- Chroedol (4/5): - Gar nichts Ich musste erst mal ordentlich Treppen steigen, was einem siebzigjährigen schwer fällt. Die Betten waren nach oben gewölbt, wodurch man entweder rausfalllen konnte oder nach innen gerollt wurde. Außerdem gab es jede Menge Verkehrslärm.

- Jacqueline (8/5): - Wie gewünscht ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommen, gut isolierte Fenster und auch die Heizung funktionierte gut und war zum selbst einstellen. In der Nähe sind Bäcker und Penny, auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Kissen kann flach oder hoch genutzt werden. Zimmer war nicht 100% sauber, bei der Duschkabine schließen die Türen nicht komplett, somit geht Wasser raus und für 3 Nächte zu 254€ ist es doch zu sehr Economy. Dennoch würde ich hier wieder übernachten. Es sind solide 8 Sterne.

Leider war das Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht sehr sauber, es war Staub zu sehen (auf dem Tisch und in der Kommode) und einige Möbel waren etwas beschädigt. Der Rolladen war etwas defekt und konnte nicht komplett runtergelassen werden wodurch es nachts nichts komplett dunkel war, Man hört ebenfalls die recht stark befahrene Straße.

- Sven (4/5): - Unterkunft ist recht günstig für Berliner Verhältnisse. Das spiegelt sich in Einrichtung und Sauberkeit wieder. Bei angeschalteter Lüftung im Bad, roch es nach Fäkalien. Unter den Betten lag Sand und Staub. Kochmöglichkeit war sehr improvisiert und die Einrichtung sehr einfach gehalten.

- Laura_C2023 (8/5): Great value for money in a chilled area - The place was clean and with good natural illumination and a blackout as well if you want, there is access to buses and train station, good value for money. The bakery nearby is good. There is a washing machine room and someone decided to take my wet clothes out of the machine without me around. I didn't take long to get there and I was just in the room waiting. That's the only thing I found uncomfortable.

Place de parking privé pas possible, trop petit et toujours plein, il faut toujours ce garer dans la rue et défois compliquer à trouver une place. Personnel de la réception pas aimable.
- Andreas (9/5): Modernes Apartment-Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - Ein modernes und sehr sauberes Apartment-Zimmer mit Küchenzeile (Kochplatte, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Besteck, und Geschirr. Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stuhl, sowie TV, dazu ein sehr sauberes modernes Duschbad/WC. Das Bett ist sauber und bequem. Freundliches mehrsprachiges Rezeptionspersonal. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ruhiges Zimmer und daher sehr erholsam. Fußläufig in 3 Minuten Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn erreichbar, und damit schnell in der City. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ich war schon mehrmals dort, und in verschiedenen Zimmern, immer zufrieden, und daher gerne wieder.

- de-migen (10/5): Exceptional! - Room i got was shining clean.inside there was everything i needed ,a little electric stove(microwave) to cook food fast, a fridge ,basic cuttlery to be able to cook yourself,tabbles ,chair,comodine,tv,reading light.Bathroom is inside the room with hand gel ,showergel and hot water everytime.Bed was big and very comfortable.Check in went so smooth.I recieved e-mail and sms with instructions to get my key.Privacy is on top.Nobody entered in my room while i was staying there.Very near is the german giant discounter supermarket Penny where i found everything.There is also café and bakery very near.Wittenau s-station is 3 minutes by foot far.You are in about 20 minutes in the center of Berlin (Hauptbahnof,Alexanderplatz).I will definitely will come back to this hotel in the future.Highly recommend!Thank you! Nothing,maybe pillows could be slightly softer.

Kostenlose Parkplätze waren an der Straße immer zu finden. Guter Bäcker direkt nebenan. Freundliches Personal nicht immer anwesend. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Es war etwas staubig und der Aufstieg in das 3.Stockwerk mühevoll.

Literie plutôt bonne, douche excellente et stores occultants efficace. Situation proche du métro et du S Bahn. Propre et assez bien entretenu. Parking pratiquement inexistant, 3 places seulement. Pas de deuxième clés pour la chambre. Le coin cuisine est très, très sommaire : même pas de bouilloire et la moitié des couverts manquait. Isolation phonique pas terrible : on n'entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs.

Es war ein sehr ruhiges Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, ein sauberes Zimmer und bequeme Betten mit praktischer Einrichtung. Gute Dusche, Singelküche, 3 Stühle und ein Tisch. Alles war gut organisiert.

- Cyril Mae (8/5): Price worthy place to stay. - The room is clean and have utensils in the kitchen. It is close to the train station, bus stop, bakery and groceries. The staff is approachable. There are noises at late night around 12am from the residents going up to their floors. Some were even shouting, calling names at the stairs and in the hallway.

- Sprenz (6/5): Gute Lage und für den Preis für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung - S/U-Bahn Wittenau fußläufig in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht - Der Preis (knapp 50 € für eine Nacht für 2 Personen) ist top Es war sehr sauber, funktionierender Fernseher und Steckdosen auf beiden Seiten in Bettnähe vorhanden Es gibt nur die große Hauptlampe an der Decke im Raum, welche man nicht vom Bett aus bedienen kann. Keine Bett-Beleuchtung vorhanden Sehr dünne Decken für die Jahreszeit, es wird sehr kühl nachts im Zimmer Mit offenem Fenster schlafen nicht möglich, da der Lärm von der Hauptstraße (Oranienburger Str.) viel zu laut ist Ziemlich platte Kissen, auf denen sich nicht gut schlafen lässt
