- Joy (9/5): Lovely central studio apartment - Really great location, comfortable and stylish studio flat with friendly helpful staff. The studio was described as a Suite and it wasn’t obvious from the photos or the description that it was a studio and not a one bed as we had thought. A small thing but some of the art work on the walls came across as sexist and demeaning to women.

- Magdell (10/5): - The property was very clean, very spacious and the location was fantastic. Could walk everywhere from there and see Athens most famous sights.

Communication with the staff was great. We had hired a car and parked it in car park right across from apartment. The only negative comment I would have is the shower pressure wasn’t great but maybe that’s a city thing.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito, dotato di ogni comodità e situato in una posizione strategica per visitare i principali luoghi di interesse , sia a piedi che via metro ,trovandosi vicino alla fermata Monastiraki. Vicino ci sono siti archeologici e tanti locali ma , nonostante questo l’appartamento è in un punto tranquillo. Impagabile la vista sull’acropoli dai tanti rooftop presenti in zona. Comodo il parcheggio a pagamento di fronte alla porta di ingresso del palazzo Il cattivo odore proveniente ogni tanto dallo scarico della doccia. Sarebbe molto utile una convenzione con il parcheggio a pagamento di fronte visto che è abbastanza caro

All of the sights to see with the ancient historical sights are all within walking distance. The unit is in a well taken care of building with a nicely renovated flat. Everything was very comfortable and we would stay here again in the future.
- Micah (10/5): - My family and I stayed here (June 6-8) and Eva was very accommodating and answered our questions within a timely manner. The apt was beautiful and spacious for a family of 4. The best part about this apt is that it was near so many good restaurants and it was only a 5 min. walk to Monastiraki Square where people can also get on the hop on hop off bus. If i ever come back to athens i am definitely staying at this place again.

Wonderful sunlight in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, extremely clear practical information. Great value for money. Weekend nights can be a bit loud in the neighborhood - take it into account if you are looking for a perfectly quiet location. Hot water needs to be switched on and takes around 15 minutes to get ready (quite typical in Greece, but important to know).

I think it can't be better A bit to the side so not too noisy but 50 meter from all the action (if you like the bar/restaurants seen ) the Bed is solid 8 5 , coffee machine iron refrigerator (big) and best is the staff ... Georgia was simply awesome You can store your luggage until 15:00 at checkout And there is a very nice balcony The shower is a bit small And you need to press the heater and wait 40 min for hot water, also its good for about 25 min But overall price for value is really good

- Ayleen (10/5): - Eva and Georgia were really responsive since the booking day. Clear check in instructions were given and the place is comfortable and close to attractions. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

- Jessica (8/5): - Rooms are clean and pretty big however our room came with a balcony with terrible view . Rooms are fairly clean and it was just what we were looking for on the start of our trip to the islands . This hotel is good for a night stay before the next island hopping or night before a flight as I did not love the area of Athens. Lot of restaurants but graffiti everywhere

We walked to dinners, entertainment, shopping, night life etc. When we come to Athens again, the area really comes to live at night. We will stay here again and will recomen or anyone that needs to stay in Athens.

Upon arrival suite appeared clean but there black hairs in bathroom and kitchen. Both of us are blonde. AC needs to be a bit cooler when temps are very hot. 20 C is not enough.

- Jason (8/5): - Everything was perfect at this property except for the air conditioning. It seemed non-existent; for two nights, I was sweating so much while asleep. My partner, who was sleeping on the bed close to the air conditioning unit, said that he too was sweating. I slept on a sofa-like bed because it was big, and for two nights, it was my issue. The AC was at its lowest like 20° but felt like it was to weak for a cold air. But aside from that, overall, I loved it and would recommend my friends stay there if they improve the air conditining.

- Adriano (10/5): - These suites are perfectly situated in an area within a short walking distance to all the historical sights and convenience to a selection of restaurants. The chic neighbourhood was wonderful to walk through both day and night. Our apartment was clean and amply spacious for a family of four. It had a fully an equipped kitchen and was beautifully decorated with the owners art. Upon leaving we left behind some valuables and Eva, the owner couldn’t be any more helpful in seeing it made its way safely back to us. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Athens

- Ann Marie (10/5): - I’ve been to Athens many times but this was my first time staying at this hotel/apartment. I wish I’d found it sooner! Very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Strong water pressure in the shower and great air con as well. Based in a central part of the city, walkable to all attractions. Great coffee shops and bars and cake and gelato shops surrounding as well yet still very quiet inside.

Since it is in the middle of the city, the surrounding area is noisy (to be expected). Apartment was very clean and had all the necessary supplies and linens present. The mattress on the bed was very firm.
