- kyl travel (6/5): - The location on their site is different from where the property itself is. The front desk personnel do not speak any other language except Turkish which was very bad. The surroundings of the property was also dirty.
- Selen (2/5): - I came from USA for my surgery and want to have place to have peace place for my recovery. My sister who leave in Istanbul was taying with me to taking care of me. My brother inlaw came arround noon to bring some medicine and some food. Management I believe her name is irem and her husband start treating us like they were staying in rental. Cameras is allover the place before they approach and being so mean they could check the camera to see if they uctually stayed in place.management said they will call police I am like for what!? It was horrible service someone who had surgery. They were so rude! I left the place almost 2 days before my check out. Rooms was not clean and matress was dirty as well.

- Atanaska (10/5): - I had an amazing stay. Very clean brain new and very well equipped apartment (i had more than needed). Very good comunication with the host - always there for me when i need something. Extreemly comunicative and good area - shoping mall, metrio and bus stations, supermarket...everithing is just around. Definatly will choose it for my next stay in Istanbul again..That view..these sunsets...
- Wessam (8/5): Family Friendly Apartments - Nice and clean apartments. Located in a good area but little noisy as it is close to the airport. You have to have a Turkish phone number to get the access key app work. However the customer services agent is so helpful and patient. Cleaning is done by a lady and she is so attentive. Some scratches on the wooden floor and no washing machines. All in all it is a a good alternative to hotel if you stay longer with a family.

- Amy (4/5): - Be careful choosing this “hotel”. It is really an apartment building with a receptionist that doesn’t speak English and whom looks confused when you say you are trying to check into the hotel. Also the directions for the “hotel” are wrong online. They took me all the way across town and then even when I found the place, it actually goes by another name so it took me forever to figure out where to go. They also have an app that you have to download for key entrance and if you have an American SIM card, good luck! Took us over an hour to get us connected and the lady at the front was not very helpful. The photos of the place online made the room look really big so that was another disappointment when we saw it. The pool is closed because of covid (fine), and the gym is cold, dark, in the basement and has crappy equipment.

İstediğiniz her an iletişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz ilgililerle ve ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Fiyat - alınan hizmet olarak İstanbuldaki en iyi yerlerden. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
