• ANA MARIA GUZMAN DODDIS (6/5): Só lo buena ubicación. - La ubicacion cet a del terminal, pese a wue un carterista me robó mi billetera con todos mis documentos y tarjetas Las paredes sucias. El baño tenia ls tina sin buen desague lo que era super incomodo. La pieza era muy feita.

• Camila (9/5): Excelente precio-calidad - La relación calidad precio, es un lugar limpio y que cumple con lo que se necesita. El edificio es antiguo, pero el hospedaje y la habitación está bastante bien. El personal es muy amable.
• SUK HEE (10/5): 좋은 숙소 - 낡은 아파트이지만 테르미니와 무척 가깝고, 늦게 오갈 때에도 치안이 나쁘지 않았음. 유쾌하고 친절한 호스트. 짐 맡길 수 있음 없음. 로마에 다시 온다면 또 이용하겠음.
• Lise (6/5): Un peu décevant - L'emplacement très proche de Termini et de tous les transports en commun (bus, métros, trains). Nous avons pu récupérer la chambre en fin de matinée à notre arrivée ce qui nous a permis de poser nos bagages avant de découvrir la ville. La salle de bain sent l'humidité, présente quelques traces de moisissures et la douche n'était pas très propre. L'isolation dans le bâtiment et avec l’extérieur n’est pas très bonne au niveau sonore mais comme dans beaucoup de villes et de bâtiments. Au global, rapport qualité / prix un peu décevant même si tous les logements sont chers dans le centre de Rome.
• Maria Grazia (6/5): - Stanza e ambiente comune pulito e ordinato, ci hanno lasciato un piccolo omaggio pasquale, un cestino con degli ovetti di cioccolato. La camera rispecchiava la descrizione, e la posizione molto centrale. L'host ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare li i bagagli per continuare la nostra passeggiata anche oltre l'orario di checkout avendo il treno tardi alla sera. Bagno davvero molto piccolo, difficoltà a muoversi.

• Jakimovski (1/5): - no net connection in the room, everything was dirty ( under the bed, TV Remote, Walls.... ) . The room was 2 sqare meters sold to 2 people, WC is 1 sqare meter. When I told'em all of this, they said we will give you another room tomorrow ( when we were leaving ) . Building is old and its lot of homeless people around the building, so you cant go for a walk past 10pm. STRONG NO !

• Cao (3/5): 不是很好，入住体验比较差。 - 地理位置不错 1.床是臭的，房间又闷又臭。 2.晚上洗澡水是冷的，即使打开了热水开关，但是一两个人洗完澡后，水逐渐变冷，烧热水需要很长的时间。我们一行5个人根本不够洗澡，第一天四个人洗的冷水澡。第二天三个人洗的冷水澡，第三天早上，水依然没有变热。 3.前台不懂英语，沟通起来鸡同鸭讲。

• Nina (8/5): Great - It was a good price for Rome, good location right near Termini train station. A lot of noise was heard from the street and other rooms and in the bathroom there could be some shelves where you can drop off your belongings.

• Gérard (7/5): L'emplacement est vraiment l'atout de cet hôtel. - L'emplacement est idéal, à trois ou quatre minutes de la gare de Termini et de la station de métro correspondante. Les indications fournies par l'hôtel sont tout à fait satisfaisantes. La propreté est irréprochable, les chambres faites tous les jours et les serviettes changées de même. La chambre est de surface réduite et il en est de même pour la salle de bains. Dans cette dernière il y a même des difficultés à poser ses affaires de toilette. Ceci dit, tout fonctionne de manière satisfaisante.

• Eunice (9/5): - This hotel is in an excellent location just a block away from Termini with lots of shops, cafes & restaurants open late around it. The room was very clean and modern, including the bathroom. The water pressure and heat were good, and the AC was working fine. Overall an excellent place to stay when in Rome, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting. The staff were very communicative messaging me on both Whatsapp and Booking.com to organise the check-in time. There is not necessarily someone at the reception available during the day to check us in. We had to organise this by messaging with the hotel a day in advance. Having said that the staff were very accommodating about meeting us at the time needed. However, due to this just make sure you contact them ahead of time to organise your check-in time before arriving or you might be stuck outside waiting for someone to check you in.

• Aleksandar (5/5): - The location is near Station Termini and from there you can go anaywhere you want. The area is isn't loud as we expexted so we had our own peace. Constant problems with hot water too - it comes on for a second and then goes cold. Definitly not expected for the paid price!

• María Teresa (10/5): Muy acogedor - Estaba al lado de la Estación de tren de Termini, hecho que facilita la movilidad por la ciudad. También era un apartamento bastante limpio con todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y de baño. Tenía aparatos de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y no pasabas ni frío ni calor. Las ventanas a veces no cierran bien por lo que entra frío y ruido. Tampoco hay persianas y deja pasar la luz.

• Alessia (5/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione, pochi minuti a piedi da Roma Termini, comodissimo il self check in con codici per l'accesso. Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario e soprattutto pulita. Muri molto fini, si sente tutto quello che succede nelle camere dei vicini, starebbe al buon senso delle persone non tenere la TV accesa ad alto volume fino alle 2 di notte, ma questo non riguarda i proprietari purtroppo.

• Alessandro (10/5): Ci siamo trovati benissimo, vivamente consigliato - I proprietari si sono dimostrati ben organizzati, disponibili e molto gentili. La posizione del B&B è ottima e garantisce un senso di sicurezza anche di notte, grazie alla vicinanza di una caserma dei Carabinieri. Le camere sono essenziali ma ben pulite, con letto e cuscini comodi e lenzuola impeccabili. La doccia è confortevole e con acqua calda sempre disponibile. All’ingresso è possibile usufruire di una macchinetta del caffè, di un forno a microonde e di un bollitore. La struttura è pet friendly, ideale per chi viaggia con i propri animali. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente.

• MAHMUT OGÜN (8/5): It's ok - The room was very well cleaned. The host was very helpful. The location of the house is incredibly good! Due to the building's structure, the room's window faced the building itself, so you had to turn on the lights even during the day. It's perfectly adequate if you're alone, but if there are two of you, reconsider. I didn't like the room facing the building and the fact that it was constantly dark. Also, most of the time, there was no mobile internet (hotspot) inside the room. As for WiFi internet access, since the main modem was in the main hall, I was able to connect to the internet using the access pointer closest to my room. Overall, I was satisfied, although I stayed at a very reasonable price in Rome and Termini, when I compared the money I paid and the houses I stayed in other countries, I thought I had actually paid too much.

• Arianna (7/5): Buono - Senza pretese - Responsabile disponibile e accogliente. Posizione davvero strategica per chi come noi viaggia in treno, ha inoltre il grosso vantaggio del deposito bagagli. Camera molto ampia. Purtroppo abbiamo ritrovato lenzuola ingiallite. Inoltre l'insonorizzazione della stanza non era eccellente. Altro punto a sfavore per una struttura italiana è l'assenza del bidet.

Soprattutto apprezzata la flessibilità nei check in e check out e la possibilità di tenere le valigie anche dopo il check out Unica pecca, il bagno senza bidet (era comunque segnalato quindi lo sapevo) e in generale un bagno di piccole dimensioni. Però la doccia era ottima
• ROSS (5/5): Inexpensive for 1 night. Recommend spending a few more $ for a nicer place. - Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. Walls were dirty and needed to be cleaned or painted. Very small room and bathroom.
