• calakika (5/5): A pesar de todo, volvería - Lo que más destacaría es la ubicación. Viajábamos con una persona mayor y elegimos este apartamento por estar a 2 minutos caminando del metro que te deja en todos los sitios que hemos visitado. Enfrente del apartamento hay una cafetería donde desayunábamos. Senzilla, pequeña, sin más. Pero útil para empezar el día. A 2 minutos también, hay un mercado fantástico de segunda mano donde hubiéramos llenado una maleta con ropa deportiva a 1 y 3 euros. El entorno es muy chulo. La calefacción funcionaba bien. Toallas y jabones del lavabo bien. Apartamento muy amplio y grande, éramos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos en lo que se refiere al espacio. Bien que la cama del comedor ya estuviera montada. Fácil encontrar las llaves a la llegada. Bien que puedas comunicarte con la empresa por whatssap El ascensor es una maravilla de reliquia y te hace transportar en el tiempo. Mis hijos se divertieron mucho. Buena experiencia. Buenos cojines para dormir. El apartamento no tiene ventanas "buenas", lo cual hace que no haya nada de insonoración y al ser una calle transitada dia y noche y madrugada, escuchas constanemente ruidos de la calle. Que asombrosamente son exageradamente exagerados: coches pitando, ambulancias con las sirenas encendidas aunque sean las 3 de la mañana y no haga falta que las enciendan, los camiones o coches de la basura descargar por todos lados, los cristales, las basuras normales,.. una locura. Tanto, qu etuvimos que ir a comprarnos unos tapones para las orejas. LAs indicaciones del wiffi no eran claras, de hecho no había indicacioens. Tuvimos que avisar pero rápidamente nos lo aclararon, al día siguiente ya teníamos wiffi. Antes de ir escribimos preguntando si la cocina estaba equipada para poder cocinar con sal, aceite, sarten etc. Ya que viajábamos con dos personas celíacas y las cenas las queríamos hacerlas cocinando ahí. No nos respondieron. Y efectivamente, en esa cocina faltaban cosas, no pudimos cocinar porque, obviamente, no íbamos a comprar una botella de aceite ni un saco de sal. Total, ni sal, ni aceite, ni siquiera trapos de cocina, ni hule para la mesa, no sarten,s iollas, ni estropajos para lavar los platos que te obligan a limpiar porque sinó tienes que pagar 20 euros. No habían ni servilletas. Tuvimos que comprar algunas cosas. Fatal. El suelo no estaba del todo limpio, caminábamos descalzos y cada noche, los calcetines quedaban negros. LAs persianas no bajaban del todo y a la hora que sale el sol, ya estábamos despiertos entre los cientos de coches que pasan pitando y el sol, también utilizamos antifaces para dormir. LAs camas de la habitación más pequeña hacían mucho ruido cada vez que se movían. No hay armarios o estanterías para dejar la ropa ni en el comedor, ni en la habitación pequeña.

• saverio (1/5): ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Dell'alloggio solo la posizione Pessima assistenza da parte della struttura: Segnalato lo stato di degrado appena arrivati, hanno detto che non potevano mandare nessuno perché avevamo noi i 2 mazzi di chiavi, e ovviamente ce lo hanno detto quando noi eravamo in visita per la citta. Magicamente la mattina di domenica quando dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento, alle 9.30 gli inservienti erano gia fuori di casa: noi siamo usciti per andare sotto casa a fare colazione, avendo lasciato le valige in casa e dovendo lasciare la casa per le 10, e loro non curanti sono entrati pur avendo chiuso noi la porta a chiave e avendo noi entrambi i mazzi. A voi che leggete la libertà di capire la serietà della struttura Sono una persona molto accomodante al contrario di quel che può sembrare, sarebbe bastato mandare qualcuno a pulire giovedì pomeriggio e al massimo scusarsi per non poter mandare qualcuno a sistemare quanto rotto, e magari recuperando la sedia rotta che ci mancava, dato che eravamo in 6, invece mi hanno fatto chiamare dal manutentore la domenica mattina che noi dovevamo partire Il tecnico tra l'altro non sapeva tutto quello che c'era da fare e, non appena messo al corrente dal sottoscritto, ha chiamato il proprietario consigliando di non affittare anche perchè tutti quei lavori non poteva farli in giornata, data la chiusura dei negozi di termoidraulica Sapete la risposta? l'alloggio era già affittato e subito dopo di noi, nel pomeriggio, sarebbe stato dato ai nuovi inquilini e in tutto questo booking avvalla il semplice rimborso di una notte: la cosa che trovo più sconcertante è che abbiamo dormito con la finestra del bagno rotta, che dava su un balcone interno facilmente accessibile: booking in questo caso non ha preso provvedimenti verso la struttura, e di questo sono fortemente deluso -finestra del bagno rotta, con enorme rischio per la sicurezza, trattandosi per di più di una finestra su un balconcino e quindi di facilissimo accesso -maniglia del bagno rotta -termosifone all’ingresso non funzionante -termosifone in soggiorno con manopola elettro valvola rotta e riscaldamento al massimo -corda tapparella rotta nella cameretta -1 sedia delle 6 presenti in casa rotta e noi eravamo in sei nell’ alloggio -un’antina di un pensile della cucina pericolante, che ci è rimasta in mano e per un pelo non caduta sui piedi -assenza di acqua calda per lavandino bagno e bidet -totale mancanza di pulizia dei pavimenti come dimostrato dalla foto delle calze dei miei figli -wi-fi non funzionante

• Dominika (2/5): Nem ajánlom! - Megközelíthetőség! Alapvetően nincs nagy igényünk egy utazás kapcsán a szállással kapcsolatosan. Viszont az, hogy az ott tartózkodásunk alatt nincs meleg víz, így a tisztálkodás nem megoldott, az nem túl kényelmes…a szállásadó a meleg víz hiány jelzését teljes mértékben figyelmen kívül hagyta. Nem hogy megoldást nem javasolt, válaszolni se válaszolt. Szakaszosan működő fűtés, érkezésünkkor hideg lakás fogadott (17 celsius), a kazán csak a hajnali órákban kapcsolt be. Szocializmust idéző ágyak, nem jól záró nyílászárók. Ezen felül a szállás álltál felrakott képek nem fedik a valóságot! Koszos ajtó, penészes, beázott falak mindenhol, nem működő wi-fi és még sorolhatnám.

• DARSHAN (1/5): Never go to this property - There was no cleanliness and no internet and no hot water, nobody fixed anything for the whole trip and I feel they should refund the whole money as we didn't have internet for the entire trip. It was horrible and they forgot to mention no proper elevator Everything and didn't like anything, no internet, no cleanliness no hot water

• Morote Navarro (6/5): Ubicación buena pero solo para pasar un par de dias - la ubicación Falta de limpieza en general, muchas cosas rotas (el agua de la ducha o te salia muy fria o quemando, la cama hacia mucho ruido, no está nada aislado, los pomos de las puertas rotos, rayolas rotas etc…) muchas humedades y marcas en techos y paredes… falta de utensilios BASICOS de cocina…

• Milos (3/5): Could be much better - Location is good, close to the metro station and several bus stations Entering procedure, hot water adjustment, nois from the streets, poor kitchen, uncomfortable bed, 3rd floor (there is elevator, but from first floor and for only ine person).

• Ernestas (1/5): Bad - Staff is just horrible, they ignored us for two days and didn't respond on the day of arriving, they reached us just affter conversation with booking, which was 2 hours affter the arrival time. Shower experience was the worst in my life, water goes cold and hot every minute. Beds are really uncomfortable, we needed to put mattress on the ground to be able to sleep. Its really loud all the time from outside. We also noticed cockroach in the kitchen.
• Jim (6/5): It was a good stay. We spent approximately 10 hours in the apartment with about 8 of those sleeping! - Location was good. Price was reasonable. Bed in the second bedroom lacked a duvet / top sheet or a pillow. It only had a base sheet.
• Shabnam (4/5): Disappointing - Nobody answers to call, if you will have problem be informed that nobody will help you. i call and ask iron several times, they said that they are sorry but house keeper is busy.
• Jennifer (7/5): Spacious, clean and modern. Central London but noisy. - We liked the location overall and the apartment was large, spacious and relatively comfortable. It was clean and had pretty good facilities. They had air conditioning which was crucial as you did not want to sleep with the windows open at night. The decoration was very modern and attractive and it was a very secure and safe accommodation which was great! We had to wait until we were literally on the doorstep before we received any check in information. For a young family on the streets of Rome this left us very anxious about having confirmed accommodation. The location and the facilities are much more geared up to a young couple than a family with young children. The noise from the city made it tricky for our toddler to sleep, but this is to be expected. Also, some very basic fixes would take the decoration and facilities from good to excellent, which is a shame that there is little attention to detail here.

• Naseer (5/5): After are al long trip from Qatar depriving sleep we reach the location and contact host, she refuse to come !!she watsa - location near to tram, eateries nearby Host, Check in was horrible, narrow primitive lift,to reach lift you have to climb with luggage to fist floor, just one person can enter without his luggage, so we climb 3 stairs with luggages.
• Pap (4/5): Disappointing - The whole apartment was clean. The mattresses of the beds were very good. The house was very close to metro station. We had to call them from the airport in order to learn the code to enter the apartment,because they never respond to any email we send, the previous days of arrival, by booking app, and when we arrived to the building we had to push them for 3 hours by calling them to get a normal key to enter the apartment because they couldn't fix the automatic unlock from the door. They told us to annoy the neighbors so someone can open us ,but the neighbors refused because they face very often this annoying for this apartment.Then only one room was prepared,they never asked if we want one room or both rooms of the house,they decided by themselves, so we didn't have sheet's for the 2nd bed to sleep, the windows were no soundproof,all night we had to hear the traffic by cars and by people and also the traffic light beeping..
