Tornerò se dovessi passare nuovamente per Londra Il lavandino era un po’ sporco quando siamo arrivati e non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e asciugamani.

- Jona (10/5): location and modern living - location location location ! once we experienced the surroundings nothing concerning the room was of any importance. we booked a regular room, wuiet large wit a very comfortable double bed, shower and toilet. a bench or a chair would have helped a bit with our belongings. there are no cupboard or shelfes in the room. luckily our trolleys were packed with individual special pieces fir packing so there was no hussle. elevators self checkin and out (assisting service staff if needed) a cafeteria with a wall long table for working people (everything with usb sockets etc). i do recommend this place for business and especially pleasure because of the location (picadilly circus, tube stations bus stations etc). location

I was shocked at how close I was to everything I wanted to do and see and the train station is just right outside the hotel. This is just a London thing, but I did find it to be super expensive, especially for being in one of the cocoon rooms, but also understand that everything there is expensive. Worth it if you just need a place in central London to lay your head at night

There are no windows in the rooms. No complimentary water. No desk area. But this is all reflected in the price which was very reasonable for the location.

- Mojgan (3/5): Never again - I didn’t like it at all. Especially that fire alarm set off early morning and ruined our Saturday morning on top of everything else. Bathroom was awful since water wouldn’t go down!!! Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Checking out was far too early. And they would charge far too expensive for checking out a bit later!! All in all bad experience especially that we were going to celebrate our wedding anniversary!!

Intriguing rooms - very Korean - very minimal but despite this everything you need is there! I didn't get to try the restaurant but the menu looked so good I'm going to have to come back... The corridors to the rooms were a maze due to the low light levels, but the signage was helpful - even if you did go in a few circles ;o)

Stanza pulita e ottima organizzazione per self check in e check out Non ci sono finestre e l’ambiente è un po’ cupo con luci soffuse. Un po’ scomodo cambiare il piano per andare ad asciugarsi i capelli ma niente di grave. Unica pecca direi zero armadi in stanza o comunque pochi appendiabiti

We used the shower rail. Luckily I bought 1 hanger. We will use the hotel again but will be more prepared. No shelves or rails for clothes to hang up.

Check-in à partir de 15h, mais quand je suis arrivé à 15h30, la chambre n’était pas prête et je n’ai même pas eu un basique « désolé ». À part le hall d’accueil, l’hôtel n’est pas propre. Les moquettes des couloirs des étages sont vraiment très sales. Le drap housse de mon matelas n’était même pas assez grand pour border les côtés, j’ai donc pu admirer les taches jaunes d’origines inconnues sur le matelas. De la poussière et des petits cailloux dès qu’on bouge un tout petit peu le matelas. Les draps sont blancs, donc malheureusement tout se voit: des cheveux, des choses qui sont restés accrochés après le lavage. C’est pas hyper agréable. Papier toilette premier prix, linge de bain premier prix, traces de calcaire sur le robinet de douche… Le concept de l’hôtel est une bonne idée, mais mal exécuté car sans fenêtre pas d’air frais, et le ventilateur de la chambre était bloqué à 19 degrés alors qu’il faisait une chaleur dingue dans la chambre. Globalement, je suis très déçu de l’expérience, sachant que les prix sont assez élevés, emplacement oblige.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, no hairdryer in the room, no hangars or wardrobe. Mattresses on plinth low down could be hard for older people to get in and out of. Charges to hold bags.

Also a bath Matt did the shower. Asking for extra towels, extra toilet roll & pillows took 2 attempts to finally get them. The bins in the bathroom don't have a decent bin liner in them. Down the side of the bed was hair( the side next to the wall.

- Estelle (7/5): Excellent central location and transport links. Rooms without windows can feel a bit strange! - Great location in a very central area, making it easy to explore the city. Hotel close to tube stations and bus stops, so getting around is quick and convenient. Many attractions, restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Despite being so central, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable stay. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout the stay. Our room was located close to the lift area and the door leading into the corridor was quite noisy, we could constantly hear it clicking whenever someone entered or left. It was also our first time staying in a room without a window, which felt a bit strange and slightly unsettling. Having to pay to store luggage on the day of arrival or departure outside check in/check out hours was disappointing.

No cleaning service or change of towels during our stay . Faulty USB ports . Dirty and damaged ironing facilities . Poor communication, delayed responses, no care or compassion

- iuliano (10/5): Ottima la posizione.rivedere tutto il resto. - La posizione ottima. Il personale reception 24&24 il check-in ed il checkout veloce. La stanza giusto il necessario per riposare due o tre giorni Iniziamo dalla stanza ho trovato le lenzuola con una macchia ho chiesto più volte di cambiarle alla mia seconda richiesta lo hanno fatto subito rifacendo il letto con aggiunta nuovi di asciugamani. Nella stanza manca un piccolo armadio per mettere la roba della valigia lo spazio c'è per metterlo. Nel bagno manca sia lo scopino che il braccetto nella doccia per il bidè. La hall quando esci dall albergo sembra sempre notte le stanze sono un labirinto ma ci sono le indicazioni per trovarle tipo crociera. Non ci sono indicazioni per la palestra ed il bar che si trovano al piano inferiore..Manca distributore a pagamento per il caffè o altre bevande calde perché il bar apre alle ore 8:00 e chiude alle 18:00.Albergo che con alcune accortezze potrebbe dare molto di più, essendo molto grande ma gli spazi gestiti male.

- Grant (8/5): Good but could have been better - Couldn’t be more central. Facilities were clean. One of the plug suckers was faulty. Had an ‘X’ drawn on the socket but didn’t notice that at first. Plugged iron in and started having electrical issues - not very safe! Room 6139 A/C only went as low as 19c too so room felt a little stuffy
- Lorena (10/5): Consigliatissima! - Posto centralissimo, struttura pulita, basica e ottima per riposare e rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Londra. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile, check-in e check-out in autonomia intuitivo e tecnologico.
- joanne (7/5): It was good apart from the mishap - Lovely spacious 3 bedroom We had a blocked drain in the shower that flooded into the bedroom. We had to ask 3 times before anyone came to sort it

- Virginia (8/5): No frills, good for short stays. - No frills, you get what you pay for! Check-in/out was simple and easy. Right in Central London, very walkable to major attractions. I love the complete darkness when lights are out. Bed was a bit on the softer side. It had zero furniture, kind of expected a side table at least but manageable for a short stay. Outside noise was not audible at all inside your cocoon, however you can still hear your neighbors walking above you and hear doors closing. Pipe/Walter noise was also audible so not as quiet as you might think. Still wore earplugs to avoid getting woken up.
