• Flomimil (4/5): Déçu - L emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rome tous est 10-15 min de marche. L appartement est très vieillot, la literie est inconfortable lattes cassés , chaise déchiré, table qui se disloque la salle de bain est a revoir robinet qui fuit. Je ne recommande pas.

• LMG99 (4/5): Lage Top, Grüße ausreichen, Ausstattung und Badqualität ausbaufähig. - Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, jedoch kann das Apartment hier icht mithalten. Die Betten sind schon lange durchgelegen. Das Apartment war zwar sauber (mit Ausnahme des Bads) , jedoch ließ die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. .Die Betten waren durchgelegen (ein Wechsel der Matratze würde sich lohnen)
• Mark (8/5): An excellent bang for your buck in Rome! - The property is a great value, conveniently located near most points of interest and the metro, the beds were comfortable and the staff is beyond amazing, I ran into a issue with the heating and they got it fixed asap! Plus upon arrival we were given many tips and advice on what to do in the city! The shower is inconvenient, nothing to hold the shower head so you’re stuck having to constantly pic the shower head up and setting it down again. The front room faces the street and the windows let in every sound from outside which can make sleeping a bit tough.

• David (8/5): Buen apartamento para visitar Roma - Apartamento bastante céntrico y con muchos restaurantes cercanos. Muy bien en general. El sofá-cama es muy incómodo (imposible dormir en él) y las ventanas no aíslan el ruido, lo que hace que se oiga toda la noche ruidos externos bastante estridentes. La bañera tiene una cortinilla que no cubre por completo la bañera y hace que salga el agua fuera.

• Mandalmaa (8/5): - Great place in a prime location. AC in each room. Very spacious. The only drawback was the shower. It was in good working condition, with good water pressure and drains well. Unfortunately, for some reason, the shower curtain they had was a cheap plastic one that barely covers halfway. So no matter how you adjust it, it kept letting water out.

• Maryna (2/5): Terrible experience - The apartment was extremely dirty. The sink didn’t work, and the door was old and impossible to lock. The property did not match the pictures shown on Booking and looked much worse in reality. There was barely any furniture, with only a very small wardrobe in one room. We had to use chairs just to hang up our clothes. To make things worse, on the last night, two men tried to enter our apartment. Since the lock was broken and the door couldn’t be secured, we felt completely unsafe. This was a terrible experience.

• MARISOL (2/5): - The property is close to attractions. You can check in as early as 2:30 pm and the host made me wait until 3 pm. The apartment's walls were dirty. The apartment entrance door was broken and the key did not work and we had to use the link instead of the key. The tub only had half of a plastic curtain. There was no mop to dry the floor when we took a shower; since there was no mop, the floor got wet all the time. The comforters were stained and old, and the mattresses were so bad and old that you felt you were sleeping on the mattress springs. Sleeping on those beds was worse than sleeping on the floor. The host only offered two tiny soaps that lasted only 1 day and 2 small toilet papers for a family of 4 who would stay there for 6 days. The cabinet in the kitchen was broken as well as the faucet in the tub. This property is not suitable to stay.

• Scott (3/5): Would not stay here, better options - The location and size of the apartment was the 2 best things about our stay. Ill start with the front door, it had a web based lock that disabled the deadbolt so we did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the apartment. When brought to managers attention they said "the door at my home can be open like this." The black deadbolt knob has screws in the bar to keep it open and non functioning. I did not need a key to open the door.... For over $500 a night; Front door lock was not secure. Bathroom had black mold line where there was a pipe in the wall. Light was a single bulb. Bathroom sink cracked and no stopper for drain Walls in front room filthy. Kitchen had cracked counter, old door-less cabinet, and dirt on pipe across wall. Single pane glass in windows made front bedroom VERY loud at night. The view from kitchen was to a very dirty courtyard. Sheets had a few "dark" stains
• Bhanu (9/5): Superb - I like the location . It was the best location to stay there. The kitchen was good . Everything was good but the toilet was not comfortable. There was no drain for spoiled /dropped water on the floor . It was very difficult to get a shower.

• Hülya (8/5): Very good - The location of the house was great. We hardly ever used public transport. The facilities of the house were very good. We stayed with our children and they were comfortable too. We had a problem with the bathroom and they fixed it right away the next day. It was very easy to reach the hosts and get information. I definitely recommend it.
• Mark (8/5): Good apartment for a family of four wanting to explore central Rome, with most popular sites easily accessible on foot. - Twin room with gigantic TV and Netflix was great for our teenagers. Good location for arrival at Termini and walking out into restaurants, Centro Storico and the modern side of Rome. We liked the Vikey app for accessing the apartment. A few more lamps (especially in the bedrooms) and a proper standing shower and screen would improve the property.

• Farhan (9/5): Superb - Very central, close to Termini station. Check in from phone which is very convenient. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is huge and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Sufficient amount of light and air. Have most of the amenities you'd need on a short stay. No washing machine. The shower handle can not be hung, you only have to use it by hand.
• Jeff (9/5): Great apartment for families. - The location was great and the property was clean. Lack of dressers to put our clothes in. Weak wifi in the back bedroom.
• Maria (1/5): Bad - The payment of the room had to be done on their own site and the charges were like €200 more than what Booking said. There was only one bathroom for 8 people and it was dirty. We also didn’t had toilet paper. The water heater didn’t work, we contacted the host, she said someone came to fix it and it was still freezing water we had to shower with ON WINTER. They charged us €25 more for late check out and the staff came in to clean WHILE WE WERE PACKING and still had plenty of time left to check out. A lot of money for that awful stay. Do not recommend.

• Denise (6/5): Pleasant - The agency was very responsive. Our hot water wasn’t working and they quickly sent someone to fix the issue. Windows should be updated to new ones to reduce annoying outdoor noises in the middle of the night and also the beds were not that comfortable. So we ended up not sleeping much. The bath/shower has low water pressure but I do understand that it is an old building with an old plumbing system.
