The deposit is only can pay by cash, only 4 hours for check in period, it is let me live back 40 years ago. I don't care clearance the room once a week, but basically you need to prepare the martials like towel, shampoo etc for whole week use, if your customer is for travel, they seems not wash and reuse it.

- Sabina (6/5): Great location and price. Unpolished maintenance and service. Mostly male guests. - Really convenient location. 10 minute walk to new bridge rd where there is a bus to literally anywhere. Cafes eateries and a small grocery store close by. But in Singapore food delivery is easy and affordable anyway. Large rooms with secure entry. Coordination of checkin was easy. Laundry service once a week is handy, and kitchenette made it easy to cook. On the whole it is more like an airbnb than a serviced apartment because everything seems less than professional. Customer service When I arrived the receptionist played a voice note from someone asking them to check if a mattress was covered in "blood or urine". Very off-putting. Room maintenance & guest communication Door lock malfunctioned and I was locked out. Water heater wasnt working and maintenance had poor customer service. Banged on the door and woke me up was demanding in their tone. Rescheduled and they didnt show up and didnt tell me. I complained. Nobody apologized just made excuses. When maintenance finally arrived, they gaslit me into thinking it was user error. Instead of fixing lock and water heater they made me move to another room. "Free upgrade" but I would have preferred to not have to move at all. Communicating late checkout When I extended my stay twice they didnt mention anything about a time I needed to move rooms or any checkout charges. But then when I finally left they withheld my deposit citing late checkout, despite all the poor experience I had and the inconvenience they caused me. For solo female travellers note that it is 90% solo male guests.

The room was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not provided such as toilet paper, tea bags, Coffee etc. This affected my overall comfort and experience during my stay. Location is central As a service apartment , I was told room was not going to be cleaned everyday as my guest stayed for only 5 nights . However , I was told by my guest that surfaces were dusty , there was no soap and toilet paper on arrival. I saw for myself that bedding looked shabby, crumbled . Definitely not worth the price i paid

- Karan (9/5): Our 1 week stay - Very comfortable stay! Very cozy sleep Convenient being in the heart of singapore. Service was great, France was exceptionally helpful in ensuring we got everything we requested for immediately. No noise disturbance at night, AC worked well. Shower worked great...the water would alternate between warm and lukewarm but still manageable. Kettle and microwave worked good. Toilet was good too, no broken seats and flush worked well. The soap and shampoo was not good, very little and not useful...too diluted. There was no handsoap. The sheet of the pillow would not smell good, like it wasn't washed and dried properly, so we had to request and replace it with a new one.
- Eleanor (5/5): Budget Travel - The price was decent enough for transitional travel before our cruise. It's like a studio apartment, so you get little kitchenette. Chinatown and Vivo Mall City are within 10 minutes by taxi. Although it's in a more residential area there was not much going on for sightseeing. You'll need to download the app ZIP to get a ride out. They could use to buy some new linens! The TV wasn't working. We had to put down $50 US deposit and received it back on out last day.
- Khandu (5/5): Passable - Good location for families wishing to spend a quiet time in Singapore. It is also close to the Sentosa Island where many fun happens during the day. Although the primary reception was trying her best to make it up, it was not value for the money that we spent.

- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The place is well recommended for family or traveling solo. Peaceful and quiet . Slightly far from main attractions, need to walk 5-10mins to reach the bus station, however it alright as long as its not raining. Also the toilets glass is a see thru design.

- Herbert (4/5): 10 Raeburn Park Singapore. International service apartments. - Apparently we have been given an upgraded room. We didn't know and nobody told us. When we arrived there were no towels, dishwashing liquid, towel to dry the dishes and no plugs so appliances who were in the room could not be plugged in. We also have been told to move to a different room the day before we had to leave. We don't move as this was a ridiculous request. Overall we were not happy with this accommodation and would not recommend it for anyone. See the writing above. We have been staying in many serviced apartments, but have never experienced anything like that. I asked for my mother to have a room next to ours, but she got a room far down the corridor. My mother is 95 years old. The staff doesn't care or don't read the messages.

- Melina (5/5): You get what you pay for - The space and facilities within the room were decent. The check-in and out seemed disorganised and strange. There didn't seem to be a process for the staff to follow. We were haphazardly checked in (after the staff had to call someone to confirm), the deposit price was decided on the spot, and the access key number was told to us as an afterthought. We were given no usual information about the shuttle bus, the WiFi, what time checkout, etc. The check-out was just as strange. The staff seemed surprised we were checking out and had to call "the boss" first. When I was finally handed my deposit after 25 minutes of waiting for the boss to call back, I had to have a photo taken of me receiving the deposit. Whilst the room itself was decent for the price, the shower head, mattress, and pillows could all be replaced. I especially did not like how we could clearly hear our neighbours in the passageway and other rooms.

- X (1/5): Horrible. - NIL 1. They did not inform me the lobby passcode after i made the booking and so i was stranded outside carrying all my things for a really long time. Message them through the app, no reply. Called their hotline, no pickup. Eventually manage to call another number to get the lobby code. 2. My room password was not also informed after i made the booking. it was only after i took the initiative to give a heads-up of my late check in that they send me the room passcode. there was no one at the lobby/recep. so had i not message them first, i would be stranded outside, again. 3. When i ask for procedures for early check out, there was no reply through the app. Again i have to call and ask in detailed. 4. Now here comes the horror. I called to ask how should i request for no room service. the staff assured me that there will be no room service, as room service is only for long term guest. my booking was only two days. i ask if i can get a label for âdo not disturbâ, staff said no and that there is definitely no room service. Asking if i can change the room door lock password (since lobby passcode is made known to all and card is not required to enter the room), i asked if could change the password but staff said no. Staff assured that no one could enter the room. To my horror, after i came back the next day, a room service was done. Some of my things, deemed to be trash, were thrown away. My things were shifted and falling off the table, seemingly having dropped of the table during the room service, are carelessly placed back as they were on the verge of falling off the table. Lights were even switched off after i entered. Called the staff and said she will follow up with me with a call, but never did. She did asked pictures as prove of evidence, and i provided via the messaging app. There was an apology message, but no pickup after i tried to call them back. 5.

- Hoai (7/5): 4/10 - The main purpose of this trip is to take my mother to SNEC Hospital, so there are only two things that I feel okay with: the location, under 10 mins to SNEC by taxi/grab and it having a kitchen, because I need to cook while taking care of my mother. 1/ The staff changed the address at the last minute; they informed me just 5 minutes before the flight. Imagine if i don't know about it and I couldn't buy a SIM card when I arrive, what would happen? 2/ Everything in this building, including the apartment, seems like it's still under construction. There's a lot of dust, and the wardrobe is dirty. We dare not use the wardrobe and towels. 3/ If you're hoping that someone will come to clean every day, the answer is NO. The price of this apartment is not cheap, and everything in the apartment seems to be gathered from different people. there was 2 different beds in my room, one short and one tall. :)) They have a few bowls, plates, glasses and utensils, and they are very dirty. I had to boil water and wash everything again. 4/ The location is NOT SAFE for female traveller. I think this is Indian area. At night, everything around is quite dangerous, as there aren't many streetlights, so it's very dark. I can see a lot of Indian people sleeping on the sidewalks. The nearest MRT/Bus station is about a 15-minute walk away, don't have much restaurant or convenient near by. The only option I should recommend is order food from Grab Food.
