• Emanuela (7/5): Basic apartment - Perfect location for us as we needed to be close to Megaron Mousikis. Communication with staff was excellent, but I still prefer an hotel with a real, staffed reception instead of the self check-in. Maybe the apartments on higher floors are better, but ours at the ground floor was quite basic. The terrace outside is not really inviting as you practically sit in the street (which is quite narrow: the taxi could not arrive at the entrance and we had to walk to get it). The two lights on the table didn’t work; the bathroom is very small with no space or shelves to leave your toiletries, very low lights, and the shower over flooded every time we used it as there is no splash guard. Despite the staff being very nice and responsive, I would not stay there again.

Πρώτη φορά σε δωμάτιο δεν έχει επάρκεια σε είδη υγιεινής (π.χ χαρτί τουαλέτας, χαρτί κουζίνας ή έστω χαρτοπετσέτες). Στο μπάνιο χρειαζόταν απεντομωση.

Nous n’avons pas pu entrer à l’appartement , car il n’y a pas de réception et aucun moyen de contacter l’hôte. Nous avons dû trouverdu wifi et contacter le site d’hôtel. Après avoir reçu les informations de l’entrée autonome , la clé n’était pas au bon endroit. Au total nous avons perdu environ 1h30 à attendre. Il faudrait aviser les gens si c’est une prise en charge autonome la prochaine fois! On ne s’attend pas à une prise en charge version Airbnb quand on loue sur hôtel.

Το πρώτο ήταν βρωμικο είχε αράχνες και σκόνη.Το κρεβάτι σπασμένο και ο καναπές σκισμένος και καμένος από τσιγάρα ίσως . Οι πριζοδιακοπτες είχαν βγει από τον τοίχο . Το μπάνιο πολύ μικρό και βρωμικο . Δεν είχε σεντόνια μόνο πάπλωμα . Στο ψυγείο ούτε ενα μπουκάλι νερό . Παρόλα αυτά είχαν ενημερωθεί ότι θα έχω μικρό παιδί στο δωμάτιο. Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο, ήταν σχετικά πιο καθαρό αλλά το κλιματιστικό έκανε θόρυβο δεν πρέπει να το είχαν καθαρίσει ΠΟΤΕ! Και το τραγικό μας είπαν ότι έχουμε επιπλέον χρέωση 8 € περιβαλλοντικός φόρος, δεν είχαμε καμία ενημέρωση ούτε καν στο μήνυμα με τις οδηγίες πως θα μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα !!
• danielacJ835DL (2/5): Bad experience - We booked a non ground floor flat but we did exactly a ground floor flat , despite we have complained , the agent in Athens did not want to change. The light in the bathroom so bad that we need to use out phones lights to be able to use the bathroom. When we used the shower the water spreads in the hole bathroom due to a poor fitted curtain. After 30 min of using the air condition in the living room , the water from it goes inside the room directly on the floor. The cleaning of the flat poor, we found cockroach on the floor, the mattress out of the standard condition. Overall a very poor experience, not recommended. We booked via Agoda which showed no interest to help us at all.

Made the management look very opportunistic and grasping, this cost should be included and charged upfront. As a customer I could have refused to pay . also there is no shower curtain or shower holder
• Michael (2/5): Rip off - I booked at 11:30 pm and it was available. I arrived at the property at 12:15. Host did not give me instructions on how to get it. Entrance is in a dark alley in an odd area. I could not get in and host did not respond to phone or messages. I had to walk in hopes of finding an available hotel. I had to pay for another hotel and the host would not refund me for the night I couldn't get in because he didn't send instructions. Do not book here same day or if you arrive at night. Not a good area. Thank goodness Hotels.com thought I was treated unfairly and came to the rescue!

• Colton (10/5): - The apartment was very spacious, clean, and in a cute area! Very walkable from the train or to anything you might need. Athens is very large, so if you’re trying to stay in city center, this is not that, but that was not our goal. We walked and took cheap taxis everywhere we needed to go. Checking in and out was easy, just make sure you reach out to the host to coordinate the check-in!

There was a flood every time. Very difficult to take a shower each time and wash hair. No place to put shower gel or shampoo. Health hazard very easy to have a accident.
• Ubsaral (9/5): Superb - The apartment was near the Congress Hall which is our main reason to chose this place. Metro station was also in five minutes walking distance. Rooms were large enough to host 3 people. Rooms were clean and air conditioner and television was working well. There was a 24 hours open market just across the street. The only negative thing I can remember is we saw two cockroaches in one day in our room. We kept the windows closed and there weren't any after that. So maybe It was just a one day thing but keep the windows (especially in the bathroom) closed.

The apartment 001 that we stayed was on ground floor. Firstly the balcony was extremely dirty and covered in dust hence not possible to use. There was no toaster or coffee machine available even though it is mentioned on the page that they are in the kitchen. The kitchen cupboard doors were dirty. The kitchen looks completely different than in the photos. The bathroom was the poorest quality. No shower gel or shampoo provided. The shower structure was non operational, you couldn’t take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom (as the floor edges are not adequate to keep the water in).

• Erica (7/5): Nice, spacious apartment in quiet part of Athens - Spacious, clean including all the kitchenware which was also nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms have electric shutters. Internet was good. Sockets by bed to charge phone - both Euro and UK. Big balcony but no views as it was on a low level floor. Good location, quiet part of Athens. some nice cafes and bars around. Host was nice and met us outside the property. Sockets weren’t close to the table so I couldn’t power up my laptop. Alternative is to sit on stools at breakfast bar but then the cord dangles across the entry. The main entrance door from the inside didn’t look like the front door so my friend got lost a couple of times when coming down in the lift.

• Anelia (5/5): Overall was ok. - I like the location,and the suite. Don't have coffee machine,for 3 day we have only 2 bath towels for me and my husband,If you don't have room service they shut leave extra towels.
