Se não fosse um senhor com as chaves todas do prédio ficávamos na rua. Sofá-cama não funciona , está sempre a cair no chão , impossível dormir. Água quente acaba rápido.

• KHATIA (10/5): - შესანიშნავი ადგილია, ქალაქის ცენტრი. დუომოდზე ფეხით 10 წუთი. აპარტამენტი სუფთა, მოწესრიგებული. ქათქათა თეთრეული. ყველა აუცილებელი საყოფაცხოვრებო ნივთი ადგილზეა. ახლოსვეა კაფეები, ტაქსი, ავტობუსი, მეტრო. ვინაიდან ჩექინის დრო 16:00 საათია, ბარგის დატოვება გადავწყვიტეთ მაგრამ სხვა მისამართი მოგვწერეს, რამაც გაგვაკვირვა. დისკომფორტია ის, რომ აპარტამენტის ლობი სულ სხვა მისამართზეა, 10 წუთის გზაზე ფეხით. ადგილზე ძალიან სასიამოვნო გოგონები დაგვხვდა. შევინახეთ ბარგი, გამოსაცვლელი ოთახიც გამოვიყენეთ, მოვწესრიგებაც იქვეა შესაძლებელი.

• Ирена (10/5): Highly recommended - Our stay here was more than wonderful – everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. As a lovely bonus, they offered us panoramic tours to two well-known destinations, which were included in the price of our stay. We chose only one of them, as we had already visited the other beforehand. The tour was perfectly organized – our guide shared interesting historical insights and even took beautiful photos of us, which were also included as part of the experience. If we ever decide to visit Milano again, we would definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended! There was nothing we didn’t like

Informacja na stronie apartamentu jest taka że ręczniki są natomiast na miejscu okazało się że były tylko dla 2 osób a nie 4, a nie było gdzie tego zgłosić nawet. Jeśli chodzi o czystość tego apartamentu to średnia, i łazienka bardzo słaby standard i zapach który się ulatnia spod prysznica

• Anthony (10/5): A convinient and safe apartment in Milan center - The apartment is located within an elegant building, close to Milan center. Spacy, recently refurbished and well maintained. Close by is a Metro Station and bus and tram lines. Communication with the host was excellent before, during our stay and after check-out. Many coffe shops and restaurants nearby. We recommend this apartment 100%. none

Tout était parfait, toutefois, quelques petites bases pour cuisiner de type sel, poivre serait utile. Des instructions concernant les poubelles pour le départ seraient utile également.

• James (9/5): Very pleasant. Happy New Year!!! - The property is in a great location because it really makes you feel like you are retreating away from all the "touristy" areas and crowds. Having a clothes dryer on the premises would be more convenient for guests. It took us a little time to figure out the washer cycles. We watched a couple You Tube videos for instructions which were a big help. I suggest providing lamenated document(s) showing the settings of the washer front panel in different languages.

Which was I really disappointed. Because I was in train on the way. To come to Milan. But my Visa card was issue. I don’t know what happened. I tried to call them, but the phone is not going through. So I wrote to booking. Com . Is after 2 hours they send me this I should pay 300€ deposit. It that’s rules.. So in while from the WhatsApp, contact me some assistant Lili . I explain her that my Visa card it doesn’t work.. she said okay just when you arrive maybe try again I said okay. But I we arrived we completely got wet. Was raining. So I try again. It doesn’t work. I tell her I give you cash, we not accept the cash,. So she said I cannot enter it. 😔 but I tell her is outside raining and totally tired I was have also kid , I begged her , after 1,5 ours she send me another link that I will pay only tax . Finally I entered the apartment. But she told me send your Visa card for Garanti. Thank you Lili. The apartment was ok everything have inside. but Mosquitoes bit me. When we was checkout, I sent her message that we check out. And put key on the table. She even not responded back. When I was in Rome and I also booked apartment but they not aks me deposit. I think it’s booking.com before we have to book. They should notify about it.

And I tried to make early check in they didn’t even bother to try they just say we couldn’t and the check out time 11:00am ….

• Marina (8/5): Great location - Location is great, around 10 min from Duomo. The object was clean and has iron, dishwasher, coffee machine... everything except sofa and shower is great We reserved the apartment for 4 person and the sofa wasn't ready, we had to do it. But that's not big problem, problem is that sofa was so uncomfortable, it's time to buy a new one!!!! On the other hand, bed in bedroom was very comfortable. Also, shower needs some improvements.

• Marios (9/5): Nice and quiet apartment, close to the center - Nice location, comfortable house, nice sofa for second bed, quiet apartment, easy access with an app able for unlocking the doors. The coffee machine was not operating well, the hot water was barely enough for three people, and you had to wait for some time until it was hot again. Early check in was not available and in general check in/out times were difficult to be managed.

• Delyana (10/5): Very well located, comfortable stay in Milan - I stayed in the property with my family. What we mostly liked was the location and how clean and quiet the place was, there was nothing missing. Would definitely recommend it.
• Кравченко (9/5): thank you! easy to access to apartment, it was clean and comfy. - great and clean apartments with excellent location. 7 minutes till Duomo. We were 3 persons in apartments and there was just 1 set of shower gel, conditioner, shampoo. They didn’t have a wine opener. FYI you should pay a deposit 300€.
