• Katarzyna (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja - do wszystkich najważniejszych zabytków można dojść pieszo - oczywiście dla lubiących spacerować, ale i dla tych mniej aktywnych również:) Po nocnym spacerze wraca się bezpiecznie. Bliskość przystanku autobusowego z bezpośrednim połączeniem z lotniska Fiumicino i z powrotem na lotnisko. Obiekt bardzo czysty i komfortowy. Polecam!

• Michael (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt wegen der guten Lage und dem schönen Appartment, - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, da in einer Seitenstraße, sehr gute Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, unsere Hunde waren dabei, super. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Für uns mit unserer Tochter im Rollstuhl, gibt es leider mehrere Treppen zu überwinden und der Fahrstuhl , der dann erreichbar ist, ist sehr eng. Also für Rollstuhlfahrer nur bedingt geeignet, ansonsten top.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and open, and they made us feel truly comfortable and at home. A very special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise — it meant a lot to me and made our stay even more memorable and emotional. The location is also excellent: very close to the metro, within walking distance to many of Rome’s main attractions, and extremely convenient for getting to Fiumicino Airport. Everything was just perfect — we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Ci ha fornito anche indicazioni su luoghi in cui mangiare e cosa visitare. Struttura confortevole, moderna e pulitissima. Accesso alla sala ristorazione con macchine professionali per bevande calde. Quartiere elegante e sicuro, ricco di servizi. Vicinissimo al Vaticano e alle iconiche attrazioni di Roma raggiungibili a piedi. Facilità di parcheggio, a pagamento e non, nella zona. Consigliatissimo. Tutto perfetto.

• Elena C. D (10/5): - The owner was really nice. He gave us a tour of the place and talked us through how to use the key cards to get in to the building and our unit. We requested an early breakfast which was accomodated no problem. Mr. M prepared an amazing breakfast for the 7 of us. Location was great for where we want to be. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The room was spacious enough and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was also good.

• Sandra (9/5): Tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage von Rom - gerne immer wieder! - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße (wir haben nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster gut schlafen können). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter und sämtliche Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für alles-wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Frühstück ist zwar etwas einfacher-bietet aber alles, was man für einen guten Start in einen Erkundungstag in Rom benötigt. Rom ist in unseren Augen eine sehr beeindruckende und wunderschöne Stadt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und dann auch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen! Es gab von unserer Seite aus nichts zu bemängeln.
• YANNICK (9/5): Parfait home pour passer un peu de temps dans la capitale italienne; - Le petit déjeuner était très correct. On pouvait demander les toasts nécessaires pour satisfaire son appétit. La chambre dispose d'un minifrigo, très apprécié pour rafraichir les bouteilles d'eau. Emplacement parfait , à proximité du vatican, de la place VCavour et surtout d'un arrêt de car pour le transfert vers l'aéroport, qui évite de se promener avec des bagages dans Rome. Enfin, et ce n'est pas le moindre des compliments, l'arrivée de l'avion ne nous permettait pas de parvenir à la chambre d'hôte dans les démlais prévus (14h/18 h). L'hôte prévenu de cet horaire, nous attendait sur le trottoir à 20 h.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There is no way to know when you show up at the door that this is a place for lodgers to stay.

• Zachary (10/5): The suite was perfect for my family of four’s needs. - Great location that was within walking distance to tour meeting sites and Vatican estate. We stayed in the Vivaldi suite, which had two large air conditioned rooms that had recently been renovated. Vivaldi also had a small fridge which was perfect for snacks and drinks. The staff also organized an early morning shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was a little underwhelming; it consisted of prepackaged muffins, etc. However, this would not deter me from a future stay.

There is a lovely mix of shops, cafes and restaurants in your doorstep.Accommodation was clean, super comfortable, beds were great and the friendly staff were there to help. They went over & beyond to make our stay in Rome a truly memorable one. Recommended restaurants, made us feel welcome & safe. I strongly recommend this place. I wouldn’t change anything.
• Clare (10/5): Sensational! - This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Rome! It is central to everything. No central attraction is more than a 30-minute walk....with, of course, lots of beverage stopping points on the way! The hosts were really friendly and helpful, and my room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean....and the welcome pack was a great touch! If I were to visit Rome again, I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to any one planning to visit! To maybe have a sign outside of the property, but this is a very minor point. Everything else was perfect!
• Sanja (9/5): Superb - The location is great, it is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of great shops and restaurants. We really loved staying in Vatican City. We could spend our time visiting the city centre and then come back to our neighborhood for some peace and quiet. We were able to walk to the city centre. If you want to take the bus to the airport, the bus stop is just around the corner. The room was very clean and comfortable, they cleaned the room every day. There could have been a sign or something at the entrance that that shows which floor to go to:).

• Michael (5/5): Good location, adequate facility, approach and operations need improving. - They provided breakfast for some of their guests: it appeared to be self service cold cereal and fresh fruit ( apples and bananas). However, I was told that breakfast wasn’t part of my stay. Given how basic breakfast, denying breakfast service came across as stingy as did their policy of not allowing eating in one’s room. The guest house is a multi-use building, without a full time on site staff person. I may have missed some instructions, but upon arrival, I found the doors closed and locked. Attemlts go use the intercoms to access someone appeared fruitless, until one of the owners happened to some up and call for someone to help me. That person one if the owners/managers) was helpful and kind. He took extra care to personally show me how to access/egress the building using the electronic key. However, we didn’t discuss how to excit upon checkout without a key. Consequently, I found myself in the same predicament as arriving. I was locked inside the building. Until one if the other building user let me out and showed me the button. Clarity and more reliable procedures would help guest arrive and leave comfortable. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt. ( I was not offered one for payment for city taxes) Staff had a difficult time with this simple task. Training is needed. At times, it appears this is run as a family operation, but a more business approach with customer service as the focus would improve matters. Lastiy, the breakfast room is outside of my room. On my first night done was was apparently sitting there in the phone at 2:00 AM which kept me awake. This after a 12 hour flight and a 9 hour time difference. I didn’t open the door to find out because it was exhausted from my travels and thought it just could be a neighbor , Only later did I realize the person was likely sitting in common area. At that hour, phone calls from that location are highly disruptive and should be prohibited. My sleep and hence the start to my trip was surely compromised. The owners are nice people but they need to review and firm up their operations.

The apartment was clean and stylish, very secure too housed within a multi floor condo. A real taste of city living ! Make sure you have signal on phone when entering Cavour Suites as entry is via your mobile phone and a link sent in advance. We had an issue but Cristiano very promptly resolved.
