Great location, close to a Mercadona supermarket, breakfast places, and not far from Sagrada Familia. Towels, shower gel, dishes, and a hairdryer were provided. Beautiful view from the balcony. The shower didn’t work well – weak water pressure and the water kept switching between hot and cold.

• Anna (3/5): I do not recommend starting in this apartment especially with kids - The only positive feedback we can give for the localization of this apartment, it is 5 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. The apartment is in very old and neglected building. The apartment was not clean , the floor was dirty, and the sofa in the living room was fatty and it was unpleasant to sit on it. The water in the shower was hot and it was difficult to take the shower. There are Windows that overlook the staircase. In the apartment next to this they were doing renovation and it was very loud. One day we came back and there were holes on the wall.

It is walking distance to the Sagrada familia, the Boqeria, the gothic quarter etc. There is a lovely tapas place nearby called Gigi von tapas. Morning breakfast places nearby. Very convenient. Jordi, our contact person was very friendly and even arranged an earlier check in when we needed it. All was great!
• Linda (7/5): Good place for a short stay - Great location with all the necessary amenities. The host was responding very quickly. Great stay if you are not staying in the apartment too long. AC worked amazingly! The floors could have been cleaner, and the towels had stains on them. Some beds were creaking, some were just fine.
• Ana (10/5): Amazing Location! - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Autèntic Barcelona Monumental, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location of the property is simply the best, walking distance to the center. While our stay was mostly delightful, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved upon. While the beds were undeniably comfortable and the pillows, I found them to be slightly too firm for my personal preference. However, this is purely subjective.
• Anastasija (6/5): Not the best choice for apartment - Good location and friendly host. Not all of the beds were clean. There were stains on the couple of sheets. The bathroom was very small. No space to put you toiletries and no hanger for the towel or clothes.
• Tatjana (7/5): Good location with acceptable price. - Location was very good. We didn't use metro at all. Internet was good in all rooms except in living room. We had 3 big rooms and living room, and all beds was very comfortable. Street is not very noisy. Supermarket is behind the corner. The host Diego was very nice. He wait for us with coffee, milk, cakes... Kitchen had everything what we need for few days. The whole apartment need renovation. Who is looking good location with acceptable price, this accommodation is acceptable. With some small changes they can improve the whole impression ( change the drainer for dishes), to change sofa and armchair in living room, to paint. I think the lock on the front door should be replaced. We never knew if we lock the door or not from inside. Also, we couldn't look window on the kitchen.

They were very accommodating and let us have late checkout until 1 pm. Poorly equipped. Kitchen had dirty coffee maker (which they did replace with new one), but then I realized there were no coffee cups. Only 4 glasses, minimal cutlery, initially no dish towel. microwave only worked if you held plug in place. Bathroom: sink did not drain properly. Rooms: one room, sheets put on bed were too small for double bed so it kept coming off towels very small and poor quality. A/C turns off every few hours so hot at night. VERY noisy outside because there is construction going on in the street nearby. Neighbours in building also VERY noisy, you can hear everything through the floors/walls. Almost felt like hostel,, many partiers. Not great for families

• John (6/5): Noisy due to other apartment guests - Good location, plenty of space The landlord allows huge groups to have parties in these apartments. Expect that the entry and staircase will be full of drunk kids making alot of noise - which are transfered into the apartment.
• Sofia (5/5): Excellent service, disappointing experience overall. - The property has a very convenient location. The property had several issues. Upon arrival, several of the rooms had a terrible smell, coming from the laundry room and especially affecting the bedroom just outside. This made it impossible for anyone to spend the night in this space, so it was not used. The girls staying in this room ended up sleeping in a mattress on the floor. The washing machine did not have running water, and locked loads of clothes inside. After the host helped gain access to the clothes (which were left locked in and completely wet for three days) the issue persisted. While this is an issue regarding the model of the washing machine, there should’ve clearer instructions for its use. The air conditioning system was inefficient and while we were aware of having to turn it on every three hours, it did not reach all rooms as they are located in the hallways. Additionally, one the units released a strange black dirt when turned on, indicating it was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, but all of these situations left us extremely unsatisfied with the experience. Under these conditions, we would not recommend this place.

• Ann (8/5): It is a fabulous apartment very well-maintained. Everything was clean. - Location was excellent. The apartment was very nice. There was plenty of room for the seven adults it was very nice having a kitchen and living room. Each couple had their own bedroom and three baths we were very pleased with the layout. It was a little noisy and there was a little back up with a sewer smell there was some squeaky doors you could hear neighbors coming in and out there was a few steps you had to come up to bring luggage to the lift but overall it was a great place to stay for a family of seven adults. All problems were addressed quickly by the management team.

• Iva (7/5): Lovely apartment, great location. Met our expectations! - Our time at the apartment was just great! We traveled as a group of 4 couples, so the spacious apartment with the four bedrooms was perfect for our stay in Barcelona! The host was lovely and enabled us to enter the apartment two hours prior the check-in time, as our flight was early in the morning and we had nowhere to store our luggage. Our apartment was on the 5th floor, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. We also had access to the roof top and could enjoy a spectacular view over the city and the Sagrada Familia. Another thing we enjoyed was the location of the building. The apartments are situated 12 minutes from the Sagrada Familia on foot. There is also a metro station 4 minutes away, which enabled us access to the whole city in the matter of minutes. We were also thankful for the 3 bathrooms inside the apartment and the 3 air-conditioning machines, which made our apartment breezy in the hot weather. The TV in the room worked flawlessly and so did most of the kitchen machines. One thing that bothered us the most was the lack of kitchen equipment. The number of cutlery, plates and glasses was satisfactory, but there were no mugs, no bowls and no sharp bread knives. It made cooking extremely difficult. What's more, the dishwasher was broken, as the upper drawer could not be pulled out, which consequently disabled the rotation. We were still able to use it, but the dishes were poorly washed, so we mostly cleaned it by hand The soaps provided in the bathroom were noticeably diluted with water. Furthermore, in one of the bathrooms, the air chute is connected near the balcony of the apartment above us, and when they would had smoked, the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom would smell as cigarettes. This was quite annoying. Another thing that slightly bothered us was the elevator, which should be able to transport up to 300 kg (4 people), but once, it would not take 4 of us ladies up (and we have maximum of 200 kg altogether). There is a washing machine in the apartment, but it is located on a small balcony in one of the rooms, overlooking the inside of the building. This made limited the time of doing laundry, as we would disturb the two friends staying in the room all the time. Overall, the furniture looked used and two of the chairs in the living room were almost shed of the leather covering them. My friend sat on it once and the pieces of leather stuck on her, and were suddenly all over the floor.
• Glen (2/5): Near Sagrada. too much hassle to register guest for the quality of the apartment, - Very little to like. Our first time to stay near Sagrada Familia. Very near to Sagrada Familia. Had three rooms which was good. Had a washing machine which was used often. They did extend our check-out time to 1PM to compensate for a TV that was not working. Not that great of an experience. Had to register all guest online, should have informed us earlier, too much hassle for the quality that was provided. TV did not work for the entire duration of our stay. They said they will come and fix it, they never got it fixed. The living room was very hot. Weird configuration of the air-conditioning unit. AC turns-off in the middle of the night when you just got your sleep. Not recommended for long stays,
