trees, I think you'll enjoy having breakfast in this yard.

• Pip (9/5): Lovely Apartment - Very responsive and helpful host- always on hand to answer questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s about 20- 25 minute walk from the Acropolis area, 15 minutes walk from public transport but we were expecting that- worth it for the extra space. Very quiet at night. The courtyard was nice but we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t great. Automatic shutters was great for keeping light and noise out. We’d definitely return! Could use some more cooking equipment for longer stays and an airer for clothes.

Nice clean and modern apartment. - It’s very close to the city without being too busy - it was quiet outside even with a restaurant across the street. It was close to a number of shops (including a 24hour mini market), restaurants and takeaways etc. all of which opened long hours and late which was very handy. The property itself is lovely. Very modern and clean. Beds are comfy and sheets are all white like in a hotel. The kitchen was fairly well stocked however there was no electric toaster and I couldn’t see a frying pan but we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking so there might have been one! Bringing your own tea towels would be useful if you plan your self cater and an extra towel for drying hands in the bathroom as there was only 1 set per guest. There’s lots of extra pillows and duvets though 👍 Everything worked as it should and when we had an issue with the heating/ hot water (low pressure in boiler) it was sorted within hours - less than 2 hours, on a Sunday, which was great. Marina was really helpful and communication was very easy and quick. We also had to change days of holiday due to flight change and we were accommodated really quickly by Marina. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. There is no lift! Marble steps in the halls & landings which were a little slippy with wet shoes. So book the ground floor if you have mobility issues.

There were holes in the walls where there were pictures or mirrors not a plant insight or any care . The kitchen shutter didn’t work so it was dark . One bedroom blind was in the wardrobe . No bin bags or basic items like teaspoons. The patio area was was unusable and unkempt. The whole place lacked care and attention . It definitely did not match an 8.5 rating . Very disappointing .
• Niklas (9/5): Superb - I stayed at the Poseidon Residence in Athens with my friends. The flat was very nice and the landlords helped with minor problems within hours. The location is very central and the kitchen has most of what you need. We felt very comfortable and would come back again.
• Yona (9/5): Superb - Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this spacious, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean apartment in Athens. It had everything we needed, including a convenient washing machine and a nice balcony to relax on in the evenings. The apartment felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, requiring some travel to reach the main attractions. However, for a quiet and secure place to stay, it's an great choice.

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with local shops, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery, food stand/shops 1 block up the hill. To get to the nearest metro it is about 12-15 minutes walk, then it's a quick ride to the Acropolis station. Walking to the center is about 20 minutes or more.

Shops, restaurants and cafes on your feet, subway 15 min and 30 in the syntagma square. You can pick taxis from the corner as they passing by. No elevator for elderly people.

They tried to get it to fix it but we were away. So couldn't. Good location. Not in the city but not too far either. About 25 min walk to the centre.

• Lenka (1/5): I do not recommend - I absolutelly do NOT recommend this accomodation. The rooms and bath were terribly dirty and full of mold. After our check in we found out that 2 beds were not ready. We were group of 6 and there were sheets only for 4 people. I Can’t even describe how unhygienic the Sofa, pillows and beds were. The mold was on the walls and also in the bathroom.

• Anneliese (3/5): Good space, poor host - The space was quiet, the AC cool We were traveling with a baby, and I reached out to the host 1 week before to request a crib big enough for my 1 year old. They wrote back asking for confirmation, and I confirmed. They then asked if standard was ok, and because I was busy traveling for across the world a whole day with a baby, and didn’t write back, she did not include it. The baby didn’t sleep well, my husband, my 70 year old mother, and I did not sleep well. The host did not show any remorse for her mistake, did not include anything to make up for our trouble. She was not friendly.
• Winsome (8/5): Very good - It’s spacious and have all the basic needs. Property manager Maria was very helpful. A local super market and pharmacy just 1 min by foot. Inadequate amenities e.g. washing detergent or coffee capsules (even there was a nespresso machine) A bit far from restaurants and main area. Apartment is a bit old outside and facilities inside were not as nice as shown on the photos.
• Fardo (9/5): Hidden gem in Athens - It's a hidden gem in Athens. The building and the flat are very well maintained and facilities were above expectations. The flat is modern and really comfortable. Internal private garden is just amazing to chill out under the shadow of an olive tree. The area is full of local shops and some tavernas opened until very late. Last but not least, Maria made painless our transfers back and forth from the airport and very reactive in answering any questions! You can check-in any time as it's through codes - no pain if you are late with your flight! Kitchen is not fully equipped to prepare food, though you have enough dishes to consume it! Location is not central, take it into account because walking under the sun could be challenging. There was some working material left in the garden which wasn't nice to see even if not dangerous. Check if there is enough cleaning stuff for the washing machine and the dishwasher to avoid frustration when you need it and it's not available - ask to Maria to have it! Rooms are not big, keep into account if you are planning to spend more time inside the house.
• Sipan (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment where everything was present and of good quality: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ironing board, hairdryer, curling iron. Good beds, large courtyard with lounge chairs. Close to shops: bakery and supermarket at 100m. Acropolis within walking distance. The friendly owner responds quickly by Whattsapp. In short, a fantastic location to visit Athens
• Geh (7/5): I expected a little more from this place - The apartment has modern furniture, comfortable beds and good amenities. Having a washing machine with its detergents was really useful. There is a nearby coffee shop excellent for everyday breakfast. There was early morning noise from a nearby carpentry warehouse and the terrace had leftovers of building materials. The "manager" should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment; no coffee capsules were provided unlike what was stated on the note left in the kitchen. For a 4 day stay, the provided toiletries were not enough.

• Nemanja (1/5): Cockroaches, bugs and dirt - As soon as we walked in the apartment we found all kinds of bugs everywhere. Cockroaches were in the bedroom and living room. Small bugs were on the walls and kitchen floor. The shower was full of dirt and small bugs. I was with my wife and small child who were terrified and couldn't sleep even though we arrived late at night. We left the apartment early the next morning looking for new accomodation. I contacted the host immediately and requested the full refund which they agreed to but after several days they decided to refund only the half of the amount. (3 nights) So our stay in Athens was destroyed and they didn't have a decency to return the money. I am providing the photos so other people wouldn't think that I am lying or exaggerating. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

We stayed at the Theseus Apartment, which was super comfortable for us, including the beds and all the necessary amenities . The apartment has a nice veranda also. The neighbourhood is very central and very easy to find any kind of groceries needed. Nothing

• David (6/5): Affordable and good but not as convenient - The description of the accommodation was accurate and the photos were accurate. The apartment was well equipped with dishes and soap, bathroom amenities, towels and laundry detergent. There was a nearby supermarket and the apartment was sufficiently spacious. There was a guide book in the apartment with information about where to go for nightlife (which wasn’t relevant to us), emergency contact details and how to operate things in the flat. We had an issue with the electricity not working when we checked in but the hosts resolved it promptly. It was less expensive than other apartments of the same spec. The lock box was easy to operate and the building was quiet. The bottom sheet of our bed was too small for the mattress and kept coming off in the night so we’d end up on the bare mattress. There was no metro nearby and it was a good 25 min walk into the city centre, which was downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back so we had to take taxis back everyday as the kids couldn’t do the walk back. Although the apartment was clean, they could have done more to ensure corners of the apartment were cleaner and there were a few items already in the bin when we arrived. We would have liked more recommendations on where to eat nearby as opposed to places where we would have to travel to get to (we had to take two taxis everywhere so places within walking distance would have been easier). The street was quite run down and poorly lit at night. It was hard to judge whether it was a safe area or not.
• Hana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located 15 minutes from the Olympic Stadium and 25 minutes from Syntagma. For families like us who like to walk, it is an excellent location, close to attractions but not in the center. It is not a good location for people with small children or who have some mobility problems because there are a lot of climbs.You can literally buy everything you need in the vicinity of the apartment. We had a small problem with the fuse blowing in the apartment, and even though the hostess offered to send us a handyman, we didn't feel comfortable waiting for him in the apartment and thus wasting time walking around. We hope that problem is solved. The couch in the living room is quite uncomfortable for sleeping because it is divided into two parts, while the beds in the other two rooms are quite comfortable. Deep plates and other kitchen utensils are missing in the kitchen or the are broken.
• Marianne (5/5): Great apartment, terrible team. - The property location was quality was great. Due to a plumbing problem, our apartment was changed to another, but it was very clean and beautiful inside. Everything was great about the property, except the management. I found that the financial team were unorganised, pushy and outright rude, and tried pressuring us paying in cash. Would have come back if it weren’t for this.

• Lali (10/5): Exceptional - Maria helped us check in early. the apartment had all the necessary things. It was clean.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Less than ideal location - Inside the apartment is clean, sufficient space and the washing machine was a bonus. Beautiful apartment but expect to be surprised because the area is located in the heart of the Ghetto. This is the first apartment that I have booked where they only provide two toilet paper rolls for a family of 5 adults plus expects you to throw away trash daily but does not again provide trash bags. I have communicated this concern to Maria and she said that they will ONLY provide 2 toilet paper and we MUST purchase the rest. We did book this apartment for 4 nights and 5 days. An email of expectations that we needed to purchase toilet paper and trash bag ahead of time would have been greatly appreciated.
• Colette (10/5): Home from Home 🏡 - Great location in a safe neighbourhood close enough to walk to the sights, food places and shops. The accommodation was smart and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay... Would have been nice to know where the nearest metro was etc but the Beat taxis were super convenient and we walked the rest of the time (good exercise!)
