Jamal (8/5): - Le personnel est aimable et est à votre écoute ' la résidence est bien équipé et le meilleur est la piscine & sauna à disposition (et une salle de sport). La résidence est un peu loin de la place Taksim ( à pied.. beaucoup de rue en pente ) ' pas de problème pour ceux qui aime la marche ou tout simplement taxi :)

Es kosten den menschen einfach erstbeitete Urlaubs - Nichts besonderes leider Die wege sind sehr Steil zum laufen! 2 vohandene Aufzüge aber 1 davon 4 tage lang defekt! Heizanlage war defekt deshalb auch der Pool nicht warm genug für den Winter.. 4 tage lang! Andere Vermietete wohnungen sehr störend Laut morgens um 5.30h lautes brüllen knallende türen , lachen usw (5-6 arabische männer ) tage lang kein schlaf 🥴

Ante (6/5): Good option for group travellers (3+ people) - The location - short walk to Taksim Square, popular area within tourists. Good spot for starting any tour in Istanbul. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The balcony is small but is good for smokers and coffee drinking. There is a shop accross the street working til late hours. The swimming pool is nice. Even though the location is great, the road leading to Taksim Square is uneven and uphill. This was not a problem to me, but it might be the problem for people in not so good physical condition and older people. The communication should have been better and more transparent - e.g. when we arrived, I needed to pay the deposit in amount of 100 € in cash. Despite I received a confirmation from booking.com that we paid our stay in full amount. Nothing insane, but it would have been better if communicated in advance. On Friday or Saturday, I went to swimming pool and the cleaning staff had told me it was not working because it was a cleaning day. Ok, I know it needs to be cleaned and maintained, but again, just communicate it in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The place is not sparkling clean. If you are not too picky, you will be fine. Otherwise, it might be a problem. The balcony view faces a building from which some people stare at you when you are at balcony or even inside if your curtains are open - a little bit annoying.

Tv hors service,meuble cassé, chaises cassées,appartement sale et vieux , moisissures,prises électriques dénudé et pour finir en ouvrant les rideaux de l appartement j ai eu la surprise de découvrir que les fenêtres de l appartement donnait sur un mur,oui vous avez bien lu un mur. Voilà ce que la résidence Elysium taksim et le site EXPÉDIA appelle un appartement luxe, une honte De plus mon enfant de 8 ans s’est fait voler un maillot de football d une grande valeur par une dame de ménage.elle nous dit qu’elle avait trouvé le maillot de football par terre et qu elle l avait jeté à la poubelle, une honte, Un conseil Fuyer cette hôtel

Khalid Saleem (4/5): - Location of the apartment is great. Close 2 supermarkets, Taksim, bus, metro station and takeaways. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was great, so were the beds but everything else in our apartment was broken. Apartment door handle, intercom, cabinet doors, toilet seat, radiator railing, shower tray, clothes drying stand, ironing stand, wall paper peeling of the wall. Wardrobe doors were loose & came out of the fixing, falling on the ground; narrowly missing our 8 years old child. There was a leakage in our sitting room from upper apartment bathroom before our arrival but the owner claimed that he had checked the apartment A-Z and there wasn't any such issue. Leakage was fixed by the builders but we had to stay in the apartment because there were no lock keys for the rooms to lock our valuables. Our 1 day got lost. There was a power failure in the building and there was no backup generator; hence we were stuck on the 8th floor for 3 hours as lifts stopped working too. Water supply was main issue in this apartment. We were out of water for 3-4 times. Once it was out for 10 hours without advance notice or messages. Manager claimed that messages were sent and notices were pasted that work will be in carried out. Swimming pool pump broke and guests were asked to vacant the pool and was shut for 48 hours. Shower tray & tiles were full of fungus & algae. There were worms and maggots coming out of the tiles behind the wash basin in the bathroom. We won't be booking them again.
