• Igor (10/5): Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung - Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Uns gefiel die Wohnung auf Anhieb. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof hinaus, wo es sehr ruhig ist und man nachts bei offenen Fenstern schlafen kann. Im Inneren ist ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit drei bis vier Personen. Die Decken mit ihren authentischen Holzbalken sind wunderschön. Alles ist stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von den Balkonen mit Blick auf den Innenhof kann man gemütlich im Freien frühstücken. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Selberkochen benötigen. Das historische Zentrum ist in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Gebäude verfügt außerdem über einen kleinen Aufzug. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments eignen sich gut für Familien mit Kindern.

• tova (10/5): Great Find! - Spacious comfy flat with many useful extras. Hostess was really helpful, even organising a taxi for us when I couldn't find one. In the middle of the city, seven minutes walk from the old Ghetto area. Lift to first floor, too.

• Nataliia (10/5): - Ключи получили легко, хозяйка дала четкую инструкцию. Есть лифт!. Квартира хорошая, кухня большая, набор посуды достаточный. В спальне удобная кровать, а в гостиной на диване спать неудобно, в результате сняли матрасы и спали на полу. Окна выходят во двор, в квартире тихо. Близко находится рынок и до магазина Conad идти около 7 минут. До железнодорожного вокзала идти около 30 мин. Апартаменты находятся не совсем в центре, но мы любим этот район и нам было комфортно здесь жить. Мы прекрасно провели время. Спасибо Неожиданно - но были комары

• Dalton (9/5): - Large apartment with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Also had a balcony to sit on overlooking a small courtyard. We used the washing machine several times. During our stay in August, the air conditioning wasn't as strong as we were hoping, but it did do a good enough job of keeping us cool at night. A stronger air conditioner would have made the stay perfect.

• Colin (8/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable 😁 - It was quiet but well situated near the Centro, Mercato di San’Ambrogio and Cattedrale di Santa Croce. Very useful commodities included a washing machine and an elevator. The air conditioning worked well and was an absolute must!! It would have been nice to have a starter supply of washing powder for the washing machine.

A little walk to the main centre but it was a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Local bakeries nearby and an Italian language lesson from the local baker every morning when we picked up pastries for breakfast.

• Pamela (9/5): Excellent apartment in a great location! Ideal for a trip to Florence - The location is excellent - easy walking distance to all of the sights yet quiet and very comfortable. The property is very nicely decorated and the high ceilings make it luxurious. There is plenty of space for a couple or even three people. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out - as we stayed for 8 nights this was much appreciated. The bathroom is also gorgeous. There is a great bakery and cafe just down the street. We were tired and it was very hot when we arrived so it was a bit of a nuisance having to find our way with luggage to the bagstorage centre to pick up the keys even though this was only a short walk away but this is a minor point given how good and central the apartment is.

Lovely restaurants, cafés, food market were nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything one might need, clean and stylish as well. We had a great stay, we would recommend it to anyone. We had only a positive experience, nothing to complain about.
• Olga (9/5): Amazing comfortable apartment - Amazing apartment with interesting decorations. It has a lot of amenities, except a first aid kit. The location is super, it is located between the touristic center and usual city. Depending on your needs, you can go in one or another direction to reach attractions or normal big supermarket and bakeries with good prices. Pillows are very big and hard, it was uncomfortable for sleeping but nice just for reading and relaxing.

• Venus (10/5): Exceptional - Prime location, walking distance to all the sightseeing. It's at the quiet side of the town. My daughter just loved the pink room and arts around. That's a little lift for easier suitcase access.

We stayed intend of June, deck was quiet dirty, but we really didn’t use it except for hanging laundry outside. Parking is an issue if you have car, you have to find your own parking on the street close to the river. There is residential area that you cannot park.

• Jean (10/5): Exceptional - This place is fabulous, top notch. A real gem. It was spacious and was decorated with care. The bed was very comfortable. Additional pillows and comforters were available. A baby crib and all the needed bedding was included. The kitchen provided everything needed to prepare meals, including many condiments. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The host was responsive, cheerful and helpful. The neighborhood has all the amenities, including a friendly family run coffee shop and across the street a wonderful bakery. Staying here was a delight. Nothing but happy praise for this place.

Every detail in the apt is appreciated and very well thought out. Good location, easy walk, and super safe area. Definitely will be coming back & staying longer. Felt like home away from home. Super sweet hosts and easy communication. We were very lucky to have come across this place, just book it! I loved it all.

The apartment is really beautiful and so quiet given how close to the centre it is. You can easily walk everywhere, lots of nice restaurants very close by and also close to bus stops. Everything in the apartment is very comfortable and it is clearly very well looked after. The apartment is very quiet and feels like a little oasis of calm after a busy day sightseeing. When we come back to Florence, I hope we are able to stay here again! Everything was great!
