• David (9/5): Great location. Good sized Flat. Well maintained. Good communications with owners. 5 Stars - Great location. Quiet. Good sized, comfortable Flat. Close to amenities and easy walking distance of Sloane Square and the tube station No plug for sink and no tea towels (Really struggling here!).

• Josephine (8/5): - The location is perfect for Sloane Square and South Kensington. The flat is large and spacious and clean and perfect for central location like this with a wonderful square around the corner with fabulous coffee and restaurants and essentials. Lovely clean bedding and towels were provided and when we needed to extend our stay the communication was wonderful with the owner. I think the blinds could be replaced as most are slightly broken. The kitchen could be stocked with a few more utensils etc. The sofa is brilliant as a sofabed but it could be updated as not comfortable to sit on. The heating is not easy to adjust and no instructions to amend it. So if did get chilly. I think the flat could just have a little refresh to make it cosier but it's very clean and anything we needed was provided straight away and the assistance we got was brilliant when we did have a problem.

• Fiona (9/5): Perfect apartment for a weeks stay in a fabulous area! - This apartment was perfect for a mother/daughter experience in London! It was large especially for London, tastefully decorated with a very well equipped neat kitchen & bathroom. The location was fabulous, in a quiet road but very close to the wonderful shops of King Road. It was also very conveniently positioned to Sloane Square tube station. We always felt safe even walking back late at night. The whole area along Kings Road and around Sloane Square is magical when the Christmas lights go up. We would definitely return! It didn’t bother us as we were on the first floor so only had one flight of stairs but there are no lifts.

Genel olarak ortamın bakıma ihtiyacı var, banyoda sabun ve şampuan çok kısıtlı ve kaliteli değil. Oturma alanında kanepeler yenilenmeli.

• David (9/5): Great flat & location but would prefer somewhere quieter. - Great flat, nice facilities and spacious. Quite a noisy place. Trucks unloading for shops and the pub with reversing beeps, trolleys, horns every morning outside the bedroom window from 7.30am onwards. Noise from punters standing outside the pub each afternoon and evening even in our winter stay.
• Barbara (2/5): Mai più - Posizione pubblica Non ho dato 1 solo per la posizione molto tranquilla e ben servita da bus e metro. Inizio col dire che se leggo nei servizi "macchina del caffe" mi aspetto una Nespresso o simile e non un bollitore con caffè solubile...e mancano le basi della cucina(tovagiette, canovaccio??) 1 solo rotolo di igienica per 4gg per 2 persone , 1 mini size di prodotti per il bagno, il phon non si può usare in bagno perché la presa è solo per il rasoio ( mi sono dovuta asciugare i capelli in soggiorno senza ovviamente specchio!!) Vogliamo parlare del riscaldamento? Entrati in casa, il ghiaccio perché non era stato acceso e pure durante la notte si spengeva..risultato: morta di freddo !! Check in ore 16, check out ore 10!! Praticamente perdi una giornata e ovviamente non hanno un posto dove tenerti le valigie ma ti "consigliano" Stasher che economico non è... E poi il servizio assistenza inesistente..ti rispondono con molta calma dandoti risposte inaccettabili. Tutto questo si potrebbe accettare da un 3 stelle ma lo standard per quel prezzo, dovrebbe essere veramente diverso! Oggi sono uscita di casa praticamente cacciata perché la cameriera è arrivata alle 10.10 (un po' di elasticità visto i disagi..) Conclusione: sono uscita di casa piangendo dal nervoso!
• Michelle (7/5): Prima - Locatie was top, pand is mooi, ruim appartement, fijn hard bed en was lekker warm (verwarming stond speciaal al aan), wasmachine is fijn en een fijn droogrek (veel faciliteiten aanwezig), zijn goed bereikbaar via whatsapp. Douche was ontzettend klein, ouderwetse inrichting past niet bij het mooie pand, hoofdkussens waren hard (krijg je nekpijn van). Niet echt baby proof vanwege trappen en (reis) baby bedje krijg je zonder matras dus let daarop. Onze baby heeft uiteindelijk in de kinderwagen geslapen.

• Francisco (9/5): An awesome location and great value for money - Perfect location and nice spacious apartment for London standards The mattress had a pretty large dip which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also, the lack of a place to store luggage and late check in times (4pm) forced us to spend a lot of money on Stasher to have someone else keep our bags for a couple of hours. It’s a waste of money and pretty inconvenient to be carrying the luggage around - installing basic lockers in the building hallway would fix this.

• Serge (9/5): Quelle espace pour ce prix !! - La surface de l'appartement par rapport à son prix est exceptionnelle pour le centre de Londres. De plus, c'est idéalement situé entre South Kensington et Sloane Square en plein Chelsea. Les équipements sont vraiment à la hauteur. C'est propre et très joli. Le tapis de sol dans les communs de la résidence sont à changer d'urgence, c'est vraiment sale, dommage par rapport à tout le reste.

• Thomas (5/5): - The location was great The 4pm check in time was very late and when I arrived the property had not been cleaned. The cleaners arrived after 4pm and the property was not cleaned until after 5pm causing me to miss a meeting.

• tracey (9/5): Great location and good size - Location to Sloan square tube and kings road. Great size and ground floor. We loved being at street level. Great pub across the road. Restaurants, shopping and supermarkets minutes away. But of a mix up when we arrived. We were told the property won’t be ready until 6pm. After 40hours of travelling that wasn’t ideal. That was resolved though. The apartment was also very cold. We found the heating hard to understand and the fireplace is for decorative purposes only so did nothing to add warmth.

Apartment not properly cleaned on arrival....the cleaner was there waiting to get in as we checked in. She did a too rushed job. These things can be fixed & my rating would be much higher.

• Jiayue (9/5): - Overall, it’s good value. The apartment is spacious and in a prime location near Sloane Square. I was disappointed with the reception. When I booked, I contacted them to confirm the room layout and bed sizes. They told me they wouldn’t know until closer to check-in. But when I followed up on check-in day, I was told there’s actually only one two-bedroom aparment in the entire property—which means they did know the exact room specs all along, but didn’t bother checking earlier. That felt a bit unprofessional.
• Ramya (4/5): Disappointing - Clean and excellent location in the heart of central London. The staff really do not accommodate requests. 4pm check in and 10am check out! All subject to “availability” and due to cleaning needs, there is a 6 hour window for cleaning and no place to store your luggage. For the amount of money, and their properties would recommend they hire more cleaners! The service was better under flying butler.

• Logan (10/5): I'd TOTALLY stay here again! - Such a cute place & perfect for one or two people! GREAT location in Chelsea, walking distance to the tube as well as several great restaurants & pubs! LOVE this area of London! Being on the top floor was a little challenging as far as getting my cases up. However, it provided a good workout to work off all of the calories consumed in food & drink! ;)

• Susan (8/5): Great location and basic. - It was all you needed. I was informed that the apartment had 3 flights of stairs and it was 5 flights to get to the apartment. Check out is too early. 11:00 would be better. The pictures do not reflect the apartment I was assigned. A bit misleading. You think your one bedroom would have more space. One fan is not enough. Thank goodness I was not there in high summer. I would be charged if I asked for an additional fan.

• Fiorinta (10/5): The apartment is exceptionally clean & new, equipped with all necessary amenities. Amazing location - Apartment was very clean, and new had all the basic amenities. Full kitchen washer/dryer. Location was close to shops and grocery stores. Easy access to public transit. Amazing location if you don't want to stay in central London. No hustle or bustle in this quaint neighbourhood. The mattress and pillows were not that comfortable, i prefer mine more firm. Just note if you get Flat 5, there are many stairs to climb to get to your apartment, makes a great workout but might be difficult if one is not fit.

It's a minor thing, but when I contacted the manager I was told that those items are not supplied. I don't imagine many tourists bring washing up liquid with them.
• Andrea (10/5): The apartment was extraordinary in every way. - Airy and spacious apartment with lots of great light. Kitchen was a great size and having a washer/dryer was so convenient. It was a very well done space. Worth the climb to the top floor. The location to sloane square, kings road and the underground was perfect. The shower is a little tight, but not something that changed our feelings of the place.

• Anna (10/5): Above Chelsea - Great location. Our apartment was quite small but had a beautiful view over the rooftops. Steep climb up but worth it. Lots of dining options nearby. Sloane Square (District & Circle Lines) and the Saatchi Gallery (a must!) just around the corner. A few things should be added: Soap ! A shampoo tray in the shower would be helpful Coffee tabs or a cafetière would be great!! Kitchen towels ! Otherwise no complaints.

• Ralph (1/5): Whilst the location was good, I would NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone! Absolutely AWFUL. - The location is just off Kings Road Chelsea, not far from Sloane Square tube station. Incorrect out of date information in the guest compendium for internet sign-on and password (both incorrect). Stayed for 3 nights x 2 people, toiletries were pretty much non-existent. The shower was in a tight corner of the bathroom, making it difficult to get in and out of. The rose head of the shower sent water all over the place (not just downwards) which made it difficult for my partner to shower. Flat upstairs - the noise EVERY night, ALL night (for 3 nights) was appalling - to the extent we hardly slept at all. The entry door to the building slammed shut, and the people clobbered up and own the stairs, talking at the top of their voices, sounded like they were moving furniture (being dragged around their apartment) all night long.

Paid a lot for early inconveniences but they fixed them quickly. should not have happened.

• Anoud (5/5): great location. everything else is horrible - location is perfect right next to v loud construction and apartment is on ground floor. super noisy. thin walls you can hear the neighbors every move. internet doesn’t work. no soap. uncomfortable pillows. windows are locked so you can’t open them. super slow customer service who barely replies. cleaners came a day before checkout telling me I need to leave and kept trying to open the door although I told them to go away but kept opening the door aggressively (thank god I had the safety lock on). was a scary experience

• Stella (9/5): One of the best stays in London - the flat was specious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very responsive. Modern, the heating was working well. The location was fantastic. As it is located just off the busy King’s road and the building has got the old London style windows, a little bit of noise is coming into the apartment however it was not too disturbing and not too noisy… just something to mention that you won’t be in a perfectly quite apartment.

Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Spacious for the two of us. 3 flights up, no lift. Slippery Tub with no non-slip mat or decals. Kitchen missing drain basket and kitchen towels.
