Zahrah (5/5): We checked out early because it was too small - It was a good alternative and nice but not what I paid for. It was nothing like the pictures, the owner gave us three different addresses and we were running around trying to find it.
Haya (1/5): Zero i book a hotel thank you for paying for nothing 2000 pound - Nothing No ac , no elevator , the flat in the forth floor Not suitable for old old with big laggage not recomanded at all I directed pay for them and go to hotel very bad place
Svenja (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is well located in Mayfair. Some unpleasant surprises upon arrival. No clear instructions regarding payment prior to arrival. Unlike on the pictures, the apartment was pretty run down although fairly new. Cupboards not put together properly, carpets stained, one of the showerheads broken, no dishcloths but lots of remarks regarding fines if damages or inappropriate treatments of interiors would occur. Doors to balcony would not lock, this was filthy as well.
Hali̇l (6/5): Good location, bad experience. - Location is perfect. House dimension is good for families with baby. Aprtment owner responsed for high chair very quickly. Has an elevator. Restroom/bath is new and clean. -Very dirty balcony. We couldn't use it. Reported to owner but didn't response for cleaning. -Because it was next to the Mercato Mayfair restaurant, there was always a smell of food in the house. -wifi is very bad. Impossible to join a meeting due to the lag and very bad upload speed. I had to rent an office for join a meeting remotely. - A/C is not enough to cold the house. Apartment is too hot if weather over 20degree. - Apartment fee was discounted after my reservation. I asked them to revise my fee's according to new prices but owner didn't accept it. I should wait to reservation just before travel.
Rakeshgupta (6/5): Good Location but No lift and luggage storage facility. - Location is wonderful. Incorrect web description about lift and storage facility. No lift, required to climb 100 steps. No suitable for Old age people or someone carries a lot of luggage. No luggage storage facility. Main door lock not good. Host does not response immediately, never pick the call.
Munirah (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing Tottal scam. No lift. Apartment is nothing like the pictures. The address isn’t the same (Not in oxford street). Rude staff and they don’t how to work. Made my stay in London miserable. I would prefered the streets rather than dealing with this.
