- Masahiro (4/5): - 一泊二日程度の短期宿泊にはいいと思います。長期滞在にはおすすめしません。部屋に滞在したくても、清掃を望む場合は10時から15時まで強制的に部屋の外に出されます。何か理由があり長時間部屋に滞在する必要がある場合には避けた方が無難なホテルです。ランドリールームも基本故障していて使用できません。また、女性従業員はしっかりと教育を受けているようですが、男性のフロントスタッフはとても感じが悪かったです。何を質問しても「ルールですので」としか答えてもらえず、とても残念な気持ちになりました。立地はとても便利なので、サービスに期待せず利用する分にはいいと思います。

- Kimberly (8/5): - My favorite part about this hotel was the front desk staff. They were very kind and friendly and even though they didn't speak English, they tried their best to use translate apps and to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice added extra benefit to staying at this location. I also really appreciated the short walk from the train station. Having said that, however, in order to get to the property, we had to walk down some narrow streets (almost alleyways) that were overcrowded with bicycles and had a lot of trash setting out. Additionally, it was difficult to find the front entrance to the hotel as it was tucked around the corner behind some sort of gaming shop on the first floor. The elevator was small and cramped.

- Rachel (2/5): - I checked into this property and it definitely was not as the pictures showed. I went downstairs immediately and asked for refund. The receptionist was rude and kept asking me why I wanted to leave and they don’t offer refunds because I felt the pictures weren’t the same. The beds were awful, pillows made with plastic infill. After negotiating via Google translate he agreed to give me 3 of the 5 nights I had booked as refund. Pretty disappointed.

Ancak odalar çok tozluydu her gün temizlenmesine rağmen tv nin arkasında hep tozlar vardı. Bundan çok rahatsız oldum oda küçüktü ama yinede sadece uyumaya geldiğimiz için idare ettik.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, the room had almost everything you need: comfy bed, great pillows (and options to take an additional pillow), small, but comfortable bathroom, hair dryer, small fridge, even a makeup mirror. Towels were replaced daily, cleaning room on demand. basic cosmetics available, additional available at the reception, like really, I am not used to such standard, I'm from Europe. But seriously, I loved it. No wardrobe, but we managed. Prepare to use your suitcase as the wardrobe.

Good facilities, very similar to other Super hotels. The room was very small, the smallest of all the hotels we stayed during our trip. From my understanding, the hotel provides luggage transportation services only to/from the airport, so we needed to go to Yamato directly to get our luggage to the next hotel.

- Lucifer (8/5): Good hotel, great Tokyo trip. - The location was downright perfect, a direct line to Tokyo station in 15 minutes. From there you can go anywhere. Disney, sky hop bus, metro, etc. Most of the staff knows some English, for a basic Japanese speaker it's very helpful. The room stays private throughout the stay, no staff coming in unless you want them to. You have a mini fridge which you can use for your konbini food and drinks. They have only 1 elevator, sometimes it can take a bit of time before you can use it. At night you can also hear the announcement down the hallway. This time the amenities were often not available for unknown reasons which is too bad. Íf you can get a hold of them they are quite good, which makes me a little bit sad I didn't get them this time. The pillows are atrocious, you can choose one downstairs, but to me that feels very uncomfortable as the location is right in the walkway and I feel very much watched. One staff member seemed new. He was taking on several tasks without finishing them. It was a bit confusing and not very helpful. Compared to my previous stay, the experience was a bit off. But it is still a really good hotel with the convenience of having a trainstation very close by.

It was a little farther from the city than I thought, but the train station was just minutes away and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were a bit small but we didn’t mind. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

Free alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks from 5-8 p.m. Amazing breakfast buffet that varied every morning. Fans of Monchichi toys will find statues and manhole covers near the JR station. I would definitely come again.

My only qualms are the earlier cutoff time for breakfast and in the rooms with the bunk loft bed you have to put the sheets on yourself. Other than that the staff was very kind, check out is automatically done and there are vending machines and coin laundry which is very nice. It's in a unique area for lack of a better word. There are bars, pachinko, an arcade, fast food, convenience stores, local shops, karaoke and the JR station is very close by. All in all a nice stay.

Drink bar closes around 8 in the evening, breakfast was a bit too organic for my taste (little to almost no red meat), bathroom is a bit tiny.

- Joe (9/5): Superb - The rooms were small and at times a bit cramped, but comfortable with an ensuite bathroom, a desk, a kettle, a fridge and a television. They served free breakfast from 6:30-8:30am and a free bar from 5-8pm. I enjoyed how kind and friendly the staff were, always willing to help even though I did not speak Japanese. There are vending machines and laundry facilities in the lobby as well. The location is ideal, only being a short walk away from Shinkoiwa Station, which is well connected to the rest of Tokyo, as well Narita Airport. There was many bars around the hotel, as well as a 7/11 just around the corner. I stayed here for just under a month, and would absolutely stay here again. I was overall very pleased with my stay, though I would've liked some more vegan, or at least vegetarian, options for the morning breakfast. Sometimes there would be no signs for what was actually being served...

- Adam (8/5): Great location, amazing staff, enjoyed it very much. - Location location location. It’s easily 20 minutes to the centre of Tokyo. The place is clean, staff are very nice, and we’re happy with my lacklustre Japanese. You can have the room cleaned daily, and you only need to leave a sign on your door, you don’t have to go to reception for check out. I failed to use the Laundry, and there are only 2 machines and 2 dryers.

We had a bunk bed and we had to make the bunk bed ourselves. I didn't like that. I would understand if there was only one person in the room, but we were two guests and we still had to make our bed.
- Lucifer (9/5): Shin Koiwa's Super Hotel. - The staff was immediately very welcoming and warm. No need to ask anything, everything is explained thoroughly and efficiently. Room is nice, big and clean. Nice city view (from the 6th floor anyway). Easy to find and is really close to the JR train station, which is incredibly convenient. The amenities can never be topped by anyone. All and all, another superhotel that truly is a super hotel! The hallway can be a bit noisy at night. The lift announcements can be heard. Speaking of the lift; there is only one and at times very slow. Make sure you are not in a hurry.
