• Nasako (9/5): A cozy, well-kept home with lovely touches, friendly cats, and a thoughtful host! - We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house owned by a very pleasant host. The home was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had a warm, welcoming feel. Since it was the beginning of June, the temperature was just right and we didn’t need to use the AC much. The bathroom was spotless and looked brand new, just like the kitchen and the other rooms, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The host took the time to explain all the little nuances of the house, which we really appreciated. And one of our favorite surprises? The friendly cat visitors who stopped by—absolutely adorable and added a special charm to our stay! Highly recommend! As we were three friends traveling together, one of us a couple, it’s worth noting that the main bathroom is accessible through one of the bedrooms. This layout worked fine for us and didn’t cause any issues, but it’s something to consider if privacy is important for your group. There is also an additional toilet in the common area, which was very convenient.
• Mireille (8/5): Wonderful house with some issues - First, we need to specify that we had booked the smaller of the 2 places, Apartment with 1 bedroom, but when we arrived Ivica the owner had moved our reservation to Apartment with a terrace because he had a long term rental for the 1 bedroom. So this review should go under Apartment with terrace. When we booked online, Ana the manager replied rapidly, but after that took several days to answer subsequent questions. Once the rental started reply time was better and she did book us a taxi to the airport. We communicated with the owner for any questions/issues with the house during our stay, and he replies quickly. What a beautiful, quiet place this is, with a private inner court full of greenery. This is the family house, with the mother and sister living upstairs, and the downstairs being rented, as well as the annexe with the 1 bedroom apt. It is a great house, the bathroom is fantastic, the bed in the main bedroom is firm and comfortable, the kitchen/living room rather spacious. There are numerous plants and trees in the courtyard, even a lime tree. We had the use of a private terrace with a table and chairs but were not out there often because of the very friendly mosquitoes. :) There is a coffee machine, a kettle, plenty of utensils, dishes and glasses. The AC/Heater in the main bedroom and living room work very well. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Close by there are bakeries and grocery stores, bus stops and kiosks where you can buy the tickets, and a couple of restaurants. We tried the Vita Bella just around the corner but found the food average. Bellevue Beach and its steep stairs and stunning view is a 15 minute walk away, and the more accessible Sunset Beach at Lapad just a few bus stops away (bus number 6). Finding the place - it is down a small perpendicular street to the address given. Once you see the sign for the garage, you have to turn right, green door is on the left. This is a great place, with a few... Kitchen - There is no hot water for the sink, it looks that the hot water is not connected at all to the faucet. We did not use the dishwasher, so we cannot vouch for hot water there. Only 2 of the 4 gas burners work, luckily the ones closer to the front. :) There is no frying pan and no spatula, lots of pots. There was no toaster but Ivica went and bought one for us the first day we arrived. Bathroom - The washing machine will not move on to the spin cycle. We used the machine twice, with different settings just in case it was a technical issue with one setting. But no, the second time around the machine again stopped before the spin cycle, and again the spin button was flashing. We waited 45 minutes, just to see if it would finally kick in, but no. The instructions booklet was nowhere to be found, Ivica sent a picture of a troubleshooting page that did not list that problem, disconnecting and reconnecting or even chatting with a technician did not provide a solution. Hopefully these issues will be resolved for the next booking. :)
• Flavia (10/5): Excellent choice in Dubrovnik - Everything was great: location, bed, amenities, silent, there was coffee, washing machine, clean, spacious, with dishwasher… a table outside with a fig tree… The owner arranged tours for a better price and they were great! I highly recommend this apartment! I would recommend a regular hairdryer

• Julia (10/5): Very nice and friendly, great location - The owners were really kind and greeted us warmly and gave us a birthday present! The apartament looked better than in the pictures. A location was perfect. Everything was perfect.
• Inga (9/5): Superb - Very good equiped apartment. Have all tools in the kitchen. We found everything we needed. Owner brought us some extra clean towels, we had a sun unbrella and get some sand toys for children. Good located, easy to reach both sides of the city by foot. Dishwasher without grounding.
• Casey (10/5): The perfect property for our stay in Dubrovnik! - The apartment was clean, had everything we needed for a week's stay and was in a great location - close to the Old Town, but far enough away to be quiet at night. The owners were really lovely people! They went above and beyond and even came over with a birthday cake and flowers for one of our party's birthday's :-) Nothing.

• Explorer (10/5): A calm, green oasis near to the Old City with great hosts - The house is set back from the street in a gated garden making it quiet at night and also calm. There isn't onsite parking but the host showed me a nearby lot where I could leave the car. Some reviews mention liking the nearby pizza place (Vita Bela) steps away on the corner but we found the pizza there bland and generic (despite being fired in a big oven)
