• Matheus (9/5): - Muito bem localizada, a 15 minutos a pé do coliseu, 4 minutos a pé da estação de metrô. O quarto é bem decorado, tem frigobar e um bom guarda roupa. O anfitrião foi muito querido, no check in ele passa uma lista de restaurantes para café da manhã, almoço e janta, alguns até com desconto. Além disso ele deixa a disposição máquina de lavar roupas, varal e grampos para estender as roupas, guarda chuvas, além de ter permitido deixarmos nossas malas algumas horas após o check in. É um apartamento que foi reformado e dividido em quartos para alugar, então isso é algo a ter em mente antes de reservar. Você vai estar dividindo cozinha e corredor. Não diria que é um ponto ruim, só é importante ter em mente para ir com a expectativa certa. Mas com certeza as facilidades que o anfitrião proporciona fazem valer a pena.

• Steve (8/5): Great Location - David the host was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful with information to make the most of our Rome visit and easy to contact. The accomodation is in an ideal location for exploring the popular tourist destinations. The accomodation is an ensuite bedroom with a shared galley kitchen. Both kitchen and ensuite are narrow so space is limited.
• HohKoon (8/5): Great place to stay if you are arriving by train to Rome's Termini station. - Our host, David, was extremely helpful and communicative. We received an arrival PDF describing the property and recommendations for nearby restaurants, etc. It is in a quiet area so no issue with street noise. Entry to the building and apartment was by electronic key-codes. There is a washing machine in the shared kitchen area which was a BIG plus for us. We ate out all the time but the ability to make an espresso in the morning allowed us to start our day in a civilized state. After eating mostly Italian cuisine during the first half of our stay in Italy, it was great to find other ethnic cuisines and the best (oldest) gelato in the area. Although it is withing walking distance from the Rome Termini train station, the cobblestone streets make it a challenge to haul your luggage smoothly. One of our luggage wheels gave up. Best to take the M1 subway from Termini to Vittorio Emanuele if you are arriving by train to Rome's Termini station.
• SALLY (8/5): Fantastic Location, Safe, Comfortable - Fantastic location only a couple of minutes from the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around Rome and visit major attractions. Safe and quiet neighbourhood despite being close to busy tourist areas. Great local amenities nearby, including a popular bakery, well-known restaurant, and convenience store. Secure building with gated entry access. Charming old-style wrought iron lift that gave the building authentic Italian character. Comfortable bed and thoughtful room features including a bar fridge, smart TV, large mirror, and storage space. Reliable hot water with long, continuous showers. Shared kitchen was practical and had everything needed for simple meals and coffee. Loved the authentic atmosphere looking out onto the alleyway with washing lines and the smell of fresh food cooking each morning. David was friendly, responsive, and respectful of guests’ privacy. Things to Be Aware Of These weren’t things I disliked, but they are worth knowing depending on your travel style and preferences. The bathroom and shower are extremely small, although the hot water was excellent and reliable. The room itself is compact and fairly basic rather than luxurious. The accommodation has more of a private apartment/guesthouse feel rather than a full-service hotel experience.

И очень грамотно всё организовано. Меня порадовал раздельный сбор мусора, удобный для жильцов, последнее - большая редкость. Хозяин отличный. Несколько непросто было попасть в номер. Вначале пришлось самостоятельно выспросить, как туда добраться. Потом подождать хозяина, который куда-то убежал "на минуточку".) И да, табличку на двери стоило бы сделать заметнее. Но обаяние и гостеприимство Дэвида вмиг уничтожают минутное недовольство

• Margaret (7/5): Fine guestroom. - We got the room with the balcony which was an added plus but didn't use that much. The host gave us good recs for food which were nearby. Communal kitchen for coffee if you don't want to leave the room yet. It was a fine room. I am mostly comparing to another room we stayed in Rome at the beginning of the trip and this hotel we stayed at the end of our trip. It was similar price range and not far from each other. However, the other hotel was seemingly in a better location in terms of closeness to train station and landmarks/tourist destinations. It was a little small (but expected in Rome) but compared to other hotel, much smaller.

Perfect place for younger - David was available for every information needed, providing helpful tips. Location is very good,close to Termini and close to Metro station. Adorable park is just around the corner with amazing place for breakfast/brunch in the sun - Horti Magici. Walk to the center of Rome is approximately 30’, but for Trastevere you would need to take an Uber (not cheap). It’s a bit like a hostel. Thin walls, door creaking, can be quite loud early in the morning (people going in and out), noise at the corridor and if you want to have some good sleep and rest it’s not always possible.

• faye (9/5): Very enjoyable, comfortable, welcoming and great value. - The hospitality was exceptional And I loved the quiet room and the location which I found very convenient and perfect for one guest. Everything was vey clean and well organised. I’ll be returning again at the end of my stay. Maybe some softer pillows but that’s just me.

• Andrew (10/5): A fantastic long weekend away and I would thoroughly recommend Domus Ferruccio - Rooms were clean with each room having it's on en-suite bathroom and a safe in the rooms as an added bonus. The apartment was well worth the money we paid for staying at the apartment. Location is fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the Metro station and 10-15 walk to the Colesseum and supermarkets also close by. David (our host) was very accommodating and always available for any questions or concerns we had and allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment after we had checked out for the day. We were a group of 6 adults (but the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people) and booked all 5 rooms at the apartment so I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a group of friends or bigger families. The accommodation will also work for couples and single travellers who are looking for a comfortable night while visiting Rome. Nothing - we were all very happy with our accommodation and there is nothing I would change at all.

• ANGELICA SULEIMA (4/5): No estoy contenta - Una semana antes me dicen que debo enviar la documentación de las personas que vamos el cual lo hago sin problema. Cuando llegamos al sitio quien nos recibe me ve con una bebé de 4 meses y muy amable me ayuda a entrar el carrito. Me cobra una parte en efectivo que nunca entendí porque y luego me cobra otra parte en tarjeta bueno da igual pago todo. Aquí comienza: Me dice que no sabía que éramos 3 adulto (se supone que ya le había enviado las fotos de los DNI) Y me hace una cama extra súper rápido. Entramos a la habitación cuando nos estamos instalado me toca la puerta para decirme que no aceptan menores de 13 años , pero vamos a ver si me estás viendo con una bebé de 4 meses porque no me lo dice al inicio , porque me cobras y porque me haces instalar en la habitación Eran ya las 19h estábamos a -1 vuelve y me dice que para solucionar meda un apartamento completo para nosotros por 100€ más en efectivo porque tengo que pagar más dinero pero mira a esa hora a -1 y con una bebé he decidido pagarlos. Nos lleva al apartamento nuevo que si era súper cómodo y veo una cámara el cual pienso que no deben estar pendiente de la cámara que solo es por seguro decido desconectar Y al día siguiente me llega un WhatsApp preguntándome por la desconexión de la cámara eso quiere decir que si revisas las cámara es legal tener cámaras operativas cuando hay huéspedes? Todo la terminé pagando 550€ Y pasar todo el mal rato con mi bebé tan pequeña

Nu ben je natuurlijk niet in Rome om op je kamer te zitten, maar een wat grotere kamer was toch wel prettig geweest. Verder hadden we gerekend op een eigen keuken. Er bleek een kleine keuken aanwezig te zijn, maar die moest worden gedeeld met gasten uit vier!!! andere kamers. Dat kan natuurlijk niet.

• Nelli (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean and very cozy. But the highlight of our stay was Davide, the owner. He was incredibly helpful with all our questions, always available, and even sent us a list of fantastic recommendations around the neighborhood. At the end of our trip, he helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. We’re deeply grateful to him and already looking forward to our next trip to Rome! P.S. A photo of a lovely little balcony

Además, las camas eran muy comodas, tienen un frigo para poder dejar lo que quieras y cafetera, asi que de maravilla! si volvemos a Roma, volveremos sin duda! A szállásadó csomagok tekintetében rugalmas volt, leadhattuk a bőröndöket hamarabb és a távozás napján is ott hagyhattuk megőrzésre. A fűtés nem működött és a klímával sem tudtunk fűteni, így első este és éjszaka a hűvös szobában aludtunk. Másnap délutánra kaptunk egy hősugárzót. A másik szobából távoztak a vendégek első este a hideg miatt.

Tiene aparte una cocina completa, con lavarropas y maquina de café con un buen café de grano. En la habitación una pava eléctrica y tes de cortesía. Solo 5 habitaciones tiene por lo que es muy tranquilo y el edificio tiene ascensor. La ubicación excelente a una cuadra de la plaza Vittorio Emanuelle y el metro. • Hector (10/5): Tres noches en Roma - La habitación muy cómoda, bien insonorizada y muy limpio, el baño algo pequeño pero a la vez cómodo. Está a una calle y media (3 minutos a pie) de la estación de metro Vittorio Emanuele (línea A) que te acerca a todos los sitios turísticos de ese lado de la ciudad (Basílica,Popolo,Plaza España, Navona,etc) y a unos 17 minutos a pie del Coliseo, además tiene paradas de bus cercanas. Está también a unos 18 minutos de la estación Termini. Cerca tiene varios sitios para desayunar a muy buen precio y también para comer y cenar. David el anfitrión muy bien, me escribió varias veces para saber cómo iba todo y me envió información de sitios cercanos Todo bien 🤗

• Vanessa (8/5): - En rangos generales un buen sitio para las 3 noches en Roma.. David, muy atento nos espero para el check in, respondió al WhatsApp en todo momento con rapidez y soluciones. El espacio de cocina compartido es excelente, hubieron dos noches que llegamos cansados de todo el día y fue perfecto para hacer unas pastas y una ensalada. El café o te que uno se puede preparar antes de salir, también es una buena opción El ruido que se escucha de los vecinos y de la puerta, la limpieza en el cristal de la ducha podría mejorar, lo mismo que percheros para las toallas que no hay
• Marissa (8/5): Nice place - The location was close to many parks and great restaurants, easy to get to from Termini Station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shared space with private rooms so you can hear the other people in other rooms, can be uncomfortable if you’re tired.

• Olcay (9/5): - Konumu Termini istasyonuna çok yakın. Kolezyuma da 15 dk mesafede, rahatlıkla yürünebilir. Temiz ve rahat bir oda. Bizimle ilgilenen David oldukça yardımsever ve ilgili idi. Mekan Önerilerini çok beğendik Ses yalıtımı düşük
• Joshy (6/5): - Good room & facilities Staff was bit rude. Was not so helpful and was very money minded . He booked taxi and made me to pay extra 20 Euro extra compared to normal taxi
• Wanda Coles (10/5): - Great location. Lots of places to eat. Close to metro and Termini which we used a lot. Guest house is on the 4th floor but there is a little lift to get you there which was a huge bonus! Rooms have their own fridge and kettle. Kitchen is well stocked with coffee machine, all pots and pans etc. and a washing machine. David was so helpful. We used Domus Ferruccio as a base for our travels and returned after visiting Venice and Florence so we were able to leave some of our luggage with David so we were not lugging it on the trains.
• Pamela (10/5): - El departamento está muy bien arreglado...la cocina compartida está full equipada no tuve problemas..y el coordinador un 10...nos ayudó con cada cosa que necesitamos Nada...todo bien.
