- Steven (8/5): A competitive alternative to staying at more expensive accommodation in the centre of Rome. - Although in the eastern suburbs of Rome, the Metro C station Giardinetti was conveniently located less than 5 minutes away on the other side of the street, with average transit time of 22 minutes to cover the 13 stops to the centre of Rome at Metro C station Colosseo via dei Fori Imperiali. There was also a large supermarket a 5 to 10 minute walk away, as well as plenty of places to eat nearby. There is a shared kitchen area with all the utilities you would expect, along with a good bathroom facilities and a comfortable king size double bed. I am a frequent traveller to Rome and have stayed at many locations in the city over the last 40 years, and would seriously consider staying here again, if it is available at the time of my next trip. Nothing. The accommodation was perfect for my needs as a seasoned single traveller.

- Linetta (6/5): - A szoba rendben volt, kényelmesen aludtunk. Az ajtók zárhatóak, kóddal nyílnak. Kaptunk sampont. A szállásadó érkezésünk előtt minden fontos információt elküldött. A metró nagyon közel volt fél óra alatt be lehetett vele jutni a központba. Van a közelben bevásárlási lehetőség is. A konyhában a csap mozog, majdnem kijön a helyéről. A konyha felszereltsége elég rossz, ami van is undorító. Van egy serpenyő és egy fazék, mindkettő málik. Ha főzni szeretnél ne ezt a szállást válaszd. A szobában a folyékony szappan nem volt megtöltve, bár volt szappan de ez folyamatosan bele csúszott a csapba mivel nincs szappan tartó. Az ágy habár kényelmes de nagyon nyikorog. Az ablakunk egy "erkélyre nyilt" tudtak ott jarkalni az emberek, szerencsére az ablakokon nem lehet átlátni. Aki csak aludni szeretne ott es a konyhát nem használni ajánlom neki, mert csak alvásra megfelelő.

- Simeonova (5/5): Could be better - The place is easy to find, the owners send you the needed info before your stay, there is a metro station very close to the place. The TV had a Netflix account, which was enjoyable. In the common ares there was a kitchen with everything that you need. The room was okay; the furniture was very damaged and not the cleanest. Everything was squeaky. The walls are very thin, and you need to whisper. The douche cabin was falling apart, the water in the shower and sink was not draining, and you had to shower pretty quickly, otherwise it would've flooded the bathroom.

Ubytování bylo za tu cenu fajn. Byla k dispozici jen jedna peřina, nepovlečená. Bohužel jsme chytli i hlučné sousedy, vraceli se pozdě a dělali hluk.

Parcheggio libero ma fino a sera sempre un pò pieno, comunque in zona sono presenti altri parcheggi. Un pò di rumore data la vicinanza alla strada, ma non eccessivo

- natalia (6/5): - Было чисто, кровать удобная, ванная чистая, расположение удобное близко к метро, но кухня общая, ни чая ни кофе, одна кастрюля, одна сковородка на все номера, один шаткий маленький стол на кухне и колоссальная слышимость. Так что если вы рассчитываете поужинать или позавтракать в номере или поспать подольше будет довольно некомфортно, особенно если в других номерах тоже будут постояльцы. Идеально чтобы только переночевать и принять душ на одну ночь.

La connessione Wi-Fi è veloce e affidabile, ottima per chi ha bisogno di lavorare o navigare senza problemi. La posizione è davvero comoda: vicino alla metro e con possibilità di parcheggio in zona, cosa molto utile a Roma. Il Wi-Fi funzionava perfettamente, veloce e stabile, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima alla metro, quindi comodissima per muoversi in città. - NADIIA (8/5): Нам понравилось. - Очень хорошее расположение-рядом метро, а когда в субботу и в воскресенье линия С была закрыта, из-за ремонтных работ, альтернатива- автобусы. Недалеко хороший супермаркет. Чистое белье, собственная душевая с туалетом. Есть общая кухня, где можно приготовить покушать. Понравилось, что для посетителей оставили распечатанную бумажную карту метро, которой мы конечно воспользовались) Хороший Wi-Fi- отличная скорость интернета. Все было чисто и убрано, аккуратно. Мы остались довольны. Тусклая лампочка в комнате можно было бы поярче. В шифонере были 1 плечики, а нас трое человек было. Но это не испортило общей картины.

- Jarkko (5/5): Unsafe and Uncomfortable Location - The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. The shared kitchen was also tidy and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the summer heat. No complaints in terms of cleanliness or comfort. Unfortunately, the location was a major disappointment for us. The area felt unsafe, and we were uncomfortable throughout our stay. On the parking lot of the metro station across the street, there were cars that had been broken into and stolen, which raised concerns about the safety of our own vehicle. Fortunately, nothing happened, but we couldn’t fully relax. The overall atmosphere and surroundings didn’t feel safe, so we wouldn’t recommend this accommodation – especially not for travelers with a car or anyone who values a sense of security. The Wi-Fi worked very poorly – we had to keep our room door open just to get any signal at all. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, and we didn’t sleep well.
